    Excellent work. Fixxer Plumbing is focused on solving your problems not “upselling” you on additional services. They showed up on short notice and quickly determined the cause of our problems (a clog in our main sewer line). They were courteous, professional and kept me updated on what was going on. They were even extra mindful of the door when I mentioned my cat might escape. They were also more reasonable on price than the old plumbing company I will no longer be using.If you haven’t tried them and are used to calling one of the larger companies I recommend you switch over. Jason is far better to deal with salespeople who act like plumbers at other places. I will only be using Fixxer from now on.

    Jason was awesome. Selling my mom’s home and inspection revealed roots in line. Jason used a camera to inspect the line and then cut and flushed them out. Reinspected and performed again. Both lines look good. Will definitely use for future plumbing needs.

    I used Fixxer Company recently for a hydrostatic test and plumbing leak. Jason was on time, professional and transparent about the work that needed to be done. He took photos and videos of the required repairs under the house before and after completion. I really appreciated that since a prior plumber didnt do that. I was clear on the issues and the necessary repairs. I definitely would use them again.

    Eric & Jason could not have been more professional. They reviewed the issues and gave me estimates for the two jobs. It was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything that needed to be done in language that I could understand, along with some great tips. I was very pleased with the cost to get the work done. Once they finished, they had me to look at the work and they did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.

The job got done right and Ill be using them for all my plumbing needs.Update: we recently also had a leak with our hose faucet that I made worse by trying to repair myself.     I called FIXXER COMPANY very late in the day, hoping for help.along came Jason and Eric. I had so many symptoms, in so many directions! The men were very patient, with me, as I exhausted myself, explaining everything, I thought to be relavant.They listened, looked, then diagnosed. They spent a good amount of time, explaining their diagnosis. There is something to be said for folks that can take an intangible situation and explain it... slow enough, with simple detail..... that it becomes tangible and worth the expense, to do plumbing repairs!     This was 3rd time in 6 or 7 years this company has resolved plumbing issues on this old house. 1st two times even the owner came by to guide his workers on difficult issues. One time it was in dead of a cold winter. This last time, again the employees showed up in the estimated time we were given. The workers stayed right with it for two hours in the humidity and hottest time of the day until the problem was solved. The fee was reasonable.

    This company is the best. The staff is honest and keeps you updated on everything they are doing. Another company said that I had a broken sewer pipe, quickly showed me a snapshot of the pipe, and informed me that it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix. Jason stopped by, ran the scope in the pipes, and explained everything in real time. I was able to see the scope moving through the pipes and did not see a broken sewer line. He saved me an unwarranted repair. His philosophy is to do whats best for the customer the first time around. Im a customer for life.

    My parents were having problems with the plumbing in the kitchen. We thought it was something simple. Fixxer Company went and did a thorough investigation and found out the pipe was cracked somewhere under neath the house. They did a tunnel under the house and replaced the pipe. They were professional, careful and understanding. It’s been more that 5 years and no problems at all. My parents were happy with the work and I loved them. The owner of the company and his wife very nice people.     Technician was on time and initial estimate was very reasonable.After finding the main problem with a burst copper line and repairing it he found 4 more leaks in and around other pipes in the garage walls, after repairs to the pipes and raising the water heater to meet the city codes he found both heating elements were bad in the water heater, another tech brought new parts to get the system up and running correctly. Great job very Profesional, he would not stop until he verified everything was done right. It was not a cheap fix but I feel it could have been a lot higher.He explained everything he was doing and why. I have plumbing experience and he worked almost the entire day to resolve the issues before he was able to pack up and leave and he did not do any work without making sure we were informed about cost and why it was needed.Great job.

They showed up on time, followed my lead on wearing a mask, walked me through the options for the assessment they were doing and then promptly started the work.
