Jessica and her helper Corbin were great. They worked together really well. Corbin was very respectful concerning not getting dirt from his shoes in the house. Jessica is training Corbin and she was very kind to him. Jessica explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable about the plumbing work she was performing. She went step by step with my husband and myself to keep us informed on everything she was doing. There was another team that came out on Friday to assist Jessica. One guy was Parker and another man but I didn’t remember his name. They were great as well.Mesquite Plumbing has a group of professional plumbers who are kind and friendly. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.We have been doing business with Mesquite Plumbing for 13 years. Plus we got a Senior Discount which was unexpected by sure helped out. Thank you for making a bad situation turn into a good experience.

Mesquite plumbing was very reliable and honest! I found them on good for a project and was a little hesitant when I initially hired them. I got a quote from another company and they recommended I switch my entire system because of a leak. Mesquite plumbing is the company I have called on for many years with minor drain cleaning. Today was different. I had 2 serious clogs. Sink line in the bathroom and sink line in the kitchen. Called Mesquite Plumbing after finding a massive hole in the main vent stack for both of our bathrooms. Roger was able to come out the following morning for a quote and warned that they may have to tear into my floors and quoted me as such. He was able to start work within 2 days and managed to remove and replace the entire stack in 1 shift with minimal damage that Im able to fix myself, and without messing with the floors. I ended up paying substantially less than quoted, which I find to be extremely rare. I appreciate the quick service and fair pricing without trying to upsell me on more work than necessary.

I had two leaking outdoor spigots. I called Mesquite Plumbing because, in the past, calling one of the big chain plumbing companies resulted in me losing my temper when they would try to talk me into doing a bunch of other stuff ($$) that had nothing to do with why I called them out! Mesquite Plumbing, though, was a breath of fresh air! I called, described the issue, and within hours a knowledgeable, professional plumber was at my house repairing only what needed to be repaired. The honesty was amazing after dealing with Milestone and other chains. If I do have any other plumbing issues, Im definitely going to call Mesquite Plumbing!

I called Mesquite Plumbing on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024 and asked for a plumber to come out and help us with a problem we were having with temperature control in the shower and bathtub in our master bathroom . An appointment was set for Thursday October 31somewhere between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. The plumber and his assistant arrived around 3:00 pm and after checking the problem suggested replacing a certain part in the shower and tub. They completed the work within an hour or two and now we can control the temperature from the shower and tub. We are very pleased with the service provided by Mesquite Plumbing and their employees. We would recommend them to our family and friends.
