Jason is great. Very responsive, works quickly, and does great work. He replaced both hose bibbs (one cracked & leaking) with much higher quality parts and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

I needed two bathroom faucets replaced. Huntsville Plumbing put me on the schedule first thing the next morning. They installed both faucets and drains in a short time. A part was missing from one of the new faucets I bought, but they had a spare. They were nice to do businesses with and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Huntsville Plumbing to anyone.

As someone that has been in the plumbing industry for 25 years, I use Huntsville Plumbing for all my service needs. JT’s knowledge, expertise, professionalism and honesty separates him from the rest. He has installed new hose bibbs, a pressure reducing valve and replaced my water heater over the last several years and every time he comes out he get the job done quickly and right the first time!!

Huntsville Plumbing is the best!!! I have used Huntsville Plumbing now three times over the past 11 years. Jason, Amy and JT are all excellent. They are fast to arrive, diagnose and get the job completed.In regards to the before mentioned jobs, all of the jobs have been separate issues and I have never had an issue with work already completed. They perform quality work. They are very friendly and will work with you to the best of their ability. I have had to work with them long distance as I am in California and have rental in Madison. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone in need of plumbing services.

When our washer drained, it backed up in our kitchen sink. Talked with HPI and scheduled a convenient time for to have them come out. They called and verified the time the morning of the appointment. They showed up on time, verified and diagnosed the problem within an hour of arrival. Over time, our cast iron drain pipe became pitted and collected sludge eventually becoming clogged. To permanently correct the problem, they recommend replacing the cast iron pipe with PVC which would not pit. They quoted a fair price based on the ease with which the pipe could be replaced and included a senior citizen discount. They got the materials and completed the job within four hours of their first arrival. Throughout they were pleasant, patient and professional. I would highly recommend Huntsville Plumbing Inc to anyone with plumbing problems!
