    James (Jim) Khuen is an exceptional technician with razor sharp intuition supported by years of experience. I live in a historic home where no upgrade is easy. Jim, however, worked decisively and effectively through the entire process. Two rooms needed their ceiling lights rewired and moved. I was especially impressed with Jims focus and ability to problem-solve. Jim and Wendy (his aide) is an excellent team and I thoroughly appreciated their professionalism and expertise. Thank you for this excellent service. Jim (and by implication WireOne) is now my go-to contact for all things electrical.

    First the good. Mike H Was fabulous. He fixed all the lingering issues. The office staff was efficient and competent. The first electrician Keith was not efficient or competent. I just wanted an outlet for a kiln and an additional regular outlet installed in the basement. Not complicated. His first quote was $1200 but after several visits over the course of a couple of months, the cost ballooned to over $3000. One of the issues was not something he could have foreseen, but all the rest should have been upfront. Keith was slow and showed up late every time he was scheduled, even when the city inspector was here waiting. I think the company is good, just make sure you dont get Keith.

    My name is Steve I am a retired chef for the UW Madison housing. We were trained in customer service.I called wired one after two electricians canceled on my cognitively challenged bipolar brother who is living independently and holds a full-time job but this house is a total mess.I want them about what a mess he had. She said no problem got him on the schedule. He’s been living without power and heat since last week. Shaun the service technician arrived and showed empathy and understanding to assess the situation and got the power back on. My brother was totally at ease with him.When we were checking out what the power surge did to his appliances my brother said about the furnace not working and that one wire pulled off that he totally forgot about it. My brother called the furnace place when I was sitting there with him and they disconnected with him three times. I decided to head home. Paul called me and said the appointment set up for Friday. Without the appointment it was won’t get fixed and won’t have heat all weekend. I got a survey from wire one asking how we did they did there’s only two choices. I chose “no” knowing they probably would call me back and I could explain that my brother had pulled off the wire off the furnace thinking was a fuse. He was trying to figure out what was wrong.What a sense of relief when you called me this morning. I told you what happened, and you scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. If that’s not excellent customer service I don’t know what is! Thank you for being there.

    Jaydn did a great job! He replaced two fixtures and rewired a faulty switch, which were the things I needed to have done. He also replaced light bulbs, saving me from having to use the scary step stool, and moved furniture to plug in a new surge protector. He also did a complete review of the wiring in my condo. Its old so I figured it needed some upgrades. I was right. He was also very personable and obviously knew his job well.

    Shawn of WireOne replaced an old roof top antenna on my house this afternoon. He arrived at the time specified; assessed the situation and gave me a quote within minutes. He had everything needed on his truck and got right to work. Before I knew it, he had the old antenna removed and the new one installed. He even disposed of the old antenna. He then came back into the house to finish the inside connection (after carefully putting covers over his shoes). He also stayed to make sure the tv worked ok and all the channels were received. I am amazed at the clarity of the tv reception -- even better than I had with the old antenna! He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Shawn and WireOne!

It was a lot of work, and he is true to his word, all the work was done before 5pm today. He provided me with 3 different estimates so that I could choose a budget that worked for me. When he came apon an issue that he wasnt expecting with wiring, he stayed with it until he figured it out. He communicated with me throughout the installation what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. He made sure all electrical work was fire safe. I will hire Jayden again when I need electrical work done. He is a fabulous professional!     Well, they don,t send someone until they get your service call fee of $70.00 first. Then the technician looks at what it sounds like should be the problem, then he gives you a quote. Basically there is no quote for free, it costs you a service fee to get a qoute. The lowest fee is $250.00 wow I never dreamed that. Then the service call is not added into that it is separate from what work they do. So end result it cost me $350.00 for one GFI wired to work, man, never thought that! He was great on the work,but the cost was unimaginable.

    Very nice guy to bad his work only lasted for two days then blew out everything went to menards bought electrician tools and supplies to correct the wiring he did there no response to my calls no effort on there part at all to even check out what went wrong also I found out he broke the ceiling over the closest up stairs, what a ripp off company dont use them they your money and run then hide shawn t is not a electrician.

    AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME experience! Found them through home advisor when Geek Squad determined the reason our dryer was not heating was due to electrical issue.     I was very impressed! Out of the 5 companies I contacted, WireOne was the ONLY one to call me back and they responded in less than 24 hours!     Jadyn was very professional. Evaluated my entire house on what needed to be done & gave me several suggestions & options. It was really nice talking to him. Also told me about financing options. So far very impressed with customer service...receptionists have been very nice on the phone. Havent had any work done yet...since Im just getting estimates for now...but they sure have beat out the electricin that didnt show up.
