Needed my Navien tankless water heater serviced. Peter (owner) picked right up and was very informative and professional about how the service would be conducted. Peter showed up under 24 hours from when I called and was awesome. He took the time to be thorough and answered any questions I had about the process. Extremely clean and neat and might of left the area cleaner than when he got there. His rate was very competitive and worth every penny. I have hired many contractors and it’s very hard to find one that has true pride in his work. Peter was that guy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing or heating needs.

I’ve used Peter‘s team on a couple of occasions and they have provided excellent service with clear communication and prompt response time. The first time they serviced an on-demand water heater adding the necessary fittings to do the required maintenance. They did what they said they were going to do, did what was necessary and the price was reasonable. The second time Peter fixed a plugged drain which was part of an old plumbing system. He clearly outlined the options and explained the process clearly. I was very happy with his work and highly recommend him. It was a pleasure working with them.

Peter at Waterworks Mechanical is a pleasure to work with. He came out to address a leaky spigot and identified a thorough solution to replace it and add a new shutoff valve for winterization. He explained our options and helped us decide on the smartest fix. He took extra care to cover spaces in our finished basement before working and cleaned up completely at the end. Will absolutely be using him again for future pluming and HVAC needs.

Peter has helped me with many plumbing projects. The recent project was for a propane water heater that was submerged in basement flooding. He made sure the tank was raised to protect it from future flooding and installed a new tank with all plumbing up to date codes. All done on same day. One day, many years ago my furnace decided to stop working in the middle of December. I somehow found Peter’s contact and he came over to restore heat. Some parts were needed and what not and this just meant that it couldn’t get fixed that day but no worries he would be back on the weekend without charging exorbitant fees.I got the impression that Peter is skilled at his craft and likes to help out his fellow neighbors without taking advantage of their situation. I would work with Peter again.

Peter has been the go to expert for all of our plumbing needs for over a decade. Most recently he re-engineered our 100 year old homes plumbing system from the basement to the third floor including two kitchens and a bathroom as well as new high efficiency gas boilers. He has successfully and meticulously implemented a complete system that includes specialized automatic water leak prevention devices integrated. He has systematically and patiently trouble shot minor but complex issues that emerged from the pressure regulating valves being impacted by the incoming water quality. I would not have trusted anyone else to get to the bottom of something that tricky. He stands by his work. Highly recommended if you want plumbing work done right. Go with his recommendations as he is looking out for the best and reliable solution for your needs.
