I was a little skeptical our leak could be found, our leak was in a main line somewhere from the meter to our house. The line was about 200 yards or more with no indication as to where it could be, with winter weather and a line that is buried more than 4 ft, it was like a needle in a haystack for us. Our bill was increasing every month. Justin came out and found the leak within 30 minutes or so. It was not in an area we had even considered and it saved us hours of labor digging up other areas. He was very professional and knowledgable, tried to dig it up best he could for us and marked it clearly for the repair. Definitely would recommend the Medford office and Justin. UPDATE: Just to update my original review. We ended up having 3 separate leaks, we had the company come out twice. They found two leaks using helium. The third leak my husband used the same technique by renting a tank and doing the same thing they did. I still recommend them but just be aware there could be additional leaks and it gets spendy having them come out multiple times they cant guarantee there will not be additional leaks.

We had a water main leak somewhere under the front yard and needed to figure out where ASAP. I called the Medford office and they were able to get a technician out to us right away despite our home being over 100 miles away from the office. The technician Jarrod was absolutely wonderful. He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. He answered my multitude of questions with grace and humor and helped me feel at ease despite such a frustrating and stressful situation. I really appreciated how efficiently he worked and how fast he found the leak! We were able to get it fixed from start to finish in the same day, and Jarrods service was exceptional. I highly recommend Jarrod and the Medford office. Thanks for being awesome!

I highly recommend this company!My well was leaking and we needed adsistance in determing the source of the leak.Megan thoroughly answered my questions. She guided us to describe what we could see in the very soggy dog house type shelter that covered the well.She got us on Chriss schedule as soon as possible. Once Chris arrived, he quickly discovered the source of the leak.We were extremely grateful that they referred us to a plumber that would get the repair done within a few days.I recommend this company without any hesitation!Thanks- it was a pleasure to work w/ you both.

Found and fixed a leak in my vinyl pool yesterday. Pressure tested everything and dye tested everything. Im no longer losing water! Nice guys, good value service. Will use again.
