Saving Grace Plumbing had good communication with me regarding scheduling, and our hot water heater was fixed first time out! The technician was courteous and informative. We recently moved into the house, and he showed me how a temperature control worked on a shower we thought was running too hot. The price was reasonable, too. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I Called Saving Grace Plumbing for a possible leak on my property, they responded quickly and went over everything with me as for the options I have to find the leak once decided they got to work and within a short time they found the leak and they explained how it could be fixed and it was all set up for job to be started. I tried 3 other local plumbers and nobody could solve my problem. Matt suggested the hydro jet to clean out the old cast iron main drains. Combined with a follow up camera, Matt was able to identify where the y joints came together under the slab in my master bedroom.He quickly solved the issue and gave me peace to know I could finish putting flooring in the home with no need to jackhammer to solve the issue.Thanks Matt for you honesty and professionalism.Your assistant was smart too! Largely great experience with Saving Grace. We had a water pressure issue, and the tech who responded was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the issue.I’m not a fan of Saving Grace’s pricing though. I was charged a flat fee for the work which is fine by me, but there were extra charges for the tech to drive to pick up a part. I understand paying for time, but $85 is a lot for a 15 minute drive to the supplier’s store.I also noticed that Saving Grace puts an up charge on parts needed to fix the issue. We needed a new hose, and SG charged us $109 for the part. I could not find the retail price on the supplier’s website (Teeter’s), but a search on Amazon shows amounts less than $50 for the same piece. I understand passing costs to the consumer, but what appears to be a 100% markup plus an $85 charge to go get the piece is wrong, and I would encourage future customers to ask about these types of charges.Ultimately, I am satisfied with the work and the tech who fixed it.

95% of the work was completed. Tech still needs to install the fixtures when he replaced the internal pipes. Although, he did tell us to call him back when the dry wall and liner was replaced and installed. Work is still in progress for that. We will call back after the Thanksgiving holidays.

Luke was OUTSTANDING. When he arrived to my home, he was very professional, kind, and listened to all my concerns. He did not make me feel like he was rushing to get through the service call. He quickly identified what the problem was and was able to get the repair done the same day. I think I was most impressed that he was thinking outside the box by determining if small children may live in my home or visit my home frequently. That was not something I would have thought of originally. I wanted to hottest setting at first until he posed that question. I do have grand children and was very thankful he brought this up. He was concerned for the safety of my home and wanted to ensure the water temperatures were set appropriately. The city had notified us that their water bill has increased due to a possible leak. I was referred to Saving Grace Plumbing from a friend of a friend. Didn’t know what to expect and relied heavily on my friend’s referral and the company’s high Google star rating. To answer your question – Yes, I would use them again and am happy with the work being done so far.I was experiencing water draining from UNDER my entire driveway and into the alley (see pics). I was told by friends and other plumbing companies (on the phone) based upon the factors present, I most likely had a slab leak. The water meter in the front yard is running when everything is shut off in the house and it appears Im still losing about a gallon of water every minute and a half. Just like any major house repair – who can you trust to do the job and give a fair price for the work? Once I called Saving Grace, they scheduled the leak locate appointment for the next day.Plumbing Technician Robert came out with one of his coworkers. They were very professional, friendly, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They were able to locate a cold-water leak feeding into my water heater within minutes. It was amazing how efficient they were finding the leak in a short amount of time using their equipment. The leak locate cost about $300.I got the estimate two days after the leak locate was done and agreed to their repair price about $4,000. The slab leak repair will be for a cold-water line that feeds into my water heater. I am now waiting for the dig and repair crew which will be sometime next week. They are busy and the only drawback being the leak will have been running for over a week before it’s fixed. I am sure I will get sticker shock when the City’s water bill comes in for the month.I’ll add to this review once all the repairs have been completed. My impression as of now is Saving Grace Plumbing has a top-notch, very knowledgeable crew who can find leaks without any issues!

I was really happy with their service. I have waited months for a repair to be done through my home warranty and the repair from the previous company they sent out was ridiculous. The team from Saving Grace took the time needed in ONE DAY to get the job done start to finish - making me happy I paid another $75 for the warranty work instead of waiting for the previous company. This is an update to my previous negative post.I had the exact same sewage stoppage problem as before. This time, Saving Grace Plumbing sent a very nice, extremely knowledgeable young plumber to fix the problem. He used the correct auger machine, and now the problem is appears to be resolved.=========≈==================Plumber was rude.He didnt have a pair of pliers large enough to fit the clean-out cap, so he used a hammer and screwdriver to beat it open. I doubt that the auto-drain function survived the beating aHe started to leave without replacing the clean-out drain cap. When I insisted, he finally replced it.Both dispatchers and the owner of Saving Grace Plumbing were polite, friendly and efficient.

Used then through Choice Home Warranty. They were a solid plumbing company. If it werent for one technician (out of 4 total required to complete the home warranty claim), I would have given them 5 ✨s. This technician refused to work on my home without an email going out to my community that the water would be temporarily shut off. I know all of my neighbors, told them in person, and they were okay with it. The technician said that this would suffice, started the work, then abruptly (and prematurely) quit on the job, stating they he did not want to deal with my ticked off neighbors. Im like Sir, I live here so Id deal with them not you, but you have nothing to worry about that because I did tell them beforehand.Anyway, they finished the work and Im satisfied with the result.

The day after Thanksgiving, we had a leak in our hot water heater in the attic. I called and the company sent Juan. He immediately knew what the issue was and was able to do a temporary fix to stop the leak caused by a faulty circulating pump. We would’ve had water running down the walls and a huge mess had he not helped us in a timely manner. The company ordered the part and he came back on Monday to replace it with the new one. Juan showed me exactly what the issue was and what he was doing. He did a great job and was professional. I recommend Saving Grace as this is not the first time I’ve had an emergency plumbing issue and they have come to my rescue!

Oliver from Saving Grace was prompt, in fact, earlier than I expected. He immediately pointed out the areas that were leaking. Unlike many of the other CHW plumbers, he did not just do a patch job. He did some real plumbing work. He removed the builders grade faucet put on approximately two and a half months ago (it leaked). He fixed and aligned the twisted pipes under the sink (they leaked), something the other plumbers wouldnt do. Thank you, Oliver.
