    Madison Plumbing did a fine job at an affordable price on a weekend. I contacted them on Friday afternoon but they werent able to get to me till Saturday morning. They did not charge me the weekend rate since I had initially contacted them during their normal hours of operation during the week. This saves me around $150! They were really nice people and provided prompt and professional service at a fair price. They are now my go-to plumber.

    Ive used Madison Plumbing at least three times so far, and it has always been a favorable experience.     Great service! Doing laundry on a Sunday night and washing machine drain running over. Called that night and they asked if I wanted emergency service. I said no it can wait until normal hours. They were here the next morning and got the drain cleared. Clothes can be washed again! Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend Madison Plumbing!!!!!

    Water heater showed signs of leaking Dec 23 (old and corroded). Fortunately mine is in the garage so decided to opt for service on the 26th, as a little water on the concrete didnt matter. They scheduled an appointment promptly and did a first rate job installing a new water heater by mid-day today (December 26)!

    I was more than pleased with the service I received form Madison Plumbing. I original chose them because they were the only ones who would offer an estimate over the phone. Some places were going to charge me over $90 just to come out and give an estimate. I did have a company to come and give a free estimate which was $200 more than Madison Plumbing. Since there was such a huge difference in the price I actually called MP back, Michelle assured me the price was correct but also explained there may be some additional charges if they need to add things such as extra rings or screws which I understood. The plumber came out as arraigned did all the repairs, cleaned up after himself, and even taught me how to maintain my new items. I ended up pay $10 above the quoted price which was still more than $200 less than another plumber quoted me. They also called me the next day to see if I was pleased with my service. Everyone I encountered was polite and very patient. I would definitely recommend Madison Plumbing Service to all my friends.

    EDIT: Its been a couple years since we last had a plumbing issue. Madison Plumbing Service is now 3 for 3 on fast, quality, plumbing repairs for our household. We had something odd (possibly/likely normal for dying garbage disposals) which I hadnt encountered before. I didnt have time to slowly tinker/DIY so we reached out to Madison Plumbing Service (3rd time over the years) and they were over in just a couple days to fix everything and return our kitchen to us (by my wifes deadline yay!). Its fantastic to have a quality company that we can continue to count on as the years fly by. Oh, and once again - we spent less than anticipated and still received friendly, top-notch service.Madison plumbing fixed a major leak in a fraction of the time and expense I anticipated. They were even able to give me a backstory on what caused the leak (poor patch job when my pipe was cut by a company tunneling their new lines). This was the second time Madison Plumbing has come out and delivered exceptional service for me. The crew was extremely friendly and top notch. My family will continue looking to Madison Plumbing to take care of our future needs.

    A measure of a good company is not always when things go great it is when they dont and how the company handles the situation. I will not go into details but suffice to say things did not go well when I first called about getting a leaking bathroom faucet fixed. As soon as the owner, Mr. Rudder, found out about the situation he called me personally and went out of his way to make it right as soon as possible. Both of the technicians who were involved with the diagnosis and replacement of the bathroom faucet, Bobby and Tyler, were both on-time, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely use this company again whenever we need plumbing services in the future. I would recommend them to anybody who asks.

    Called them at 7:30 am this morning because my ancient water heater finally sprung a leak last night. By 8:45 am the service man was here. In these pandemic conditions, he was properly masked and kept appropriate distance. By 11:45 am, the job is done and the water heater has been replaced. Just waiting for the water to heat now.

    I had the seat a toilet with an offset closet flange. I had apparently used the wrong kind of wax seal so it leaked. The price of the parts were reasonable but the labor was kinda steep. $220. He even charged me the time to go back to the office to get some shims for the toilet. I figured he should have had those in the truck and not charged me that time. He was otherwise professional.

    Called MPS on 4/13/20 and they came out, right on time, 4/14/20! I had two outdoor faucets that needed to be replaced. The guys made quick time of it, fixed in just under 20 min! Wow! Very happy with the two gentlemen that came out and serviced. The bill was much lower than I expected (less than $200)! So a bonus! Thanks MPS!!

One hour after placing the call, the service man was at my home working to remove the brush. He was courteous and obviously knew what he was doing as he got the brush out.     David Frensley came to our house on a Saturday he was contracted from whirlpool to verify our water heater blew up, and it wasnt our fault. He was very polite, sympathetic and stayed longer than he had to. He went above and beyond to try to help us, get a water heater replacement. He even spoke to Lowes and whirlpool in front of us to try to get our water heater Saturday night. He complained to them when they said we had to wait until Monday to get the replacement. He worked fast and took care of getting the information needed to get water heater replacement. Id recommend David at Madison plumbing to anyone. We are very thankful🙂! Lewis family

    I had such a positive experience today with Madison Plumbing! My precious toddler apparently snuck a toy in my toilet and flushed it. Weve tried everything and couldnt fix the issue. Shane called us back within 5 minutes of calling dispatch and arrived at my house 15 minutes later. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fixed the toy debacle in 3 minutes flat.
