Nick Smith was great. He was polite, professional and on time. Our kitchen sink was very clogged and he worked hard to get it clear. It was a challenge. Chad Martin came to help and was also polite and professional. I will recommend GA Plumbing Pros to everyone needing this service. Thank you

I’ve been using Georgia Plumbing Pros for several years and again they came through. One of my toilets stopped working yesterday, they came today and fixed it in short order, It was very minor. The technician was leaving and said for me to have a good day. I said are you going to send me a bill and he said no it was just the flapper in the toilet no big deal. This company is professional and prompt and I’m grateful for their service, they are the best.

Needed a new water heater in a house we just bought - the plumbing wasn’t doesn’t very well originally but Nick fixed the issues and replaced the water heater. Mrs. Vickie was very responsive and sent someone out the same day we called. Appreciate the timely manner in which our problem was resolved!

I am back with another review! Oh the joy of an old house... 5 pm this afternoon another faucet, this time the kitchen sink faucet, decided to fall completely apart and water went everywhere! No good way to stop it. Even my duck tape did not work. But was I worried? No, because GA Plumbing Pros are my go-to and I was not disappointed! Chad could have gone home to a hot meal and rest after a long day, but NO, he came to my house. I have a new faucet and all is well :) And so reasonable for an after hours call!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Old house, old plumbing, old leaking faucet! My long time plumber has retired. I had heard many good things about this company from my neighbors so I called. After this experience I now have a new go-to plumbing company and I am very pleased about it. Lovely people to deal with - from the help desk who schedules to the plumber who responded (JARED)...timely, professional yet friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the entire transaction.

GA Plumbing Pros was great! My entire experience with Vicky, Nick, and Craig was professional, pleasant, and prompt.I called and Vicky was amazing! She ensured me that someone would call me the same day. She called me to follow up with scheduling my appointment. Nick called a few minutes later and thoroughly discussed the process and answered all my inquiries about replacing my water heater before I confirmed my appointment. Nick and Craig were at my house a few hours later and completed the job. My job was not an easy task, but Nick kept ensuring me that he and his team would take care of me. Nick was honest and very instrumental in assuring me that my concerns will be adequately addressed and that the repair would be done properly. And, they were. It greatly helped to decrease my anxiety. Also, their cost was reasonable compared to their competitors.I highly recommend GA Plumbing Pros, Nick and their team!

These guys are great. I was stressed out about my sinks and I called them at 9:45 in the morning and they were at my house by 1:20. Very professional explained things to me well and gave me some pointers of how to maintain these cast iron pipes in my older home. If you ever need something done definitely call them!
