My husband found Gary while doing a google search and after he read the reviews we decided to call. We were shocked to have someone pick up the phone as we’ve tried reaching out for a few other local plumbers. I explained the situation with Gary and he stated that our issue was actually quite common. He was able to come by next day and was actually early! He was lucky to have the part needing replacement and was able to fix the issue really quick! He explained what he did and educating me on how to tell if that part was no longer good. While we was here he was also able to provide a few other quotes and I couldn’t believe how affordable he is! Being in a home that’s over 40 years old and hardly renovated, we’re always scared of the repair bills! We’re so grateful Gary himself picked up the phone on our first call and completed the job himself next day! I’m glad to say we found our plumber and we couldn’t be any happier! Thank you Gary!!!

Gary is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely honest and fair. I utilized his services about a year ago to fix a leaking pipe, he took care of it the same day and was prompt and professional. Today I had an issue with a pump in our basement. Rather than come over, charge a call fee and whatever else, he helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, saving me tons of time an money. I cant thank him enough. I will be sure to refer everyone his way.

Gary was punctual, professional and efficient. He showed up on time and had our faucet fixed within 15 minutes. Since it was so quick, I asked him to fix another plumbing issue, which although he was not expecting it, was able to also fix that within another 15 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Gary did an awesome job today. First time customer and based on the other favorable reviews here, called him for a repair/replacement of a washer discharge submersible pump. He came out the same day and completely the work promptly (in fact before I even got calls back from other plumbers for estimates). Great job and thanks again, will definitely use Gary again in the future!

Gary came out within half an hour of calling him. He was friendly, funny, thorough, and found a hard-to-find leak in our basement coming from the refrigerator water line. He even adjusted our water heater temperature. His price was extremely reasonable for the work he put into finding and fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Gary has done several jobs for us over the past year. I find it hard to believe that he would be rude to anyone, he does have a dry sense of humor which I guess could be interpreted as rude. He is reasonable, reliable and has diagnosed and repaired everything on the first visit. He has also made recommendations if he is not the best person for the job. Definitely recommend!

I called gary about a leak causing water damage to the ceiling drywall. He recommended that I cut open the drywall myself and try and find the leak which would save me money vs. him doing it. I found the leak and called him back. He walked me through further investigation and I was able to isolate the cause. He came over within 45 minutes and fixed the leak. I really appreciate the effort he took to help me find the leak myself. It wasnt hard and saved me a lot of money. Ill definitely use Gary next time.

Gary is a good guy. Hes straight forward and does good work. He replaced a complicated section of leaking / failing drain for me and also helped me spec and install a water conditioner system. Im an experienced DIYer and I respect his knowledge and experience.Ive read some reviews that say hes rude. Now that I know him, I can understand why someone sensitive might think he is rude. If you look past his tone youll find an experienced motivated independent plumber who can provide sound advise and deliver quality work.

Gary is a great plumber who does good work for a fair price. I had an emergency repair situation and he came out at night to fix the problem and didnt stick me with a huge bill. He just did the work and we paid a fair price. We were without running water but Gary had us up and running within an hour.
