All of our toilets would not flush on a Sunday. I called Roto Rooter and Zack came over within 2 hours. He fixed our issue, was very professional and kind. The price for a weekend visit was so reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

We were in a pickle with a broken valve that controls a main irrigation line. Roto Rooter was Johnny on the spot and worked closely with the city of Talent. They placed a rush on the ordering of the parts we needed and completed in a timely manner. Not only was the technician Ryan fast and efficient, he was very friendly, mannerly and his communication with the office was outstanding! This is the reason we call them each time we have an issue! Nick Greco came to unclog a toilet which turned into a very long and exhausting job, tree roots were the cause of plumbing issues, not only did he fix the toilet he unclogged the sink as well! Nick went above and beyond the scope of work! Very friendly, respectful and great attitude! Thank you Nick!

He seems to really enjoy what he does and is very knowledgeable. It felt like we were welcoming a friend into our home to help not a stranger.

Roto—Rooter has serviced my home several times over the last few years. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure my pluming is squared away. They can’t always answer your call, but ALWAYS returns calls promptly when I leave a message. The technicians arrive on time and are extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

We live in an old (1905) house. The plumbing has all been updated, except for the sewer drain line. It became clogged with roots about 15 years ago which required clearing. Yesterday, Jan. 5, I recognized the symptoms of of an impending problem, called the previous drain service company which didnt answer their phone. I left a message with Rotorooter, who called back promptly and scheduled a visit yesterday afternoon, a Friday. Nick arrived at 2 pm, unloaded his equipment, and carefully tied back a rhododendron bush adjacent to the drain cleanout. He was obviously knowledgeable about a very old jointed cast iron drain line, patiently cleared all 50 feet of it after several attempts. I questioned him about his companys ability to replace the drain next time this happens, and he answered all my questions. I will ask them for a bid when making that decision.

Great company and service !! Answered call in a timely manner and first visit was scheduled with in a week . Tammy provided excellent customer service as an operator , I spoke with her several times about issues and payments . Great company to work with if you are l Iow on finance and need assistance. Ryan came to my house a couple times to complete the job , he was a very nice, kind knowledgeable plumber and explained and showed me everything he did and worked on even taking pics to show me before and after . So greatful and thankful to this company and for all there help. Had looked for a plumber for over 2 weeks and there were 1 of 3 that responded . Plumbing issues are always a financial burden and yes you might get the work done cheaper some place else but the work Roto Rooter supplied me was exceptional !! Would definitely use them again for another plumbing issue . Thanks so much Roto Rooter !! Blessings to you all

This company is hands down is our go to! When we first moved into our house our technician, Ryan, came out to our rescue. We had water shooting out into our kitchen. He was able to get to us quickly and was honest about charges and time he was spending on repairs.Recently we had our water heater go out and Ryan reached out quickly and was able to squeeze me in in just a few days so that I didnt have to pay for urgent services ($$$). When you have a little one at home things like hot water is a priority! We are so SO thankful to have a reliable company here in Medford! Thank you Ryan and Thank you Roto-Rooter!

I had the pleasure of having Carter come to my rental (im the tenant) Right off the bat he was insanely respectful! He knew exactly what he was doing and was very informative the entire time, and he fixed the issues quickly...12/10 would definitely recommend!!

We had someone from Mr rooter originally come out for a clogged drain. Their guy tried to tell me if we cleaned our sewage pump and basin then our line would be unclogged. I asked him to explain since the pump was working and emptied the basin and after the water left the basin it would come out of on of our showers. He just kept saying the pump was dirty and we should pour bleach on it over the weekend and it would be fixed. He wouldnt even look at any of the drains. I then called Roto-Rooter and they had someone come out a couple hours later. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and found and cleared the clog for us within the hour. He also gave us some great tips. We will use them from now on.

I run a small mobile home park and on more than one occasion I have had to call Roto Rooter I cant say enough about the wonderful people there!!!! From Tammie, and Marcie in the office to the guys who come to fix the problems that we have. If you have problems with your sewer or plumbing I strongly recommend them.

This is the only name to call if you are a homeowner or landlord, they service Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass and probably others, Zack did a great job I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter, they came behind another plumber that didnt do the job and refused to come back and fix it, the tenant called the failed plumber first, I have put Roto Rooter in my phone book thank you for a great job.

Joe was able to resolve my issue very quickly. He also explain to me the issue so I could prevent it in the future. Marcy was absolutely wonderful to book an appointment with. They are super flexible, very professional, and their goal is to resolve the issue. I would say that it’s a job well done in my book. I will be using them for all future issues, we also use them professionally at our apartment complexes locally. If you want good quality plumbing, and also to be treated with professionalism I would highly recommend using Roto Rooter. Also their pricing is super fair and it beats a lot of the plumbing here in the valley.
