Professional, thorough and highly skilled plumbers!! They were referred to us by the store we purchased our bidet toilets from. They Came out within 24 hrs for non emergency call and fixed a problem with our toilet pipes that another company said they fixed but didn’t. We also have a pump on our hot water heater and Riddle knew how to prepare it before turning off the water so it wouldn’t be damaged. After completing the job, they made sure to purge our pipes of air at each faucet. They also came at 3pm on New Year’s Eve! After they left we had some questions and they immediately responded by text messaging multiple times without any hesitation again even though it was New Year’s Eve. I only wish they were located closer to us. We were out of their 40 mile range and did have to pay $100.00 mileage charge. They were worth it however because they fixed our problem. They are located in Mesquite and if you live within 40 miles of them, this is the plumbing company you should call

Sunday PM about 6.30 we broke a faucet pipe while “winterizing” our yard faucets. It’s dark, about 28 degrees, north wind gusting to 30 mph. Riddels plumbers responded in about 1 hr, turned of water at the meter, replaced the broken pipe & faucet in about 5 minutes, turned the water back on & were done. Quick & efficient, & pleasant.

First two major work tasks have been completed and waiting on the city inspection. Upon final city inspection the final phase of cleanup is scheduled to follow. As of the date of this note work was extensively bid, bid questions were answered, work was planned, and schedule was communicated to customer. The down payment was released, and the scheduled work began. All supervisors or crew staff communicated well with progress reports. Most all of the work tasks completed to date exceeded my expectation. If the final tasks match current progress, my expectations will be exceeded. The third phase of the work included the city inspection and the dig crew covering up the drain lines with soil. All of the work continued to exceed my expectations. From the office staff to the workers at my home the firm communicated well with me as the work continued and exceeded most firms that I have used. I asked for additional plumbing work that will be completed next week. I look forward to the final completion of this difficult project. My General Contractor used this firm for a new home for me a few years back. I will continue to recommend Riddell for major plumbing work in the DFW metroplex.Please know that during the last two days I have had two added folks from Riddell that completed work at my home related my major project discussed above. I have to rate these experiences as good but not excellent. Neither the plumbing crew nor the digging crew were prepared for the necessary tasks requested. With support from the office staff both crews recovered so I can consider the seemingly routine plumbing company processes as good but not excellent. One more task remains to be completed at my home that was delayed by rain. This final task has been scheduled for tomorrow for the dig crew. Hopefully, the final stage of dirt and rock removal plus final cleanup will be completed with the exceptional services that is normal for Riddell Plumbing.

Riddell Plumbing is a very professional outfit. I made an appointment with them to install a garbage disposal at my brother’s house in Mesquite. I had to postpone the work a couple of times, and Jeannie at Riddell was very understanding and accommodating.The disposal was finally installed this morning. I thought the PVC pipes under the sink needed to be replaced, but the plumber said it wasn’t necessary. I very much appreciated his honesty in not doing something that I thought was necessary when it wasn’t. Riddell plumbers were at my home within an hour after I called. I received a call 10 mins after my initial call, to inform me a plumber was assigned and will be coming. I received a text message confirming that a plumber was dispatched and a photo of the plumber. The plumber and assistant arrived. I showed and explained my issue with outside faucet. Both were very courteous and got right to work. The plumber was able to fix the issue without having to disrupt my outside wall. The plumber cleaned up the area and attached my water hose connection for me. I am very pleased and thankful they were able to arrive quickly and resolve the issue within an hour of their arrival.

Robert and his helper (Cruz) did a great job, there were some minor adjustments need on the chain of the toilet pressure valve (causing the toilet to run and setting off the Leak Defense system) and he checked for the smell of gas in the kitchen near the gas stove. He removed some of the couplings at the point they were connected to the yellow tubing and reinstalled and tightened those as well. Robert also checked to make sure the water heaters were all good with the connections between the two tanks upstairs. He observed that all was correct with the water heater installation (connections, etc), also by Riddell Plumbing. He offered to make any adjustments needed throughout the house to maximize the 1 hours time I was being charged for, which I did appreciate.
