When I bought a house, there was a 10+ year old in sink disposal. It stopped working about a year later, and I called Benjamin Plumbing to see if they could fix or replace it. They were able to get it running, but I had them install a new one anyway. They were done in under 20 minutes and for a reasonable price!

The installer arrived at the earlier part of the service window, went straight to work and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We no longer have to worry about a faucet failure on turkey day. We have only used Benjamin Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They offer the flexibility of the homeowner to purchase their own fixtures and they install them, which is a significant plus. In addition, BPs service call rates and hourly charges are competitive compared to other contractors.In our most recent service call Benny, service call technician, noticed that the main shutoff valve was not functioning properly and recommended getting it replaced. BP took care of contacting City of Madison Water Utility to have the street valve located for service. Benny came back to replace shutoff valve in basement and made sure everything was in proper working order throughout the premise before meticulously cleaning up after the work.This most recent experience only confirmed what we knew before that Benjamin Plumbing is the best in Madison area. This was our first time working with Benny, but will be making sure he will be on all future service call requests.

Benjamin plumbing co. was the only company who helped me find a desired hot water heater solution - I wanted to find a hot water heater that was resistant to scale so that I didn’t have to use a water softener anymore. They were able to get, install and work with products that no other companies would. They coordinated the whole project- they found electricians, hvac so that all I had to do was pay - they made it so easy for me and I am very happy. All of their plumbers I have worked with so far are very nice, educational and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Good plumbing depends on good plumbers and Ken Yager is among the best service techs Ive ever had in our home. Great technical skills and a good communicator. Today he replaced a kitchen sink hose that was spraying everywhere, replaced a number of parts for my Kohler sinks, replaced a toilet water valve, and the list goes on. He knows exactly what to do, is efficient, and stays until the job is finished. He really is a consummate professional. I can be fairly stingy when it comes to giving out 5 stars, but today Benjamin Plumbing clearly earned them!

I’ve been working with Benjamin Plumbing quite regularly over the last 4+ years throughout an extensive remodel project that I elected to self-GC. I had BP handle all of the plumbing needs for my home — all new rough plumbing & lines, tankless water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis & water treatment systems, hose bibs, fixtures, etc. While I’m certain I’ve got to be in the top candidates for their longest-running project to date, everyone has been kind and accommodating.John, the main plumber who has worked on my project, has always been very respectful and cognizant of the delicate nature of working inside someone’s home, which I’ve appreciated. Several other trades throughout this process have caused costly damage due to simple carelessness, which has never been an issue with our plumbers.Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, our project manager, Billy, has been accommodating in getting them resolved. A remodel is so much more complicated and nuanced than new construction, and I’ve appreciated BP’s patience and flexibility in working with me over the years on this project.

(Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.I didnt see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.I cant wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

Benjamin Plumbing installed our Salon shampoo units. I felt completely at ease leaving their professionals alone in our space to complete the installment, which normally I like to keep an eye on contractors. They did a fantastic job and weve never had plumbing issues. They even made a complimentary trip over to help figure out a solution for connecting our portable dish washer to our utility sink. We will definitely rehire Benjamin Plumbing again in the future!

So far, I have only spoken with Kevin over the phone. He is so nice and personable. I called because I had basic questions about my water heater and my water not staying hot. I did call the manufacturer of my water heater and softener (Sheldon Plumbing) in between calls with Benjamin Plumbing. Kevin so kindly offered that I call him after Sheldon gave me an estimate and he would give his own. Kevin really knows what hes doing and he takes the time to make a personal connection with his customers.If I can, I will come back and edit the review after they come service my heater and softener.

I cant say enough about Rick! In addition to installing my new water softener, he had to repair old plumbing, fix a broken valve, and clean out a plugged up floor drain. It took him much longer than a normal installation, but he didnt charge me any extra. I am very happy with my new water softener.

I was in a total panic about a leak from my bathroom into the kitchen sink below. I spoke to the plumber who explained what he thought it could be and why it was ok to wait until the next day rather than pay night/emergency rates. When he came out the next day he explained what he was doing and quickly determined what had happened; replaced a part, re-tested everything, putting things right.
