I cant say enough great things about this company. Others turned us down last year when we needed some work done. Maybe it was the way my father had rigged the washer into the bathroom sink with a bicycle tube. Ryan was great and they were the first to call when I needed help this year! It was nice to see Ryan again and he scoped my sewer, fixed the leaky toilet, new baskets in the sink and the shower dial was backwards. Ryan was once again... Excellent and I am very happy with the work. 5 Stars for service, 5 Stars for the teamwork, (office staff and Ryan ) very professional, do we need masks, let us know what makes you feel safe, etc, and of course 5 Stars for Ryan!

This was a routine installation of a kitchen faucet. I engaged a plumber because the faucet location was awkward to the point of being nearly invisible buried under and inside the kitchen counter. They scheduled the job for two days after I called. Nice. The plumber arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. He quickly set out all the proper tools, went right to work, and was done within an hour. I give the companys performance an A. I would recommend them and Id use them again. Good work!

I had a leak in the water main line to my home and called Edgar Plumbing for help. Dom and Rex came out the next afternoon and they were able to diagnose and patch the line. The phone receptionist was very pleasant and personable when taking my info and thanked me for using them. The plumber arrived at the estimated time and he was very nice. He explained the problem, showed me the cracked pipe and told me how to avoid it next winter. I’ll use them again

Emergency weeekday hot water heater replacement. Eager got us going in just two days. Prompt and clear. Showed up on time. Even went the extra mile and replaced the sticky turn off valve and installed a pan underneath. Price quoted was price charged. Dom and Ryan were excellent and friendly. Highly recommended.Beware they have a service area. We live in shady cove and got billed an extra $96 to get them out here. Well worth it tho.

Wow, cannot say enough about how responsive (yay Jenny!), professional, courteous and prompt all the staff were for our (emergency) job. Our water heater unexpectedly just up and DIED the night before we called, so no hot water (other than what we heated up!) until they replaced it the next day. Thanks so much you guys, you definitely have our plumbing business (hopefully none, but you never know!) from now on.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that the people from Eagar Plumbing did for us. On one occasion, Luke came to our place. Whereas it would have been easier for him to simply replace the kitchen faucet, and I had already purchased a new faucet in anticipation of that, he identified the source of the leak and fixed it. He told me that if the source of leak turned out to be something else, he would come back and fix it at no cost. But, he had correctly pinpointed the problem.A few days later, seeing their good work, I asked Eagar to replace my water heater. They gave me a good quote, significantly lower than another companys. This time, two guys by the name of Ryan and Luke came. At one point, they called Dave, their manager, who came to help them, since the water heater was at a 7 foot elevation in an awkward spot. All three are good workers, professional, courteous, honest and really nice and pleasant people.

My husband had done one in a previous house and weeks later I was the young mom sick of the junk and had to take the old one to the dump. Easy to set the appointment and they sent me an email after the call to confirm. The showed up on time , actually they were even a few mins early which was a pleasant surprise. They installed my new toilet and two bathroom sinks. The guys were very polite and professional. I had a problem with a complex hot water heating system and Eager Plumbing took care of it in an outstanding manner. The plumber who came to the house quickly diagnosed the problem and the office staff patiently complied with the insurance companys requests for more and more information. Other plumbers were unwilling to supply the requested justification for the replacement. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and a joy to deal with.

We had an issue with our washer overflowing during its rince cycle. Called Eager and they were able to come out within a few hours to diagnose the issue. We needed a pipe replaced. Luke came back out the day after Christmas and got it all taken care of. Luke was very pleasant and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

The handle on the faucet in our kitchen broke so I called Eager Plumbing to come out to replace it as I had used them in the past and they gave good service. This was not an emergency, and they sent a couple of plumbers over a couple of days after I called to replace the faucet with a new one. Of course that night our shower started leaking so theyll be back out to fix that problem in another day or two. Good professional service.

OUTSTANDING! When I googled to find a plumber for help - water had suddenly backed up in 2 showers - it was Friday evening at 4:45 PM andno one was answering their phone, or an answering service picked up, which was worse than no answer at all. But Eagar Plumbing answered and had a plumber (Luke) to my home within the hour. Luke was quite pleasant, very efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again!

My water line from the water meter to the house cracked next to the meter. Luke from Eagar came out and had to dig dirt out from around the meter. He fixed the line, replacing PVC with copper pipe where possible, and after testing he replaced the dirt so that the meter area was tidy like before he started. A great job. Thank you Luke!

Excellent service...start to finish for the installation of a new water heater. Scheduled a service date for a couple of weeks out, but then Jenny remembered that we were very flexible if she should have a cancellation on a date sooner and called us the very next day. Ryan and Dome showed up on time. They were very professional and answered all of our questions straight up. Talk about professional, just before they finished the job they checked and the unit and noticed a leak from the new water heater. They were surprised, as it was the first time this brand of unit leaked. They did not hesitate in going to get a replacement. I was pleased, as now there are no worries as to the final unit. Good folks all around. Their office manager was straightforward and easy to work with. When the crew arrived, we ended up pivoting a bit on the job, but the outcome was what I wanted without the extra expense. I always appreciate professionals sharing their professional opinion in an ethical and open way. You end up with the results you hoped for combined with the perspective of someone who is there to get the job done the way it needs to be, even if that isnt the expensive thing you were thinking it would be.
