Again Oct 30,2023 Lindi Corp to the rescue our Maytag dryer stopped heating when we called Maytag service Their first appointment would be November 28 so I should’ve called Lindi Corp in the first place and they were out before noon the same day and it was repaired by noon. Great job again Lindi Corp will always use you for both our Condo and our home.I have had nothing but great service from the Lindi Corp and all of the different departments that they service but this most recent one really showed me that they have quality technicians. I requested a routine check of my air-conditioning unit, and when the technician arrived, he went out of his way to make sure he checked every element and noticed there was a burnt circuit board photo attached thanks to his quality work. We were able to get the thermostat properly working a problem I didn’t even know it was existing since it was been mild weather and the follow up appointment where he replaced. All the wiring and circuitboard was done quickly professionally Enrique is an asset to your company. This senior citizen vet thanks you.

Also offered to update our water softner to new standard/requirements which were not required previously; he will do it as a courtesy...no charge. Appreciate the desire to make things right. Was very disappointed. Overcharged for a 15 minute fix. Was told it would be less expensive to just bypass problem area and install further up the pipe. Very easy...probably could have done it myself if I had thought of it. Went to office, was told Gen. Mgr. would call me...no call. $289 cost for $20 part and $20 trip fee. At least $200 for his knowledge/labor. Should be ashamed. Wont recommend. Will use some other company in future.

Last spring I made an appointment to have a new smart thermostat installed. Service was promptly arranged, and my initial questions answered. We contacted Lindi and by noon the air conditioner was fully repaired and running! Very reasonable charge and prompt, efficient service. Again, very pleased!

My AC had quit working and it was getting toasty in my house. Lindi Corp. was great. They were able to send Brian out within an hour. Brian was great as well. My AC had started working again before Brian arrived. We discussed my issue and I explained it had happened previously. At my request, (and he said he would have anyway), he checked things out, and found that I needed a booster unit (or module) to keep my issue from happening. He ran back to the Lindi office, picked one up, he was back in about 10 minutes. He got it installed and everything is up and running. I am extremely happy with everything.

Came out the same day I called. They werent mad I didnt know where the water shutoff was and was able to shut it off at the street - cool! Mark was able to fix my problem (broken hose bib) quickly and told me everything he was going to do so that the price wasnt a huge shocker. In and out within an hour and the hose bib looks great and best of all my backyard isnt flooded anymore :)

Our technician Michael arrived promptly. I explained to the best of my knowledge what concerns I had about our water softener and reverse osmosis system. The r/o system was all jumbled up under the kitchen sink but Michael sorted everything out and did a outstanding job getting it back to tip top shape. After that he jumped right in and got our inoperable water softener back on line. He also took the time to explain exactly how the system works.
