Greg from Base One Plumbing came out after being dispatched by our home warranty company for a leaking water heater...not going to lie, upon reading some of the reviews left here I was a little concerned prior to him showing, but Greg was awesome in diagnosing and fixing the issue - all covered under the warranty. He was kind and efficient and professional, and we would use his services again for sure!

I dont usually write reviews but felt I had to weigh in after seeing so many negatives. This team was prompt (within hours on a weekend, the job was done) and the price was beyond fair. I havent inspected the work yet but my airbnb guests are happy the hot water is working and the floor is dry.

Greg was a pleasure to work with! Most of the negative reviews seem to be the fault of their insurance companies or home warranties and NOT on Greg’s actual service. Our toilet was leaking after new flooring was installed. He was punctual, professional, informative and did a great job fixing the issue. Great customer service too! He helped us on a Sunday, when most companies would not. Our family will definitely be working with Greg in the future! Highly recommend!

Used through a Warranty company for a water heater that needed new elements. I think he gets a bad wrap judging by the other reviews. I think people might be a little sensitive and also forget that the man is a plumber and not a massage therapist coming to your house to heal you. He was on time, fast and even looked at an unrelated issue on his own time and for no extra cost. My girlfriend has nice long hot showers again!
