The previous owners of our house had spray-foamed the basement floor-drain shut for some reason, which led to water build-up issues in our basement. Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning came out within a day of when I called, removed and replaced the drain grate and cleaned out the drain for a very fair price.Water drains very quickly now! Ken also answered all of my questions about drain & sewer maintenance, and was very quick, friendly and professional.Using Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning was a great experience and I will definitely reach out to them in the future with any drain/sewer issues.

I highly recommend this company to unclog a drain. In March 2024, I experience a very slow kitchen sink drain. I called Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Eric answered the call and was able to tell me that he could have someone at my home within a couple of hours. Ken & his assistant arrived at the time Eric said they would. Ken was able to assess my situation and within a 1/2 an hour had my kitchen sink draining. The crew was very professional and conscientious. They had a drop cloth for their equipment. They charged the 1 hour minimum. I felt it was completely worth the money. If you have a clogged drain that you can’t fix, Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning is the company to call.

We came home to a backed up sewage drain, so we called these guys and they were out very quickly. Once he arrived and diagnosed the problem it was done way quicker than I thought. I was worried about price because of past rooter/plumbing experiences, but their prices were much lower than I expected for the job that was done and I was extremely happy about that. I recommend these guys to anyone, especially with this kind of emergency!

Finally a local, professional and thorough Roto-Rooter company. Ken and his team are amazing. He responded super fast on a Sunday after we had another roto-rooter company come two different times just 4 weeks prior. Ken noticed right away the other company did not clean out the lateral all the way to the street. Do not trust anyone else in the Madison area...these guys are the real deal.

Excellent Service. Sewer clogged near the main (you could wash your hands but not do laundry). They came out 1st thing in the morning and were fast, professional, and very helpful. They even went beyond and added a backwash prevention in the basement floor drain to help prevent future issues. I highly recommend them.

Bradd came out this morning and in 1/2 hour he had my basement drain running again. It had been clogged off and on for months and it is an old house, nearly 100 years old with funky plumbling. We had tried a roto-rooter that we rented and it wouldnt fit. For a very good price I now have a clean drain. I highly recommend these guys!

Our basement drain backed up on Sunday night. I called them this morning & Erich was out to our house 2 hours later. He was able to clear a tree root blockage in the sewer mainline in 1 hour. I was so impressed with his prompt service & quality of work. The price was way lower than what I was expecting. I will definitely call them again for follow up maintenance & highly recommend this company.

Had a basement drain backing up when high volumes of water were being used. Grey water would come up through the floor drain. Called these guys on Monday at 12:30 and they were at my house by 3PM that day the drain was back to normal by 3:45 PM! They removed a lot of roots from the pipe.
