    My hot water heater decided it was done working on Christmas morning. After doing some research into replacements, the following day I reached out to Armz Plumbing about their availability to install a new one, and was happy to hear that they were available THAT day. Their technician was at my house two hours later, and by 4:00 that afternoon, it was installed and operating. I was very impressed by their work, and was extremely grateful to have gotten it installed so quickly. Without a doubt, I will be calling them first when the next issue arrives. Thank You So Much!

    My sister Patty element in her water heater went out so she had no hot water so my daughter told me to call this company in Madison Lake just came right out put in a water heater within a couple hours so my water heater was getting to be about 19 years old, so I had Justin come out the next day to put in a new water heater for me within an hour It was put in so thank you Justin for the good service and for this amazing company in Madison Lake that is there to help you when you’re in need.

    My friend referred me to them and we couldn’t be happier! They answered my call right away and got me scheduled quickly for a more urgent plumbing repair. They assessed our plumbing concern and provided an estimate. They were able to fix our plumbing problem the same day. We will definitely use them again!

    Had a leak in our main pipe in our wall that runs from basement to roof. Called Armz they were quick to come and bid, were affordable, professional, accommodating and efficient!     We had a number of smaller, residential tasks that had accumulated for us. When we finally decided they had to be “fixed”, Armz was able to get us on their schedule in a reasonable timeframe, got them done (plus one we had forgotten about!!), all at what seems like a reasonable cost.

    Incredibly happy with this company. Replaced our water heater on warranty when another company had indicated that the warranty had expired. They were able to come the day after we called and quickly got everything replaced. The tech was friendly and competent. Highly recommend working with this company.

    In the past two years I have had two plumbing emergencies and ARMZ fixed them both. Of course they are experienced and competent, but they are also quite helpful in explaining exactly what went wrong, what they will do to fix it, and what you as the homeowner could do to prevent the problem in the future.

    Replaced water heater and couldnt be happier-with 3 girls we needed it- and a large one! The prompt service was awesome, with no hurry on our end we had no expectations- Armz plumbing was on top of it right away and worked with our busy schedule to get it installed quicker then we had imaged. Gave options to make sure we were getting the best option for our house. We had upfront pricing and no surprises and in line with where we thought it should be. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Armz plumbing will be our go to plumber for all our needs!

    Words can not describe how pleased I am with Matt and his team at Armz Plumbing. Read some of my other reviews I am very quick to be critical of service, I can sing nothing but praises about Armz.We just moved into a new house and we had the unfortunate experience where we needed someone out to fix our water softener (not your Home Depot model) on the weekend.Moving forward, if I have any plumbing concerns I will be contacting Armz Plumbing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

    Matt and his crew have installed/done the plumbing for our water softener, garage sink, garage heater, and shower for our basement bathroom (will be installing the toilet and sink soon).     Matt was great! He came over after hours to fix a couple things I discovered in my basement before my basement had waterproofing done the next day. He was professional, helpful and fair with his pricing.He came over again two days later to fix something that was discovered during the waterproofing, and I will be calling him again next time I need something!
