    I called MPE and they had a technician come out the same day. The technician, Nial, was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Nial made sure that everything worked properly before he left. His work was very neat and done in an efficient manner. I will definitely call MPE for all my plumbing needs.

    Service was exceptional! Jessalyn called me before she was about to arrive. She was on time and very professional in how she did troubleshooting on an electrical circuit. After one hour she explained that she would need to come back and bring a 2nd tech with her due to the complexity of the job. She carefully explained what the estimate of charges would be and let me know if the job was completed before the estimated time she would adjust the amount to reflect the actual hours spent on the job. We coordinated for another visit and she once again called before she arrived and was on time. Before she got into some deep troubleshooting, she asked if she could try one more simple thing to figure out the problem. When she did, it solved the problem. She adjusted the cost back down to reflect the actual time spent on the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I am very happy with the outcome and the fact that she went the extra mile to give the best service possible. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are much more reasonable than the big regional electric services.

    Man was amazing. He is relatable, he is kind and very smart. He dumbed things down for me to understand. Me being 19 and having my own trailer, he understood I am still a kid and was very relaxed around me. He was himself and was confident. He cleaned up everything he took apart and saved me money.     Absolutely professional and timely work replacing our HVAC unit. They even moved up the installation date from the original quote which was great considering the power costs our old unit was causing. I have used MPE for years for cleaning and servicing and have had no complaints. Will continue to do business with them.

    He called to let me know when he would be arriving. And he was prompt. It took some doing. But he had to replace the supply line to my refrigerator icemaker. I felt bad for him that he had to go through the crawl space to get to the problem. But its fixed without any other problem. I definitely would recommend MPE services in the future. And he has my thanks.

    We were having sporadic problems with several outlets in our kitchen, so I contacted MPE Services to come check things out. Patrick arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the necessary fixes, and even checked additional outlets. It turned out those outlets were in the same condition, though they hadnt exhibited any issues yet. Patrick was a total professional. I totally recommend MPE services!

    Patrick came to do yearly service on our Generac. Unfortunately, there was a gasket leak on the oil filter and the oil was almost dry, and one spark plug was cross threaded.Patrick had to buy a part to correct the threads. He also had to clean up all of the oil in the unit. He tested it and now everything is running fine. He was very thorough and we would like to have him return next year to do our service!

From the manager to the tech everyone has been nothing but polite and was dedicated to getting my issue resolved, which they did !!!     We came back from being away for a few days in July in the late afternoon on a Saturday to find our upstairs HVAC no longer working. Being new to the Madison area, I did some googling to find that MPE is one of the few companies that offer 24-hour service. I called the work order number and provided my info to the dispatch. Within 15 minutes I was called by Joseph J... he was at our house within the hour.Once on site, Joseph was very friendly and well-informed on HVAC. He explained the how & why every step that he he taking. Being so hot, he predicted a inop capacitor- and was correct. He had our HVAC pushing cold air within an hour of getting on site.Based on this 1st impression of service, Ill be contacting MPE to do the semi-annual services that HVAC equipment needs

    I had three bids for my two new HVAC systems. Communications with the main agent were pretty good. However, when the crew arrived yesterday to commence installation, there was confusion as to how to get the large gas / package off the trailer and over to the installation site. Leadership was fuzzy, even after I had told them that getting the trailer into the yard was OK with me. My neighbor with a small John Deere tractor saved the day with a fork lift to get the new unit over to the site. Also, I wanted a new pad, but they had not brought one. Once things got going, the crew worked well and quickly got the old stuff out of the way and installed the new units, including the blower unit in the attic. They answered my questions and concerns and got it all done well. I had to remind them to get the smaller 2T unit leveled. Overall, the job was well-done and Im happy with the new equipment. A customer needs to REALLY ensure that his concerns and wishes are understood and that the crew complies. I do recommend MPE.

    Matthew Denton of MPE Services fixed my plumbing problem expediently. He assessed the situation after asking me some questions. I needed a new service part and he explained the necessity of that to me, went out, bought it and came back in a timely fashion. Within a short period of time, he fixed it!     Ive used MPE for both HVAC and Plumbing services. Each time they have been great, and the technicians that came to my house were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best solutions for my situation. They are always professional and easy to work with. I believe they are also very up front and honest. My first time using MPE, the emergency tech diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. The sales person looking over the compressor order wanted to make 100% sure it was the compressor, so he sent another tech out (free of charge and the next day). It turned out to not be the compressor and something much less expensive. This tells me they have integrity and strive to do whats best for their customers.

    I was very impressed! The man listened and went at the backed up toilet, tub, and shower from the inside to the city sewers. This problem had been going on since we purchased the House January 2022. This is a new house. We were told that it was most likely construction debri. That was by one of the contractors who put in the plumbing. Those contractors never worked from the inside. They would go into our plumbing from the front yard hookup, and work towards the house. This man found a solid hard blockage that he busted apart. Amazing the lines clear all the way to the city sewage!!! It’s clear and I have confidence the problem is resolved. Pricing was very reasonable.

    Brother Bradley called before arriving and arrived when he said he would. Took his time so as to service the generator properly and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was left in excellent condition. Payment process was easy. We purchased the generator from Lowes but MPE installed it. They did a very professional job. Brother Bradly also took time to tell me how to protect the regulator during extremely cold weather. We will continue to use this company.

    Had an emergency plumbing call and called MPE. They sent Brent to my home right away. He actually really impressed me. Very knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. Very detailed and thorough. Explained what he did and why he did that way. Wasn’t messy and left everything neat and tidy when he finished. He even noticed our toilet was running and was making a noise and asked if we would like him to fix it while he was there. It cost me extra money but that was a good plumber for noticing and a great employee for making that extra sale. I will definitely recommend him to to others.
