Wax ring problem with the toilet which was repaired properly after using another plumbing company. Tech Karrson was professional and answered all questions. Only time will tell if the repair is successful. Overall, Im satisfied with the service that was received. -

Talk about FIVE-STAR service! I had a major sewer blockage in my house and not only did the technician (Jacob) arrive within the time-frame stated, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He advised me on what had caused the blockage so I could make sure to avoid things manufacturers say are flushable (not!!). On top of all that, Roto-Rooters prices are extremely reasonable. I am so impressed! Thank you Jacob and Roto-Rooter, Mesquite NV!
