We are very pleased with the service from All Comfort Services this past week after our air conditioning went out. From the initial diagnosis of the problem by technician Jeff Behring, to the outstanding sales presentation by Nick Moran, to the expert installation of a new furnace and AC unit (heat pump with humidifier, dehumidifier and smart thermostat) by Andrew Ware and Jeff U, it couldn’t have gone better. All these gentlemen were professionals who were kind and thorough. We feel confident we made the right decision replacing our complete HVAC system, which was 18 years old. We would definitely recommend All Comfort Services to anyone else

Edit: 3⭐️ to 5⭐️. Leo from customer service contacted us a few days later to chat about our concerns/feedback and get someone scheduled to come out and level everything. He listened to our concerns and understood our frustrations. Anthony came out Friday morning and fixed everything up for us, we now have the peace of mind that the job was done well. All of this was done at no additional charge.Original review:We noticed our water heater was leaking on Sunday afternoon. We called the after-hours line, and they scheduled us for Monday morning. Collin arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. After looking over our water heater, he said they cant repair it, and that we would need a replacement. We were quoted just under $2500 and accepted the job. After a couple of hours, he completed the installation, and we had hot water. Collin said everything went perfectly.Later that evening, under further inspection, we noticed the heater had a significant lean (pictures included) and a piece of metal shoved under part of the base to try and balance it out. We called the after-hours line and spoke with Anthony who sounded concerned that the heater wasnt level, but said it wasnt a true emergency and we could wait until the following day to be looked at. He scheduled us for the next morning.Rich arrived this morning, reviewed the newly installed heater, and said nothing was wrong with the lean and none of the pipes appeared to be under stress.Everything we have looked up says a non-level water heater is a cause for concern. They can lower the machines lifespan, and, because ours is gas, cause venting issues. Our old heater was not leaning, nor have any heaters weve had in the previous 3 homes weve owned. But we have the original installer (Collin) who says everything went perfectly and a second set of eyes (Rich) review and say it is fine. We dont have a ton of confidence our heater will stand the test of time and have some concerns about future problems that may come down the pipeline from this. But All Comfort has reviewed and signed off on this being a satisfactory install, so we will see what happens.

It’s been about a good month since I replaced my furnace and ac unit and I love it. I would absolutely recommend All Comfort Services to anyone. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. As a first-time homeowner, I noticed my AC wasnt working as well as it used to, but there are some things you only learn when issues arise. I decided to give them a call, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and fast. Shout out to each and every one, especially Zach Bergs for explaining the issue in detail and Nick Moran for showing me my options. Nick not only covered the basics but also helped me understand the best solutions for my house while saving money.Goodbye 21-year-old furnace and ac unit. Hello new furnace and heat pump.

Dave arrived on time and was very professional. I took a little while for his tablet device to communicate properly, but beyond that he completed the inspection and diagnosis quickly. As our heat pump appears to have failed, we will be working toward a replacement.

Out with the old, in with the new! All Comfort Services was easily our first pick when we decided to finally replace our 22 year old HVAC system. The technician worked with me over the phone to begin diagnosing the problem, and was able to narrow down the possibilities and stock his truck with the right parts. He also had me try a few things that might have fixed it before coming out to my house. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers and explained how the service call would go. Our water heater went out and we discovered it about 5pm on the Friday before Thanksgiving. We were told that wed have to pay an emergency fee on top of regular hourly pay if we wanted service that evening/weekend which is standard. Anthony Hamilton showed up shortly after our call and was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Wed call on him anytime, but hopefully were good to go!

Was able to schedule a next day appointment pretty easily without paying any “emergency” fees. Technician (Anthony) was polite and efficient. Been awhile since I’ve had to call a plumber, but our toilet was leaking into the basement (1st floor toilet). After the dispatch fee, it was decided to detach and remount the toilet to the floor. Parts and Labor took me to $1150. So, don’t assume anything will be a “small and cheap” job, but I would 100% trust these folks to come back for other repairs as needed and can comfortably recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Anthony Hamilton plumber- (water heater issue) quick, knowledgeable and professional.Nick Moran Sales- Recently we had a tree fall on out home and squish the AC unit. Nick came out and gave us an estimate and found some code issues that would increase the cost of repairs beyond typical replacements. He went above and beyond to get information from inspectors, manufacturers and his own techs to get insurance to approve and cover the additional costs. He also was able to get us better units and was able to negotiate with insurance and bring the cost down to get me what I wanted. He then was able to get the repairs scheduled the next day to have air working before the hot weekend. He went above and beyond and was amazing at communicating.Jeff Urban and Nick Richard’s techs- they were here the next day ready and prepared to get my ac units up and running. They were very courteous, professional and informative. They ran into multiple issues due to being an older home and not being up to code and they were able to problem solve and get the work done same day.10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you all for helping me through this whole process.

We just used All Comfort Services for the first time based on a recommendation from a neighbor; we were unhappy with the company that had done maintenance in the spring and told us our furnace would be dangerous to use unless we had $2,600 in repairs done or replaced the system (and they had a great deal to give us if we signed a contract within the next two weeks). We werent really convinced, so we decided to wait until the fall & have somebody else check it out. Working with All Comfort was just great - scheduled an appointment online last Saturday, the technician (Jesse) came out on Tuesday, and after doing very thorough diagnostics at a reasonable price he reassured that our system was just fine. What a relief! Were disappointed that the previous tech had lied to us but happy to have found HVAC service that can be trusted.

Called All Comfort on Thursday 9/6/24 about a water heater with a slow leak from the bottom. They were able to schedule someone for the next day and also told me it was OK to turn off its water supply if I wanted to which I did for overnight.Friday morning Collin showed up and we checked out the water heater and it was quickly determined that I needed to replace my 12 year old unit. I agreed and Collin called in the order and the new one was delivered within an hour or less.Collin got it installed quickly and hot water was back.I had a great experience with All Comfort and especially Collin and would recommend them highly.

And after these recommended repairs they suggested that we potentially consider replacing the entire unit. They’re coming to inspect the heater this week. We are cautiously going to watch for the same communication.

I had an electrical problem that I couldnt diagnose. Old-ish house (built 1947), lots of electrical modifications over the years. All Comfort Services was the first to respond to a request for service, and got a visit scheduled the next day.The electricians, Devin Meester and Pete Wyss, were highly professional, and conscientious about explaining to me when Code was involved.I understand troubleshooting, and I could easily tell that they were wasting no time. They cooperated seamlessly, and were methodical until they discovered the problem. (It was a slightly damaged cable with water infiltration, behind a wall.)On the grounds of prompt response, and of Devin and Petes professionalism, knowledge, and ability to understand the old wiring in the house, I recommend All Comfort Services strongly.

We recently had our A/C unit stop working during a warm and humid stretch, and they were able to get someone out to us the same day. The technician (Jeff B.) was very quick to determine the issue and get the A/C working again, which was nice since we had relatives staying with us. I expressed concern about the fact that our HVAC system was 23 years old, and Jeff gave us a few options so we could make the best decision for our situation. We ended up deciding to look into replacing at least the A/C unit at this point due to the age of the unit. After meeting with the sales tech (Billy T.) we ultimately decided it would be the most economical to replace both the A/C and furnace together given their age to avoid any duplicated labor if they were replaced separately. This was after Billy provided us with the many options for us to make the best decision for us. Three days later technicians (Nick R. & Brandon R.) showed up promptly to install the new equipment we had chosen. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They worked great together as a team to complete the installation. They provided information on the new system and demonstrated the new Smart Thermostat to run the equipment. We are very satisfied with the service provided by All Comfort Services and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater failed on a Saturday and started slowly leaking on Sunday evening. By Monday morning, it was clear it needed immediate attention. All Comfort Services initially said they could schedule for Tuesday, but then they found a team that could come out within an hour. Pat and Thor were really pleasant to work with and they did a great job.They covered the floors with tarps so they wouldnt leave a mess when they took the old heater out and they were very efficient in installing the new one. They also alerted me that the water softener salt reservoir was empty -- something my husband had been unable to take care of due to a major health crisis -- so I could go out and buy salt. And they checked a few other plumbing issues that werent emergencies and advised me what needed to be done. I was very happy with the work they did, the care they took to make sure everything was clean when they finished, and their concern that everything related to the water heater was working properly.

Anthony Hamilton just finished a big job for me, replacing all the galvanized pipes in my house, replacing the drain in my laundry tub and installing new faucets in the laundry tub as well as 2 outside faucets and flushing my hot water heater. He was a joy to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual and cleaned up what mess is inevitable with a job like this. All comfort services clearly had experience in doing these types of installations for WI homes, which is not a guarantee with a lot of other companies. We appreciated the clear communication, flexibility to work within our timeline, willingness to answer any questions we had, transparency on the process, and the respect they had for our space, and for us as customers (and our dog). The two days of installation required them to be in our home living space, and they did everything possible to make it as least intrusive as possible (took care with equipment, cleaning, considerate of our furnishings, etc…). We especially enjoyed the genuine and grounded demeanor of Jesse and Dylan, who worked on the in- home installation piece. They did a great job explaining things and were comfortable to be around. The scheduling is easy, they show up within the window youre given, they are conscientious about not bringing mud into the house, they clean up, if they have to reschedule, they communicate, their billing is easy to deal with, the stuff is fixed the first time, period, done. I say value because they are not the lowest price-point but the intangibles listed above are worth it to me. They do try to sell you a Comfort Club program which we have not ever opted for, but it might be something people would want to do if you dont want to monitor your own maintenance schedule. And it seems kind of cool (although I dont have anything substantive to support that) that it is an employee-owned company.

The service person did his job and covered everything with me. I do not like the appointment process. Because I don’t subscribe to your yearly plan I have to leave a whole day open waiting for the technician. I have bought a water softener, furnace and an air conditioner and have always used your company for service. I could always call and get a specific time (give or take a short amount of time) for an appointment and carry on with the rest of my day. Now I am captive to wait! Doesn’t seem right!!!Barb

Our home is now delightfully cool, thanks to your hard work!2020:I called around 8 am this morning and Luke W was at my door a little after 10 am. Luke immediately talked about the steps he would be taking, how I would be billed and how hed wrap up the service call. While fixing the main issue, he discovered another one and fixed it on the spot (which saved me time and money because it would have been another service call this winter). All in all, we had amazing customer service from the call center and with Luke. I would recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.

Since I am a Comfort Club member, I can get to a biannual safety check of my house. Two electricians: Nick and Andrew came last week and thank goodness they did. The electrical power supply box was charred at the back.When Nick touched one of the power breakers, it snapped and sparked!!! It is a good thing I have not had an bad electrical fire. Nick was very concerned and ordered emergency service with an MG&E representative to come ad sign off on their work swapping out the old box and installing a new one. I was without power only fro 8:30 am - 12:45 pm last Friday. I truly appreciate the prompt service. Thank you: All Comfort Services! bja 3-26-24The Madison City Building Inspector spotted a piece of exhaust pipe that wasnt up to current codes. He flagged it. Two team members from All Comfort came at the time they were expected. They swapped out the pipe with a new code piece and left within the hour. No additional charge for me because it was a recommended code fix.I am happy with my ALL Comfort Services care and service.
