I needed a water softener installed at my home so I did a random google search. I found Krise Services and called them first. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They answered my call right away, and I was scheduled for a free consultation in less than a week. Two weeks later, I have a brand new water softener installed and it works perfectly! Everyone I’ve worked with has been super responsive and professional and best of all, it was incredibly affordable!!Also Ryan, the tech assisted, was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional!Definitely give them a call for your HVAC and water treatment needs - you won’t be sorry!

I have had to call and communicate with many vendors as of late. With that as a backdrop, I was immensely pleased with Ernie from Krise Services. The main office was fantastic to deal with, Ernie (plumber) arrived promptly, was very personable and professional. He took pictures of everything that needed to be completed, and sent me an estimate within an hour of his visit. The estimate was reasonable. Chris (electrician) arrived 15 minutes later for his appointment. Chris was fantastic as well. He filled out an initial survey of everything electrical that will be uploaded to their system and available to any electrician in their service. He explained a membership program that saves money and time. I never heard of something like this. I was impressed. Definitely going to use these guys as a primary plumber and electrician. Very impressed with there services. We had an ongoing problem with a new boiler we had installed for the entire 2 years of an other companys warranty. Going on year 4 of our new heating system only heating half the house, and multiple companys not being able to get it right. Decided to try Krise, we have used them for other services with no problems. Thank you Chris N for taking the time to use your experience and the experience of your co workers to fix the problem. Its been a couple weeks and there is heat in the whole house. Something that hadnt happened with this new boiler for more then a day. ~ Kim
