First Response Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty to repair our water heater, and they were amazing.The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and resolved the issue in no time. Im so glad my home warranty works with such a great company! Other negative warranty jobs reviews on here must have terrible warranty companies.

I needed a new water heater after my old one (16 years+) was showing rusty discharge on the outside. A local plumber confirmed this heater was probably on its way out but the quote they gave me for an install of a new unit was a bit too expensive for my liking.I ended up going through my home warranty company and they referred first response plumbing to me. Im glad they did.Chason came out to do my initial assessment and agreed the heater was in need of replacement. He explained the process and how it works with the home warranty. We got that squared away and I was later contacted to set up an install time after the claim was approved.The day of install Xavier and Anthony showed up. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The install went without any problems and was done in only a couple of hours with both of the guys cleaning up and leaving the garage look even better than when they came in!All in all, couldnt really ask for a better install and Ill absolutely be using first response plumbing if I have any further needs in the future!! Highly recommended!

This company is who to call for any and all your plumbing needs. They do quality work at a reasonable price. Through out the term of the project they keep you apprised of progress and any other problems they may find. Nathan, the crew chief, kept the crew on their toes without ever having to get on their case. Randy and the tunnel diggers worked tirelessly until project completion. You know what a pain it is having to dig in this Texas mud. My hat is off to these hard workers. All plumbing issues were solved first time around with no do overs. When completed they cleaned up the job site and power washed everything that got mud on it. Any poor reviews for this business are unwarranted. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

As an investor with several rental properties, I can say HANDS DOWN that First Response Plumbing is THE BEST plumbing company in the DFW area. I have tried several plumbing services and they either took too long to come out, charged too much, or did so so work. First Response has ALWASY responded quickly, charged a fair price, and did excellent plumbing work. Dont waste time calling anyone else, 1st Response plumbing should be your 1st call for plumbing needs, one & done!

I had a bad plumbing leak in my bathroom wall that flooded the bedroom carpet on the other side of the wall. I called the home warranty company, American Home Shield, they sent out First Response Plumbing first thing this morning, July 4th. Randy, owner, was absolutely great to work with. The technician that came out, Robert, was very kind, respectful and very skilled. He did a fantastic job to repair, the clean up and everything. I am severely disabled Veteran. I cannot do these things any longer so it gives peace of mind to know there are honest and skilled people out there like First Response Plumbing and Robert to help me
