Definitely glad I called Lee Company! On the coldest night of the season (so far) and knowing it was going to be colder, my almost 3 year old heating unit was not giving me warm air! I called Lee Company and they sent Zach out that day. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about and best of all got our heat working within minutes! It was our thermostat, just a wire needed to be attached. I ended up signing up for the maintenance service. I would recommend Lee Company and Zach!

Very pleased with the work on my older home - plumbing replaced the old cast iron drain pipes, electricians updated my service panel, and Service tech Brandon with HVAC has maintained my furnace and A/C in top form on the Maintenance Agreement. Lee Company did some significant repairs for us after we had a pipe freeze and burst. They did the work very well. A few weeks after the work was completed, we noticed a crack in the ceiling. I contacted them, and they were very prompt in coming back to fix the issue. Steve did a great job, and he was concerned that we were satisfied. I would recommend Lee Company for your household repairs and electrical issues. They have consistently done a good job for us.

I went online Sunday and requested a Free 2nd opinion appointment that they were offering. My 12 year old unit stopped cooling Friday. I was not satisfied with the tech or the response that I got from the company that installed it 12 years ago and serviced it twice a year. I have heard that Lee Company was very expensive. I found that to not be the case. Sunday I was called and given a 2 hour window of when their tech would be out Monday. Brandon arrived on time. He used tools and gauges to diagnose the issue. Then he completely explained what the issue was and what should be done to repair it. He was unable to reach his parts supply house by phone so he drove 40 miles and they had parts in stock. He offered to come back that evening to make repairs. We didnt feel it was necessary for him to have to work into the evening and asked him to come Tuesday. He arrived again on time and the repairs were made in 15 minutes. He stayed with us while we let the AC cool down the house. He explained the benefits of their maintenance program. Theres cost less a year than the current company that I was using. I took advantage of their program and received 10% off my parts for todays repair. I had a new capacitor and a condenser motor installed for less than the other company wanted for just the motor. Brandon also took pictures of before and after and made a video showing the issue. My previous repair company has never done that. I was extremely impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Brandon was and how well he represents Lee Company. Im a total convert and will only be using Lee Company to do my spring and fall HVAC service and also to service my Generac whole house generator and clean our air ducts. Im so happy to find an honest and reputable company.

Two years ago we had Lee co. Install a trane air conditioner. This week it shut off due to retained water. Jason came out and fixed the problem and gave us insight as how to avoid the issue! He also made some adjustments to our water drain line. He signed us up for their maintenance program and preserved our ten year warranty and rebated our service charge for the call. He was super professional and went out of his way to make sure we understood the system. Kudos to Jason and Lee co. for their service!

I recently have had work done on my heating system. I had to have a thermostat replaced which Charles did a very good job. There is no way he would know that it would blow a fuse later that night and have to come out again the next morning to fix that. He was here first thing in the morning as it was a very cold night.He figured out the problem and fixed that as well. He was very nice and informative and was kind enough to keep in mind that I had an appointment to get ready to for.I would love to give Lee Company 5 stars but the billing system they have is cumbersome and takes way too long to process.After the work is complete I have had to wait over 15 minutes just for the ticket to be created and to pay for the service. I think there should be a more efficient way for this to be done. An ipad with a square that the payment can be processed all at one time would be better. If there is trouble getting a connection on the phone it takes much longer.Lee Company has been out to my house several times and that always seems to be a issue. If you come up with a better way to create service tickets and process payments I will give you 5 stars!

My heat pump went out during an extremely cold Sunday in January. I called Lee Company, they sent someone out that day that could inspect my current system and give an estimate on a new unit. I already knew I needed a new unit, I didnt want to put anymore $$$ into the one I had. They were the 2nd company I called, the first was going to charge me $4,000 more for a new unit and that was after they spoke with a manger to bring the price down. After going over what Lee Company would replace which included some duct work, I was pleased with the cost. Lee Company came out the next morning, completed all the work the same day and cleaned up everything. I am so happy I went with them. My home is more comfortable and at a temp thats much lower than what the old unit was set to. Id recommend Lee Company to anyone.

Impeccable customer service! I had an issue with my air not cooling properly. The manager Jon Shyloski immediately made contact with me, and we scheduled a service call. He arrived promptly with 2 technicians ( Ben Freeman , Kendall Knight), they quickly found the problem,explained the problem to me, and fixed it. They left my home clean (You couldn’t tell anyone had been here) and cool. Jon even called to follow up, explained the work that was completed and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The tech was extremely professional, polite, and friendly and was very knowledgeable in his field. He even gave us a friendly tip with regard to the air filters on how to help trap more particles using the cheap, basic filters and spraying some hairspray on the filter before installation.Highly recommend this service through this company! I have been with Lee Company for at least 25 years. Recently they replaced two HVAC compressors and associated equipment at my home. It was a 10 1/2 hour day for the two techs doing the installation.They stuck with it on 90 degree weather until completed - in and out of the crawlspace and attic, covering floors and carpets in the house to keep things neat and they had the old equipment immediately removed from the premises. before departing, they showed me how the newly installed thermostats operated. Same as always, Lee Company called day prior to confirm. Matt called when he was enroute. Matt put on the protective boots over his boots to keep the house clean. (All Lee techs do that.) He was thorough! ** ANY doubt about what your techs do and charge you for, is alleviated by Lee Company Techs. Matt, same as all techs took plenty of pictures and videos to let me see everything up in my attic (ductwork, furnaces, parts and many readings. He stated the units were in great shape and no recommendations needed. BTW: Matts service was part of my Annual contract! I HIGHLY recommend Lee Company techs to do yoru HVAC, Gas Fireplaces, Plumbing ad I assume just about anything these techs do are closely monitored by Lee Company management to ensure all are clean, net, ontime, professional and friendly.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~TV Mounting: Frank and Andrew Mounted my TV above the Fireplace. They corrected the mount balance and coordinated additonal work I mentioned Id like Lee Company to give me an estimate on geting an inconcrete electrical outlet (trenched into the slab). Lee called the day prior to remind me, Frank called to confirm he was on his way, and both were friendly and professional.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Andrew (Gas Fireplace technician) and Lee Company was absolutely great! Andrew took the gas logs out, and cleaned EVERYTHING! He showed me and explained everything he was doing. Ill absolutely use Lee (and Andrew if they can send him) for my Gas Fire Place cleaning and maintenance. *** The LEE technicians are all very professional, very friendly and helpfiul. EVERY plumber in the area was beyond busy, so when Andrew came out a few hours later, we were beyond delighted. Not only did he stop the flow but gave us all the know-how of what to do next time in case of extreme weather--and also why we need to do it. Lee Company--youre lucky to have Andrew. Chris kept us informed with every issue that came up and was honest with us. Chris listened to how we wanted our new bathroom to look and exceeded our expectations. I have two suggestions for the home improvement side 1) hire more employees to assist during demo and remodeling so jobs don’t take so long and 2) make sure that the employee sent to quote the job listens to what the homeowner is wanting to be done so no detail is missed. Overall we are satisfied with our new bathroom and are getting our other bathroom done in December.

We began encountering problems with a 4 overhead fluorescent that appeared to be caused by a faulty ballast. I set up an appointment online over a weekend and the day of the appmnt. received a confirmation that the electrician acknowledged the appmnt. but was running a bit long on his earlier appmnt. Quinn (electrician) called, explained that Lee was upgrading fluorescent fixtures with ballasts to LEDs, explained the process and we agreed to do so. He arrived, made the switch, then encountered an additional issue with our light switch. He quickly resolved that and had everything working as it should be. He was efficient, effective and a very pleasant. In addition he was a Marine! Kudos to Lee for their military recruitment programs!

On 18 DEC 2020) a power surge in my neighborhood briefly knocked everything offline. I have since that surged received over 75 emails telling me that my thermostat lost connection to the internet and I needed to reconnect it. My thermostat is hard wired so if it did need reconnecting, that required a tech to do it. The tech came out and checked the thermostat and said it’s as working perfectly and responding to remote changes to temperature using my iPhone app so to just ignore the messages. That worked fine for me and the small charge for the service call was fine for my peace of mind!
