    Its 1:40pm on a Friday as Im writing this, 51 minutes after calling Marks for a clogged kitchen drain. Their crew *just* left. The guys that came were nice and did a great job.Absolutely insane that less than an hour after CALLING to request an appointment their team is leaving my house having fixed the issue.

    This company is all-around fantastic. I have been using them for many years for everything from clearing tree roots from the sewer, faucet replacement, clearing standing water in the basement, to toilet replacement, and even coming up with some solutions for water getting in through a sewer vent. All the techs are efficient, knowledgeable and professional, as is the office staff.Jeff the master plumber is particularly amazing. His customer service goes so above and beyond what he *has* to do, and his patience and willingness to walk people like me (not exactly a handywoman) through the way things work should be commended. I even have his work cell saved in my contacts because he is my go-to for any questions and i trust him to get me a straight solution with my budget in mind. He is an invaluable member of their team and has made it so that Id choose this company over any other, even if it saved me a few bucks to go elsewhere.Thank you all for the hard work you put in doing what many dont want to do!!

    Great professional and extremely courteous service. They texted before they arrived as well as being on time. Our tub that had not drained properly for a very long time, now drains perfectly. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

    When you find a great plumber you can trust, it’s a great thing. THIS company has the best plumbing service I’ve ever had in owning 4 houses. The work is excellent, the pricing is great and I would give them a bonus star if Google allowed it! Fix a pipe, done. Install toilets and sinks and garbage disposals - done. The quality of work is fantastic and they’ll explain exactly what they did and why. Jeff and team provide a tremendous level of quality and service and I will recommend them to anyone!

    Great guys, great work! I was so happy to be able to call Marks RR and get an appointment for the same day. Sean showed up and was so kind and friendly and put me at ease that hed be able to solve our plumbing problem. He was so careful and respectful in our home and with our items and left things much cleaner than when he arrived.     Our basement drains backed up with sewage Saturday evening and Marks Reddi Rooter saved the day! Arthur is a hero! He kept us calm, was incredibly friendly, and explained everything to us! Our situation proved to be difficult after plans A, B, and C didn’t work. We were ready to give up but Arthur kept trying things. After several hours going late into Saturday, we had success! I cannot thank Arthur enough. He was enjoyable to have in our home and allowed us to have a calm remainder of our weekend. Cannot recommend Arthur or Marks Reddi Rooter enough!!!

    Highly recommend. When I called, they understood the problem and gave me two estimates - one the most likely and the other the worst case. I was able to get an appointment that same day. They let me know when they were on their way. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. After fixing the problem, they checked the other drains in the house. I really appreciate them!     There were some issues with the original plumbing installation at our business. They could have left things the way they were (as they were technically to code), but that would have left us with the potential for reoccurring back-ups. Mark and his team were responsive to our concerns and worked diligently to ensure all issues were corrected. We were extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks!

    My floor drain was backing up and draining extremely slowly. Called Marks Reddi Rooter on Monday (3/21/22) and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday (3/22/22). Shaun and Arthur used a heavy duty snake to clear the clog which was somewhere between my house and the main pipe. They cleaned up after. Really happy with the service and the promptness. Highly recommend this business. A big thank you.

    Terry Erickson came over to our house and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He verified the solution worked before leaving our home. Communication was excellent: he was extremely transparent and competent. Response was far more prompt than competitors and pricing was very fair. I highly recommend.

    Called my normal plumber and they couldnt come out to fix my clogged sink for over a week and said to call some larger plumbers. Called one of them and even they couldnt come out but said to give Marks Reddi Rooter a call. Called and they had someone over in 2 hours to fix my issue. Service Tech (Mark - not the owner) was professional, courteous and friendly. Did an awesome job and cleaned up the job site perfectly upon completion. If you have a clogged drain/pipe I wouldnt hesitate a second to give them a call.

    We called Marks when we were having drain/grease trap issues at our commercial kitchen. The technician who came out (also named Mark) was right on time and extremely professional. Honestly they are lucky to have someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. He fixed our problem, gave us tips on how to avoid future issues, and did a thorough cleanup job before leaving. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are always the first place we call for plumbing issues

    I have used Marks Reddi Rooter for years to unclog basement drains, toilets or severely clogged garbage disposals at rentals. They are local and real person answers their phone. They do a great job every time. I like that they are smaller company yet always able to come same day. They have new Milwaukee brand sewer snakes that go up to 105 feet.

    I had an emergency and needed my main drain line cleared right away. Marks came out that same day and sent the most amazing plumber I have ever worked with named Jake. He was able to use the main stack rather than charging to pull and reset the toilet so he wouldnt have to charge me as much - I was told by other plumbers that they Had no other choice than to pull the toilet - he was professional and kind and cleared a root filled line throughly. He talk to me about setting up annual routing until we can replace the line. PLUS he left the area he worked in clean even after an hour long routing job! Total cost was lower than I had been charge for the same routing issue in the past. I was surprised with how low the cost was when I got same day service! I will call them for every plumbing issue I have going forward.

    I called Marks because my neighborhood plumber recommended them for investigating a sewer vent blockage. Shaun and his partner were fast and honest. They told me about something that might be an issue down the line but didnt try to sell me on fixing it right now. He was also extremely polite and respectful when coming inside the house during COVID-19, wearing a mask and using the booties I offered him. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

    Kevin and Jake arrived on time to clean out stack pipe and sewer line to street. As requested, they also checked the stack pipe up to the roof to make sure there were no blockages. This was the only company I could find (out of the three that I called) that would also go on the roof to clean out stack pipe from that location, if needed. The house is 60 years old and lots of yuck came out. They were very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

    Kitchen sink waste line was backed up. Called Marks Ready Router. Sent a gentleman over in a quick fashion. He was very polite. Came in and did an efficient and clean job. Was fairly priced. Would definitely call again.

    Ive used Marks for drain services for years, and more recently for new plumbing installation, leak repair, toilet fixes and replacements, etc.They are fast to respond (even late at night when a DIY project went wrong) and do top quality work at excellent prices. They stand by every project and have come back to make small fixes. I wouldnt even think of calling another plumber in the Madison area

    Terri came out to replace our water heater. We expected a large bill and a replacement was necessary. However Terri took the time inspected the water heater and made an assessment. He was completely honest and said that the water heater did not need to be replaced at this time. He took the time to educate me on how everything works. And adjusted the water temperature to a safe temperature for the house. Down the road we will probably need to replace the water heater. However it’s not necessary at this time. I cannot say enough how much my wife and I appreciated his time with education and honesty. There are not many companies like that today and should definitely not go unnoticed

    Sean and Matt stopped by this morning for routine maintenance for our 60 year old drain system. It’s not easy, but they were prompt, kind and left the place looking better than they found it. Sean even reviewed my video from my last visit, when there was a problem. He did that. From appt to relief that this is checked off the list for another couple yeast, to payment, all seamless. Thank you so much for your skill and care in taking care of our home.

    I had an emergency sewer drain cleaning performed. Basement floor drain had about a half inch of water coming out. Marks team came over for an early evening (~6pm) consultation and was able to clean out the sewer line leading to the street.Im definitely keep their number around in case I need it again.

    These folks were efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful! I couldnt ask for a better plumber.I submitted a request online asking a bunch of questions, and Mark called me to go through everything. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through options of kitchen faucets and other plumbing questions. It was refreshing to get someone who would talk through things instead of immediately trying to sell me something.I had their crew out three times to do various work: install an automatic water shutoff, pressure regulator valve, fix a few toilets, show me how to change a whole house water filter, and more. It was nice that they sent the same folks each time because they already were familiar with the house.I will be calling them any time I need plumbing help in the future.

    Our sewer line was blocked and backing up into our basement shower and toilet on a Saturday night around 10pm. I had tried 3 other “24/7 emergency plumbers” without a single call back. After calling Mark’s after hour service, Sam called me back very quickly! He was to our house within just over an hour and resolved our issue that night. We were very impressed by the timely resolution to our issue, and were thrilled to be able to sleep soundly knowing everything had been cleared from our line. I would absolutely recommend calling Mark’s for any plumbing concern, especially if you’re looking for true 24/7 emergency service!

    I just called Marks Reddi Rooter Yesterday.As a Construction Manager, I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable correspondence. The Team in the Field was clean working and respectful to the Hospital environment.I thought, I had a major problem in a 54 pipe run, that was going to cost my clients thousands to fix. They brought every possible method available, to solve my problem with two guys and service trucks. They sent the camera in and found out, that it was the electrician, trying from both ends, who was just not able to push the fishing wire though that many elbows in the conduit. They attached the fishing wire to the camera and thereby solved my problem on the way out. My bill was under 200$ and I got the Bill the same day, Today.I will call them for any size project I have in the future.

    Toilet backed up and filled the shower. Called Marks and they had someone out in an hour and a half. (Called at 2:30pm a on a Monday, a human person answered, Sam and Mathew arrived at 4). They came shop vacuumed the shower then snaked the line several times. The clog was to big for a simple snake and they had to come back out the next day with a camera snake and a water jet machine. Sam and Mathew were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing, cleaned up as they went, placed blankets to prevent tracking in snow and Mud, and solved the problem like professionals.
