I had heard of James Thompson Plumbing & Heating from my local fb page and had heard good things locally. I reached out and set an appointment for general cleaning/tune-up of my boiler. They were really great, nice and very informative giving me tips and future maintenance. I would gladly use them again!

Thompson has been our go-to plumber for a while now! They have fixed a major leak in our wall, replaced a water heater, as well as several smaller jobs over the past few years.They never fail to be prompt, throughout and wonderful to work with. They are also reasonable price wise for the turn around time and quality of service.Finally, they are all just the nicest. From giving me time updates so I can plan naps, wearing masks to protect my medically complex daughter, to allowing my son to “help” then fix the sink and explaining every step of the process to him, every interaction with this team has been lovely.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my water heater replaced and they made it the same day. Fair prices for their services and theyll install water heaters bought at Home Depot or Lowes, and can advise you on better options. Absolutely plan to hire them again and highly recommend their service!

I had a great experience with this company! They replaced my water heater and some pipes in my home. They were the best price around!The owner and his employee’s were all very professional, punctual and thoughtful!They cleaned up after themselves and even took their shoes off! I was very impressed and will definitely use them again as well as I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I had a pipe break in my basement. Its winter and I had to turn the heat off in the house because of the pipe break so my basement didnt continue to flood. I needed the pipe fixed fast because its cold out. I called up Thompson and left a message with their answering service. Mr. Thompson called me back 5 minutes later and said hed send over one of his guys. The guy showed up 15 minutes later and was able to quickly fix the issue. Approx. an hour after I discovered the the broken pipe, my heat is back on. Great, fast, affordable service. I will definitely use them again in the future (but hopefully only for non-emergency plumbing services).

Had an emergency, no heat. Got a call back very quickly after calling after business hours. They came out promptly and did the job. They do quality work and called back a few days later to make sure everything was running good. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Well, we needed them. They came, conquered and took my check. It was a bit more$$ than I wished but we needed them...immediately. all know this kind of story. Would I recommend them? Sure, competency is obvious. Does one have the luxury of time for plumbing services? 99.6% of the time, no!
