Kevin came out within a day to check on me and my family. We had a large tree fall due to the storms in May 2024 and were without water. Kevin quickly assessed the situation and we have a clear understanding of the problem. It’s very appreciated to learn as much as get the problem solved, I don’t think many trades explain as much as just do the job. Definitely will be continuing to use LeakStop for any plumbing jobs I need,..remodels, leaks, and more. It was truly a blessing to have his expertise and help and he’s also very competitive on price, honest, and fair.

I came across Kevin at O’Reillys Auto Parts . I notice he had his own company “LEAK STOP PLUMBING “ so I starting explaining my problems I was having with my boiler. Great guy he started answering all my questions ; he even started breaking down different prices with warranties. Kevin and his guys came out the next day got the job done with no problem . I hired Leak Stop Plumbing to repair a leak in my gas line to my pool heater. Kevin was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional from the very beginning. They told me, since I already knew the location of the leak, that I could dig the hole myself to save money which I appreciated. They came out promptly the next day and finished the repair within a few hours. They conducted a pressure test for several minutes to make sure the line maintained gas pressure and checked the pressure in the line for my house as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We unexpectedly experienced a water line burst, and as we had never dealt with such a major issue before, we were overwhelmed. We panicked and contacted the first plumber we found on Google, but they were not taking our matter seriously. After doing some additional research, we came across Leak Stop Plumbing. We called them to get a second opinion, and Kevin, who answered our call, was polite and provided helpful tips on how to prevent further water damage, even though we already had a scheduled appointment with another company.Although Kevin realized the other company was not doing their diligence in helping us mitigate the water damage, he went above and beyond to calm us down. Kevin has some of the best customer service I have experienced. I had a small leak in the wall that they swiftly fixed. But after further inspection him and his team discovered my sewer was completely disconnected. Although it was more than I had anticipated to get fixed. There were signs of the issues already developing on my foundation because of the sewer issue. Kevin was very responsive and clear with the next steps and even worked with me financially. Mr. Rex is a very professional, knowledgeable gentleman. He communicated every detail that I asked him and was very patient with me. He gave me a quote to even let me know if had to go another route it may possibly be another amount. He didn’t give me the hourly bull crap that other plumbers gave me. He located my leak which others could not. My leak was my main line under my slab. He didn’t go under; he rerouted and did a great job. Which I’m happy with it. No big mess, no big price! WOW! What an awesome experience it has been to work with leak stop plumbing. Kevin was extremely helpful and replaced an area of my sanitary line that had a leak in it. He didn’t try to get me to replace my whole line like other plumbers would have done to make more money. He was honest and affordable and actually cared about doing the right thing for my home. Not only did he and his team fix my plumbing issue but their work looked beautiful after! Our washing machine and kitchen sink was not draining on our mesquite home. We called leak stop plumbing and they came out with a camera and found two sewer breaks on our cast iron drain. Thomas was great! He explained everything to us, scheduled the excavation and came back out to replace cast iron with pvc. Everything is back up and flowing again thanks to these guys. Price was very reasonable and worked well with us! Greatly appreciate their hard work, punctuality in getting it done in a timely manner! Very polite and respectful toward my family. Clean work! I had issue with toilet tank filling with waterto slow and toilet emergency shut-off valve was in bad condition (shut-off valve was hard to turn off). Kevin and Thomas were ‘Angels’ that saved my 86-year-old mothers house during a water-filled Emergency. Her bathroom ceiling CRASHED down into her bathtub filling it with water & debris. She was hysterical. I called Kevin at Leak Stop and he said he’d be over within the hour. He discovered the water in the Attic had come from a constant Leak from the AC. Kevin & Thomas worked the next 5 hours cleaning up the mess in the tub. They stopped the AC Leak in the Attic and repaired old tubes and a cracked Pipe. They covered the ceiling hole with fiberboard to keep any thing else from falling out of the Attic into the Tub. All the debris was put into bags and thrown out. Kevin & Thomas cleaned up so well you would never have known there had been a disastrous ceiling crash. My Mother LOVED these guys and she felt safe again in her own house. I had used Leak Stop once before to clean out four 50-year- old sinks that had been clogged up since my mother had bought an old house that not been updated nor maintained. Riddell plumbing stood me up twice so I cancelled them and found Leak Stop on line. Kevin sent Thomas within an hour to unclog four sinks, repair an old toilet that overflowed and return water pressure to the kitchen sink - in one evening. I will never call another Plumber. Leak Stop has saved me twice - once when I had a major emergency and second when another Plumber stood me up. Kevin and Thomas are also great guys to work with!!!!

Kevin came highly recommended to us by a trusted general contractor weve used a couple times in the past. The foundation under the back of the house was heaving and causing cracks in our walls and ceiling.Kevin showed up quickly, determined we did not have a waterline leak, then isolated a couple sewer leaks all within a few hours. Kevins crew tunnelled from outside to fix one leak and Jack hammered through the floor to fix the other. The repairs were thoroughly tested before the surrounding ground/floor was returned to the original conditions.Kevin explained the process, presented options, answered questions, provided clear pricing, and worked with us on schedule throughout the entire process. I think his prices were lower than we would have paid for a large franchise outfit and his customer service was top notch.Well call Leak Stop plumbing the next time we have any sort of plumbing issue. I live in a home that was built in the later 1950s that needed a hydrostatic leak test.The sewer clean outs would need to be located or installed on order for this to happen. After coming out and running a sewer camera through the main stack Kevin and Thomas found that there were no sewer clean outs and dug up yard sewer line and installed the new clean outs. They never once complained and were very knowledgeable and professional answering all of my questions and concerns. The Hydrostatic leak test showed my sewer system to be good.They charged me a fair price for the work that they completed. Iwill definitely hire them for future plumbing work thats needed at my home and l recommend you to do the same!!!😃

I had a great experience with Leak Stop. I had foundation work done on my house and the warranty on the foundation work required a hydrostatic plumbing test after the foundation work was complete.
