    We couldn’t be more impressed with Hearns Plumbing and heating. If I could, I would give them 10 out of 10!They went above and beyond our expectations, quickly proving that they are the only professional plumbing service you should ever hire in Lake County.We’ve tried many other services over the years, but only Hearns was able to solve our plumbing problems rather than just patching things up.     This week we noticed a leak under our sink that we knew needed fixed so it didnt cause further damage/mold. Brian was friendly, professional and very attentive to what needed to be done. He was able to find the issues and get them fixed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

    Evan came and checked for a water leak that I had. He figured out it was the hot water heater going bad. He spent 3 hours removing and replacing my hot water heater. He even came back to my house and checked on it a month later. He noticed that my water shut off for the house wasn’t working properly. After coordinating with the county, Evan replace the house shut off, added a pressure regulator, and a few leak detectors that will shut off my water if a leak is detected. Evan is very personable and professional. I highly recommend Hearns for any plumbing or heating needs!

    I have already recommended these guys to many people and they just did the work yesterday. From Jeremy on the phones, David who diagnosed my issues to Uli who handeled the install, these guys are simply the best! They kept my home clean and tidy while they did some heavy work inside and out. Never once did this experience dissapoint and I promise Hearn has my business for life!

    Our water heater died, so we called Hearn. They were very responsive and immediately scheduled a technician to come evaluate our situation. Evan arrived exactly on time, was very courteous, explained our options in a clear manner with no pressure, and once we decided on a plan he got to work right away. We are very impressed with the job he did and how very pleasant and personable he is while maintaining a professional demeanor. He even left the work area cleaner than he found it. We will definitely be recommending Hearn, and Evan in particular, to anyone in the area who needs plumbing, heating, or AC service or installation.We would give Evan more stars if we could.

    Brian was very friendly and personable. He tolerated the occasional assist from my big dog, who clearly liked Brian. He reviewed his plan for my primary issue and also some issues that should be addressed in the future.     When I needed to replace my toilet I called Hearn because of their great reputation. The entire experience was first class, from my initial phone call to schedule a site visit and quote, to the final installation. Pete did my job and he was very professional every step of the way.     Highly recommend Hearns service. I had a total furnace failure with multiple parts that were 15+ years old during a cold snap of less than 20 degrees, and Hearn was able to come out in a couple of days with a tech to get it temporarily running plus a project manager to discuss new options. Within a week, a brand new furnace was installed. The customer service is absolutely incredible, and as someone who works in the healthcare industry, I was very impressed. Even after a minor issue shortly after install, I simply called and had it resolved the same day. Because of the professional relationship we had, I was even gifted a basket just before Christmas. I have never seen this type of customer service in any industry, whether it be my professional career or personal life.

    Evan (employee) came to my house for a plumbing issue I was having over the last few weeks. As he arrived he introduced himself and the company so I know who I was working with. As we walked around the basement to talk and evaluate the issue. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and why. He continue to explain to what can cause issues like we are having among telling me what some things I can do to prevent this issue. Evan was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issues among my house. As he finished up his estimate, he then sat down with me and broke down the prices for each issue. I look forward to finishing up this work with them as well as a future work. If you are looking for a friendly local reliable company Hearn Plumbing is the company you are looking to use.

    Evan and Garret did an excellent job replacing the septic system sump pump. The pump failed after 20 yrs of service, and was replaced within a day of the service request, a very timely response.     Candidly, I was initially skeptical about Hearn Plumbing, Heating, and Air due to their hundreds of 5-star ratings, which seemed too good to be true. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a water line break that needed repair, and Pete did an amazing job, fixing the issue promptly with high-quality, almost craftsman-like work.You wont find a better company than Hearn Plumbing, Heating, and Air. It really is hard to explain just how good they are as a team. Although Ive only used them once, I am optimistic about continuing to work with them on future projects.I highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs. While they do charge premium prices, the quality of their work and professionalism make it worth the investment.

    Tyler was our HVAC tech that performed our A/C maintenance on our new system that Hearn PHA installed earlier this year.Even though our system was new, Tyler went above and beyond with a very thorough check to make sure the system was running properly and nothing was out of order.     Contacted Hearn Plumbing for a new hot water tank replacement. They were very professional from start to finish. We talked about different options which would be best for my home and they provided multiple options that fit my needs and budget. Once we agreed on a system they jumped on the job and finished it very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good product, good warranties, fair pricing and wants to use a local famaily owned business.

    I only gave Hearn plumbing 2 star rating. Evan was very polite and did nice job. Came in to replace the pump in the toilet because it was running. Took less than a half hour and did a good job. My problem was with the price. $344!! That was outrageous. I priced the toilet pumps at both lowes and home depot and it would have been under $100!! That is highway robbery.That is a two hundred percent mark up if I had buy to pump myself. Evan was nice enough to wave the $89 Service fee. Yes I said he did a good job but I will never use Hearn plumbing again because of their prices.I am changing my two star review to a five star review. Hearn plumbing Call then we discuss the price and what appropriate price would be.And she said she is putting a check for a hundred and ninety seven dollars in the mail to return to me to make my satisfaction guaranteed. They did not have to do this. But they wanted to make everything right. I think they went above what they should have done.And I highly recommend them then. Making the customer satisfied its hard to find today and they did a fantastic job in doing that

    I was kept updated on the planned arrival time for my service call, and Tyler arrived within the window that was scheduled. He presented a clean, well mannered and professional appearance. He asked a few questions about my system and promptly got to work. I’m a technical person and he was able to discuss HVAC design and performance details with me. His work was thorough and neat. He provided a detailed summary of the visit along with observations and recommendations for future work to insure reliability. I’m quite satisfied with this visit. One recommendation was to level my condensing unit (the pad has sunk). The estimate to do the work seemed quite high for what is basically laborer work ; I’ll shop around a bit and get additional estimates before I make a decision.

    My pipe broke in my waterfall which provides aeration to my ponds, a very pleasing aesthetic approach not only fixed my pipe but rebuilt to prevent future issues. The natural look of the waterfall has been improved with their expertise and willingness to take on a little different than normal in repairing. Very nice and respectful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs. Excellent work

    We have used Hearn in the past for a hot water tank. They came in and evaluated the situation and were able to install the same day! Fast forward 2 years...we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner unit. They called us to service our heater and set up an appt for an estimate on replacement. Tyler was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He literally spent more time with us than the guys who were removing our trees. On the day of install Louie and Jonathon faced many obstacles from the House that Jack built. After spending 12 hours troubleshooting our system, we had heat! They had to return the following week to add the final touches and after another long day it was completed. They never backed down from the challenge and kept their composure through it all, even helped to move a deep freezer back after it was all said and done with a smile on their face! Awesome job Hearn! Kudos to all who were involved in this process. It truly was a great experience!

    Super happy with Evan & his apprentice. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a grinder pump, Evan knew the problem was a quick, easy fix right away. We have also had them do our kitchen plumbing and it has been an absolute dream when draining.     First let me say Hearn Heating is exceptional. In the past week I woke up to a soaking wet floor. What does one do? Call Hearn heating and air.Within 30 mins a very professional gentleman named Pete arrived and diagnosed the problem. A failed boiler system.To my dismay this began the quoting of a new hvac system. Tom their General Manager arrived after a brief few day period to sit with myself and my fiancé to discuss Price Vs. Quality. This man not only went above and beyond to help us understand what is being presented he explained the difference between the quality he offers vs others. At the end of the day we did not choose to select Hearn. In this situation our time frame expectation in this home did not provide a cost efficient option, if this was my forever home I would have been sure to utilize Hearn for their professional recommendations and amazing warranties and service. Thank you Tom and Hearn, your investment in us does not go unnoticed.

    Pete & Paul were professional & fast fixing a broken toilet valve & replacing two toilets for me. They provided better brass parts instead of using the plastic nuts & iron bolts that came with the toilet I had provided & made sure to stop & explain the how & why of an unexpected repair when a loose flange was discovered before proceeding. Very respectful of the property & made sure to avoid making any mess when they disposed of the old fixtures. Will use again in the future.

    We had such a great experience with Brian, who came to give us a plumbing inspection. He was completely professional and verythorough with his inspection. Explaining everything that he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about all the different aspects of plumbing and went over everything with us.     I had what turned out to be a significant plumbing project, replacing all the old cast iron pipe in my 100-year old home. Dan, Uli, CJ, and Louis were here for the better part of two days and did a great job working in some pretty tight spaces.     Called to see if they could resurrect my water heater. By the time we got done it would have cost more to repair than the replace it. I went with their top of the line and theyre very pleased. It was a difficult install as the water heater had to be shoehorned in between a wall and my furnace. Also had to reroute a couple of my water lines and the vents as the vent was not the proper size.     Pete was amazing! I bought a house that was flipped, and the people who did the work screwed everything up. Pete installed a toilet and a dishwasher for me, and both jobs were extremely difficult because of issues with the house. Fixing the leaky sink was the only thing that seemed pretty straightforward. He did an amazing job for what a pain in the butt everything was and he was extremely nice and professional. The cost was as expected for the extra work and time. I feel like it was worth it to know I wont have any issues. I would 100% use Hearn for my next project, and believe me, there are more projects to do! lol

    Austin and Pete just installed a new electric water heater in our home to replace the old one that ran off fuel oil.     I just had a new furnace and AC system installed at my home. A few weeks prior to installation, Kevin came to my house and executed a very detailed analysis of the size of the rooms in my house, the number of windows, how the sun hits the windows, etc. to determine the size of the furnace and AC that is appropriate for my house. I was then presented with a variety of options to choose from, such as efficiency, filters, single or 2-cycle, etc. Also, Hearn was very accommodating to my plan to remove the old furnace and AC, and then allowing me time to paint the laundry room (where the furnace is located) and put it in a new floor, before coming back to install the new system. When the installation day arrived, Austin, Caleb, and Dan arrived right on schedule. The installation took 2 days and throughout the entire project, everything was super-organized, and a calm, quiet atmosphere prevailed. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up and all questions were fully answered. I was really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all involved.

    Hearn was great. They helped me finish a bathroom that I have been working on for a couple of years.
