    Fantastic services. The quote was reasonable and the work was done fast. During the repairs, a different portion of the system broke and started spraying water everywhere. The technician was able to quickly fix it along with completing the original repair. I will be using Dave Jones for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

    Dave Jones plumbers are great.....We had such a kind and professional man from Dave Jones, who did all the plumbing for our basement finishing. He used bigger than normal pipes so that the Jacuzzi would fill 100 gallons in 4 minutes. He also put shut off valves in a secret place so that I could keep the kids from using the Jacuzzi if I wanted to. He fit the toilet into a really difficult spot, installed a shower, sink, etc. All done super neatly and we have had zero problems. The price was entirely reasonable. The plumbers at Dave Jones taught me things, made suggestions, were fun to be around really knew how to do things correctly. They set the Jacuzzi into concrete. The Jacuzzi I bought at Menards was slightly warped, but the plumbers at Dave Jones knew how to overcome that and level it off and make it fit perfectly. I cant say enough nice things about the people from Dave Jones plumbing. I give them two hooves up-------way up. A++, as the buyers say on eBay. Thank you!!!

    Dave Jones upgraded our panel, added an outlet, and moved an electrical box for us. Upon reaching out for a quote, they were quick to get someone out to give the quote, provided a written quote itemized (which not every company provided to me, without a request for it) and stuck to the quoted amount, fairly close. They scheduled the work very quickly and we are extremely happy with the work they did, for a reasonable price.

    Master Plumber Jodie and Plumber Matt are a terrific professional team from the Dave Jones Company. They are friendly, courteous and hard workers. They arrived on time and looked really sharp in their clean company shirts with their names on them. They let me know what to expect for the installation plumbing project and they worked efficiently together to get the job done correctly. Before leaving, they made sure that the work areas were swept and cleaned up. I am very pleased with the end result.

    Very professional and very knowledgeable. I had a water softener system, a deduct meter (for outdoor water) system, and a utility sink in the garage installed. All were completed perfectly.     We just had a gas leak suddenly emerge in our basement. Luckily, it was nothing major, and even luckier, we were able to get service from Dave Jones the next day! The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and then they resealed the pipes and tested everything.     Our 20-year old furnace had a second occurrence of the same problem this past Tuesday. Dave Jones got a service tech out to us the same day. He repaired the problem and gave us a detailed quote for a new furnace. Dave Jones then sent a two-man crew out who installed the new furnace the next morning in two and a half hours. We have heat again just in time for the high temperatures in the low 20s that we are expecting for the next few days.

    All of our inside water was set up to be softened. We wanted to have unsoftened water run to our kitchen sink and the refrigerator. We had Dave Jones Plumbing come in and do it. Due to the age of the furnace and AC unit we elected to replace rather than repair it. Adrian went over what he recommended.     I had the Dave Jones company work on my home for two projects. The first project involved redirecting a copper pipe related to the old heating system, which runs on a water boiler and gas. The second project was to help with a MiniSplit unit I bought from Pioneer. For the MiniSplit, they connected the cooling lines, checked the refrigerant and pressure, and performed all necessary testing.I am very happy with both jobs. The technician who worked on both projects was knowledgeable, direct, friendly, and provided reasonable pricing. One time, I needed them to check something my wife and I found strange. The same technician showed up, did all the testing again, and verified that everything was normal and working optimally. He explained that condensation can sometimes make things appear broken, but he thoroughly checked everything before leaving our home.I think Dave Jones is the best company I know of. Thank you so much.

    Best operation in town. Totally friendly, everyone. Be aware if going with what you thought was a good thing, going with a small independent supposed plumbing contractor. Non present with a crew if young lackeys. No igniters for their torch, a fire in your chimney, n the h20 heater still doesnt work. The guy you hire that never showed his face on property n vowed to never come there again. Is now one year later the same person (of legal interest?) After not pulling a permit n having a back flame n fire in the chimney. His young technicians said this was out of their wheelhouse. One year later exactly after smelling exhaust for days. I shut everything down. Called Hansen n sons chimney. As it blends into chimney. Everything clear. Detected gas leaks. Called MGE they discovered 4 gas leaks n the H20 heater venting back into basement. Never hire Chris Otis Plumbing. Ever. Dave Jones Inc. A whole other situation with the laid ass inspector that signed off on the job. Again no permit pulled until I I reported the problem. Cant wait to see this guy in court. Most of all. I have no tolerance for rudeness. Chris Otis Plumbing.

    I’ve had great recently with Dave Jones Plumbing on a couple of services. Our water heater went out a couple of months ago; the technician who came to check out the situation confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced. So it seems his adjustments made the LR pretty close, the master bath colder and the front BR VERY warm at 7 degrees higher than temp settings.
