I wish I could give Mark and Nick 10 stars ⭐️I cannot recommend them enough. They really do treat you like family and your home like their own. They’re meticulous, kind, leave no detail unturned - and the quality of work is tremendous. Being new to Nashville I wasn’t sure who to call and when I was referred to Craddock and specifically Mark - I didn’t know how lucky I’d get. If these photos are any indication - my dog loved them. And frankly dogs are often the best read of good people. And Mark is hands down fantastic - and my dog agrees too. I’m glad I have a few more things to work on in a month or so to be able to call him back - but sad to know he’s done such an amazing job that I won’t have the pleasure of working with them again because they’ve ensured I’ll never have an electrical issue at my house again. Seriously the best.

Found the issue quickly, made the repair, and out the door. Even let is know of issue with our main breaker manufacturer with photos and examples of the danger it is. Fast, friendly, affordable, and very professional ...really overall great experience.

Emma was our initial contact from their office. She was friendly, thorough, and professional. Derick Gladney, our technician, did a fabulous job for us! He was friendly, personable and listened carefully to our requests. He even had some great suggestions to our initial plans. His installation skills are superb - real pride and craftsmanship. We couldn’t ask for more or for better service. Very satisfied customers.Update: 7/24Paul and Endi helped us troubleshoot a new fan installation. We did okay with it, but they discovered a few additional issues with our dated electrical master panel. A new update is on its way.

Had the best customer experience ever with Mark and Nick! Had a bit of a thorny issue, with safety implications. They were professional and thorough in resolving all of the issues identified, explaining and educating me every step of the way. This wasn’t a diagnose and then come back another day to actually do the work; they were not going to leave until everything identified was fixed. When I called Craddock Electrical Service to ask about getting a safety inspection I spoke with Grayland. He was exceptionally helpful during that initial phone conversation so I scheduled an appointment for the following week. We are currently in the middle of a backyard hardscape plus pavilion project that has gone terribly wrong and were concerned with the shoddy electrical work on the pavilion and needed some advice about safety and possible changes to improve the bad outward appearance of the exposed electrical wiring. Grayland provided us with excellent suggestions for improvement to discuss with the contractor and the assurance we needed about the safety of the wiring. Grayland was friendly and knowledgeable . I would use this company in the future for electrical services. Thank you.

Great experience from beginning to end. Craddock Electric texted me when their tech was on the way and provided a photo and short bio of him. Grayland and his apprentice were both very friendly and professional. They inspected my home’s electrical panel and overall system and then provided an estimate for the costs. Work was preformed quickly then they vacuumed and straightened up all the areas they had been in. I’m thoroughly pleased with the entire project.

Our parents passed away and we wanted to keep our childhood home. The house is over 60 years old, solid with good bones but, in need of a little care and updating. The electrical panel and outlets needed to be brought up to code. We knew it would be a great undertaking and a big investment however, it was important to make sure to extend the life of the home we love and make sure it was safe. I looked on Next Door and asked for recommendations from family/friends. Upon looking on Yelp I came across Craddock Electrical Service. Their reviews were great and informative. We decided to go with Craddock.From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. They always kept me informed and updated.The lead lead technician, Steve Scarcella was excellent! He took the time to assess the scope of work thoroughly and explain what needed to be done and why. The rest of the crew that serviced our home included Endi, Caleb and Jared. They were great! They were all punctual and incredibly professional. They arrived right on time and were well-prepared to tackle the electrical issues. I was impressed their attention to detail and commitment to safety. Craddock Electrical Services did a fabulous job installing new Lutron lighting and new floor plugs in our home. We cannot sing our praises to Grayland Hixon who was the lead on our job. He was always on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. He came and reviewed the job and gave us a quote that same day, answered additional questions quickly when we called. Once the job began both Grayland and Nate work to complete the job timely, very polite and were very neat. Needless to say, we were extremely satisfied with the work that Craddock Electrical performed for us. They are now our electricians that we will use from now on! Also, Caleb dusted my ceiling fan blades with an extended microfiber duster which he made an extra trip to get out of their truck! They were both very polite, friendly and professional. Derick came out to work on some issues in our house this morning and he was an absolute gem. He gave me quotes for everything prior to starting the work, and we worked out a plan that fit my budget. He was friendly and kind and I was excited he was the one who made the service call today. Additionally, the way that Craddocks handles their customer experience is a dream. The first thing they did when they I booked the appointment was text me a contact card to save so I didnt miss their calls. And this was the only reason I didnt ignore their call when they gave me the option to move me appointment up. The bonus was interaction with Grayland Hixson and Derick Gladney - very professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. These two gentlemen are the best!! Without reservation I will use Craddocks again and highly recommend them.My initial experience with receptionist didnt go well so I rated one star and stated, I do not recommend Craddocks Electrical Service. However, the very next day Richard Hixson showed up at my house to apologize. A few hours later, Gary Craddock (owner) showed up at my house to apologize. Both visits were unexpected yet much appreciated! Never have I had 2 people (one is owner) from a company take time to personally come to my home and apologize. They didnt call or text or e-mail - they personally drove to my house. In my view, taking responsibility and being accountable for improving demonstrates uncommon integrity and the high value they place on how people are treated by their employees. This experience has changed my mind competely about who Craddocks Electrical Service is. Ive decided to use them for my project (install new 120v circuit for bath fan & heater) and Im looking forward to working with them. I had them run power from my home to my new swim spa. Professional from the first call to the office through the entire experience. Everyone was a delight. Extremely competent, up front, polite, and trust worthy. Feels nice to find a place I can trust to do the job and respect as people.

I have used Craddocks on multiple projects. Thier customer service is excellent and all the technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. The work is performed in a timely efficient manner and always done right. I have used other electrical contractors in the past but once I called Craddocks I was convinced, they are the best. Great quality and great service.
