Weve relied on their expertise multiple times, from special ordering and replacing the anode in our heat exchanger and water heater unit to, most recently, repairing our sump pump.When we were rudely awakened by the deafening alarm of our sump pump early one morning, we called Hukills. Within an hour, Sam arrived at our doorstep, tools in hand and ready to work. Despite being unfamiliar with our particular sump pump setup, Sam efficiently prepared the area, sent detailed pictures to the Hukills team, and identified the necessary replacement parts. Less than an hour later, Eric joined him.Eric bravely tackled the rather unpleasant task of removing flushable wipes that a guest had unknowingly used during their stay with us. We had Hukill’s come out for a weekend emergency clogged drain for one of our rental units and they were able to get a technician out within a few hours and cleared it out no problem. Our guest was happy which made us happy! I will say there was a little confusion about follow up, but when pointed out to the company, it was handled extremely quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service! Not an easy thing to find these days.

We lost our hot water heater on Friday evening! No parts available over the weekend either. Since it was still under warranty, Hukills spent time getting the correct parts on Monday morning and we were back to hot water by afternoon. The technician explained exactly what he was going to have to do. Levi worked quickly and when he finished the job the only thing he left was foot prints on the carpet! Great company and great customer service! Would definitely use them again but honestly hope we don’t have to do so!

From the moment I called Hukills yesterday morning until their two technicians left yesterday, we had nothing but an extremely positive experience. The morning after our company left our garbage disposal started backing up into the kitchen sink. Hukills sent Marcos to address that issue. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing. Not only that, he tweaked our kitchen faucet so it worked like it was brand new. I wanted to keep Marcos and adopt him. What an extremely valuable employee! Then then we needed additional plumbing work to address the drain issue Marcos arranged for their drain expert to make a house call. Tyler arrived! Yet another extremely courteous and knowledgeable employee. Tyler explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He got our outside drain cleared and all our kitchen issues were resolved. I didnt want to let him leave, either, and wanted to adopt him.Hukills business model puts the customer first and makes certain that the customer is satisfied before their employees leave when the job is completed. My husband is a retied licensed general contractor, but he also knows when its time to call in the experts. Marcos and Tyler were our local experts yesterday. I cant praise either one enough. I wish other companies employees were as conscientious, knowledgeable and courteous.

Levi from Hukill’s came by today to fix the leak from the wall to the washer. It’s really a 2-person job to pull out that washer but he managed to get it out far enough to see that when the washer was originally installed a nut was not tightened and he fixed it. I want to thank the gentleman named Rob last night for fixing my plug in our parking lot storm drains. Much effort went into finding out the problem and Rob was a Bulldog in trying to figure it out. He never gave up and his ideas of getting to the main cleanout was awesome with the pump truck. He figured out the plug was in the main line and was able to clear it so my parking lot could drain. If you’re frantically checking reviews because you’ve got a mess on your hands (like I did), call Hukill’s - they are so great!! Early one Friday evening, my basement toilet basically exploded, so I reacted out to them in a desperate panic. Tyler R. came ASAP to clear the drain - he was kind, polite, and effective. Shortly after, Salvatore came to “evacuate” - he too was a pleasure to work with (and late on Friday night, no less). Sadly, considerable damage was done (could’ve been much worse if not fur Hukill’s quick work). Nate is now running restoration, and so far it continues to be a seamless process. Can’t thank them enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, and courteousness!

I called Hukill’s because they are a large highly ranked Rogue Valley plumbing business, and I needed a specialty plumber who had worked on bidet style toilets. Lance worked steadily, using information on the internet to learn about my specific model (which was different than ones he’d worked on before). He was able to take apart an enclosed portion of the unit, identify the reason for the leak, and stop its progress. Job well done and much appreciated!

Two elders at home. 1st must call for estimate and appointment. Estimate Guy comes out and I was confused about the project as we talked about going under the house and some digging. Then they send you an estimate through email. The estimate was not clear to me as to what we had discussed. The kid showed up on time and called me. The plumber kid was very sweet and he told me what he was going to do which was not what I thought but I left it to him as I am not a plumber. He did a fantastic job and the price was smaller than the original. I am very happy 😊. I will use them 👍 again.

Hukills helped us with a leak and what ended up being then a complete remodel of our 1908 - 1960s upstairs bathroom since the plumbing was incredibly out of date and at the time build, custom for the home at the time period.It was a long process due to the fact that they had to figure out how to make everything fit AND I threw in the complication that I wanted to move all of the plumbing around if we were going to open all the walls and floors and we wanted to install some new electric.During the process, we also found out that one of the floor beams was split and had to get a new beam put in, otherwise, the floor could no longer support the clawfoot tub.Overall, working with Hukills was great and they were very patient with all of our requests and changes. I highly recommend the team there especially - Darren + Christian (plumbing), Tony and Joe and Randy (construction), Brian, Caden (painting) and Nate (project manager). Hope I got all those roles + names right! :) You guys are the best!! I also learned so much about contruction and plumbing - fascinating!I hope I never have to go through this process again of finding so many issues with the house due to one little leak, but should I ever need - my husband and I would definitely hire Hukills again.Posting a before and after.Note - my husband and I did the beadboard and floors, but the plumbing, demo, bedroom painting, and all the other crazy unseen things were done by Hukills. We had ruptured a water pipe with an auger and hukill’s was able to come quickly to assess the issue. The first tech encountered some issues with power lines running next to the pipes in question and had to schedule a follow up with the excavation team who promptly came out the next day and took care of the leak and backfilled the hole like it had never happened. We recently had water damage in our kitchen due to a leak from our dishwasher and we had Hukills do the restoration work. Hukills was great...they provide one-stop shopping, as they did the removal of the damaged flooring, as well as the installation of new plumbing, dishwasher, flooring, tile and drywall. Walter did a great job coordinating all the work and dealing with the insurance company - he was very good about informing us about the schedule and kept the project moving forward. Randy took care of the installation of our new dishwasher, plumbing and new fixtures. Pat and Noah did a great job installing the new flooring and trim and really paid attention to detail. We were very satisfied with the work that Hukills did and our kitchen is as good as new! I would highly recommend Hukills for water damage restoration.

They used the big vac and pressure wash to quickly find the leaking pipe. They were both informative, professional and personal. We hired Hukills to install a new garbage disposal, to replace a laundry room faucet, and to fix two leaky faucets on a jet bath tub. The installer did a fabulous job putting in the garbage disposal properly. It required some repiping to make a good fit. The new laundry faucet looks great and they did some research to find the correct valves and stems for the bathtub faucets and we have those on order. Communication with the office was exceptional and the installer obviously cared very much about doing things right. We were very impressed and would recommend Hukills without reservation.

They had me text a picture of our leaking faucet in our old 1941 house, to be sure that they would be able to work on it (saving us a service charge if they couldn’t). I didn’t catch the plumber’s name but he was friendly without wasting any time (important, when you are paying by the hour), and also fixed an overflow drain pipe that was loose and rattling around. I havent gotten the bill yet (Im scared! :-)) but I want to shout out the technicians and craftsman who have been at our house. They were all super nice to work with. He was fast and had the parts I needed with him, so our water was only off about 20 minutes.Adrian, drywall and carpentry. Great job of patching things up like a pro.Caden, painting. Made it look like new.Samuel, tile. Took meticulous care to fit everything and had ideas that look beautiful. 1000 times better than the original tile was.Riley, drywall texture. He draped plastic over my whole bathroom to keep everything clean, and matched the texture perfectly.Randy, Juan and Don, support and extra help.The only rough patches we had were working with Nate on getting things scheduled and communications. Nate seems to know his stuff, but he was not great about communicating with me and scheduling. I felt like I needed to call every week to nudge things along to get progress. He was bad about letting me know when workers would arrive at my house, which made it difficult to work around my own job.He had taken samples of my old tile to match the new ones to, and he ordered tile that took 5+ weeks to arrive. When the tile FINALLY arrived, it was dark brown. My current tile is a pale cream. The color was not even close to being a match, and we waited with a demolished bathroom for 5+ weeks for that?!?! I was furious that wed have to wait several more weeks for the correct tile to arrive. However, Samuel, the tile guy, said hed go contact some of his suppliers and see what he could find. Within two hours he was back with tile that was a near perfect match. He installed the tile that day. I really believe if I could have worked with Samuel directly, instead of having to run everything through Nate, I would have had the bathroom finished within a week, instead of waiting six weeks with a mess and the inconvenience of a torn up bath.Overall, Im very happy with the work done, and the guys who did the work were fantastic. I just think the communication could have been better.

We quickly realized we were not going to be able to pull the cat back up, so we began draining the tank. Unfortunately, it stopped draining, with over half the water still in it. The only down side to the experience was the price, which was probably much higher than it would have been if we had waited until Monday for a more local plumber. But, as I stated before, Hukill’s was the company willing to send someone out to help us when many “24 hour” plumbers were not.

The work was well done and the technician (Marcos) did a great job. There were issues of wrong parts were ordered discovered by tech when he came to install. New parts ordered and then corrected. We had to clear access several times and the last time we had no notice about tech coming until a voice mail 15 minutes ahead of planned arrival. His communication was good. So work great, tech great, communication (as so often) from schedulers should be improved

I’ve had Hukils out to my house three or four times and everytime every person I’ve dealt with from the person taking my call to the person coming out to make the repairs has been awesome! Everyone is always very friendly and they have always got the job done quick and affordable. One time in particular that made me a Hukils customer for life was they came out because we had water under our house. They found a broken pipe and fixed it but it was so wet they had to dig up all the soil under the house and put down lime and plastic to get rid of the smell. A year later I had water under my house again. I called them and found that whoever originally plumbed my dishwasher (it was not Hukils) didn’t connect the plumbing to the rest of the house so it was just dumping water under my house everytime I ran it. Hukils fixed it and removed the wet soil and everything AGAIN and didn’t charge me a dime for it! They are amazing and I highly recommend them every chance I get!!

Needed a new water heater badly! Called several plumbers, most out at least 3 weeks until I spoke with Hukills. They were able to come in a few days!! Lance came on time drained, removed old (approx 30 yr old water heater) and installed new tank in 2 hours. I requested all new pipes and hardware, all were installed in that 2 hr time frame. Cleaned up, removed old, I did purchase and had delivered a new water heater, so it was here when Hukills arrived. All is good!!! Happy, no more orange/brown with sediment hot water!!! I also thought the cost was very reasonable for what I needed.

He ended up breaking the seal, saying it was too tight, and needed to then add more parts to the bill from what I gather from his explanation. He did not exude confidence and almost seemed guilty.$360 for ~30 min. ($185 minimum 1st hr. + $175 for a cartridge & handle?). I was definitely not happy with the final cost, but it wasn’t totally outrageous. It was more the possibility of unnecessary parts used at my expense due to haste/carelessness/inexperience than the cost itself. Then the following happened and I am livid.I have alerts set with the City of Central Point to notify me of high water usage. And my water bills have been $40/mo for 3-4 of us.After the technician left, I got another knock on the door. He informed me that I have a leaking pipe on the customer side of the water main. Why didn’t he tell me this when he was shutting the water off to begin the job? BECAUSE IT WASN’T SPRAYING WATER UNTIL HE BROKE IT. The last person to touch that box was Levi @ Hukill’s on a previous service call here and it was fine until today!!!!Then this technician had the nerve to offer to have someone come fix it for another $185+ because he didn’t have time today after his ~30 min. job that didn’t have a clear appointment time to begin with. UNBELIEVABLE. In his defense, I didn’t realize he called for ~25 min. while making something to eat. I would rather him not come at all if he was in that much of a time crunch.It’s like a mechanic who creates more problems so you come back, but definitely less subtle.The extra star is for the 2 previous visits that didn’t cost me even more money and hassle as a result. All went great the other 2 times. I was not charged for mistakes because none were made. I’m sorry if he is new, but why should I pay another $185+ for a new problem created by the company hired to fix a different problem, at premium prices nonetheless?

I’ve had Hukills come to the rescue twice- the first one a very nice guy unclogged my main sewer line as well as removing roots that had grown into the line. He was quick, able to come by the same day I call and did a great job. The second time I had Chris come by to repair a crack in an irrigation line. He showed up right on time and did a great job repairing the pipe. Highly recommend!
