These guys are always very responsive and very professional. They just show up, fix the problem and theyre on their way. They dont upsell or waste a lot of time talking. Just get the job done. Easy going and pleasant to talk to. Very knowledgable.

We own a small business here in Madison so we needed the plumbing work done ASAP. Ohio Valley Plumbing came out within in an hour and fixed it for us before opening time! Great work and very reasonable price! We called many places the day prior and no one returned our calls yet! Glad we found this new business. They are available 24 hours a day so they will definitely be my new go to business for all my plumbing needs for my business and my home!

If I could give Ohio Valley Plumbing Company 10 stars, I would. The owner was professional, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job. I did some of the prep work myself and had to call a few times to organize a schedule. While 4 other plumbing companies either never called me back or never gave me a quote, the owner ALWAYS called me back (usually late afternoon or early evening). He was frank about the cost but did not price gouge like another company from Clarksville. He finished the work in the time frame he gave us and even gave me some advice to ensure my portion was up to code. He has now done a couple different jobs for us. It is SO refreshing to find a company around here that prides themselves on craftsmanship and service. I cannot recommend Ohio Valley Plumbing Company enough.

We needed a plumber ASAP it was on Saturday and of course evening and our sewer was clogged it started coming up in our backyard we rented something to fix it we bought a snake and couldn’t get the clog we have one bathroom and 3 kids so it had to be fixed as soon as possible we called several people who were emergency serviced locally in town and of course got no answer but left messages for everyone he called back very quick and let us know he was coming we also got calls back on Monday but they all regretfully informed me they do not work on sewer clogs which is crazy since they are plumbers this guy came out on a weekend worked for about an hour in super hot temps and fixed the problem his price was beyond fair since we were expecting hundreds of dollars due to it being a weekend and emergency related issue he was beyond great and he made sure we were satisfied and everything was running smoothly before leaving and said if we had any problems just to call we have recommended him to everyone we know and will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs he is ambitious and if he can’t do it I’m sure he’ll find you someone who can he has great customer service and even better prices thanks so much for all the help you saved our butts literally
