I have dealt with Patriot several times since buying our new house in Lincoln. We are managing our house from another state and every time we have an issue, a question, or just needed winterizing done, they have been very prompt and helpful. Both dispatchers for the plumbing and heating/AC are quick to answer the phone and have always patiently fielded my questions, even when I needed to call back! Not to mention, we will always give our business to a Patriot!!

I will recommend patriot plumbing to everyone. My plumbing in my house was still from the 1940s and was a horrible mess. Terrance and Geoff are the absolute best workers and super friendly and pleasant to talk to in general. They did a great job and they did everything that I asked of them! Thank u guys for everything I sincerely appreciate both of you and all of your hard work!

I started using Patriot because my parents use them for their heating and plumbing, etc. and I have yet to be disappointed!A technician came out to fix a leaking pipe (turned out it was just a stupid mistake I had made) and I asked about my gurgling drains when running my dishwasher, washer and shower. The technician took a look & said I need to have my main line cleared.They came out another day, got the job done and charged me a very fair price! Also - no more gurgling! I’m very pleased!They were respectful of my time and my property and never once have I felt uneasy or unsafe about any of their technicians who have entered my home.They definitely know what they’re doing & I will continue to recommend them!

I left a adaptor on my outside faucet and the pipe split. Alan, got it fixed up and took the time to explain why it happened. He also found a leak on something completely different while he was here and contacted dispatch to get the part ordered for me. Well only be using Patriot Plumbing!!

We had an amazing experience with Patriot Plumbing! Zach came out ahead of schedule when our AC was broken and not only fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, but took the time to explain to my husband what happened and how it all works together. Most people just come and go at their own leisure, but we could tell that they take their customer service very seriously and it meant a lot to us. Would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent company. We called on New Years Eve with a clogged sink and asked for an appointment not during emergency hours. 4 hours in to the next business day and around $100 later the pipe is cleared. Tyler showed up as expected, and did a great job.We have a new plumber!!Update to add We have had to call for services twice since my last review. The first time was to unclog the sewer main and we tried another company because a friend worked there. Long story short they didnt even have all the equipment to do what they needed to do but still charged us $300. Patriot came out the next day and charged the same amount but not only did they fix it they showed me a camera view of everything all the way out to the city line and one area that may need fixing in the future. We called them yesterday and set up an appointment today and in under 4 hours we had a toilet replaced and the bathtub/shower constant drip fixed for under $420...These guys always show up on time and communicate with you before your appointment so you know exactly when theyre going to get there, they are very nice, and professional, and they get the job done for a very reasonable price.Another visit 03/05/24. I called at 8:30 this morning and Evan had John here by 2:30. The new vanity we installed doesnt leak anymore and they fixed everything from the wall out, and went ahead and snaked the train for me a little bit because it was getting gunky. One hour, under $200, super professional, amazing communication, always friendly and always welcome.

We had a very frustrating situation with a kitchen delivery (another company). Patriot plumbing came out and helped us get everything hooked up correctly even when we had to call them multiple times. They were quick efficient and super affordable. They will continue to have our business anytime we need plumbing help!

Called about my needing to replace some facets. Evan took my call and was very courteous. Robert and Alan came out the next day in the time window I was provided and quickly got to work. They detailed what they were going to do before they did it and then gave me another rundown once they were completed. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend Patriot if these three are taking care of you.

My home warranty company referred me to Patriot for a kitchen sink issue. They were here within an hour of my call ( on a Monday morning) and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. The plumber that they sent had great customer service skills as well and even cleaned the entire sink when done. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Zach for any heating and air problems you may have. He is knowledgeable and professional. Anytime we have had a problem we always ask for Zach. I feel he is honest about the problem and works with you to correct which is hard to find in some places. 5 stars not only for Patriot but for Zach as well!!!

Our home warranty company sent Patriot out to us. We had never used them before, but they were AMAZING! They were on it right away, trying to send someone out as soon as possible, and communicating so well with us through the whole process. They were very kind and professional. We were pleasantly surprised, since we had not heard of them before! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Our drain by our washer would backup every time the washer would empty out the water. We used our home warranty from AHS and they sent out a guy from Patriot Plumbing and he tried to snake the drain but it didnt work so we setup a new appointment with the same company but different guy. Robert was the new guy and he was fantastic!! He was able fix our issue and he was great to work with!! Would recommend Robert every time!! Thanks again!!

Robert showed up early and with a amazing attitude. I took him to the issue and he showed me how I almost had if figured out myself. He had a big smile on his face and gave me a few laughs. He allowed me to watch him work. To try and learn how to resolve the issue myself in the future. I felt so great about his service. I had to call his manager and give him a HUGE shout out. I have a home warranty, and Patriot was sent out for a drain issue. They came out once, but the issued was not completely corrected. I called them back, and I was honestly concerned we would have to pay the deductible again. However, they came right back out and its now 2 weeks later and the repair is still holding up fine. They didnt charge me a dime for coming back, and they didnt grumble about it at all. I would recommend them.

I believe the techs name was Matt, he is a fairly new employee. He was very informative and was able to find and fix the problem on my air-conditioner immediately. He went above and beyond to show me how to better maintain my air quality, explained what to look for if there was another problem and the importance of changing the filter on a regular basis. I was very impressed and want to give a big shout out to Patriot. Great hire!! I went from no cool air to cold air in minutes. Thank you

Our shower was leaking into our basement. Patriot Plumbing, through AHS, sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix the issue within a couple hours. Excellent service and quality. We will definitely use Patriot Plumbing again :)

These gentlemen did a great job getting everything piped and installed in our new home. We had a tricky wall mounted sink in our powder bathroom that was giving them fits, but they worked hard and got it all figured out in short order. Some of the parts took a while to get, but they kept me informed on the delivery of those items and when they would be back out to get them installed.Ive used Patriot Plumbing on much larger jobs and they accel at both residential and large industrial projects alike.Good job all!

Extremely prompt service. They were called by our home warranty company and the entire experience - submitting the claim, hearing from Patriot, and fixing the water heater - was completed in less than 8 hours. Its always a gamble when you dont get to pick your service provider because of a warranty but I was very impressed and am VERY happy to have hot water again!

Justin in a great tech for Patriot. I have a home warranty and they have come out on two different occasions to fix separate issues with my HVAC. Justin was my technician both times and he did an excellent job and did a great job explaining everything to me since I know nothing about HVACs. I liked them so much the first time I went through extra hoops to get them the second time with the home warranty and Ill get them on a maintenance plan as soon as my warranty expires.

The tech was very friendly to me and my 3 year old. One thing that stuck out for me is how he spoke to my daughter like she was a equal human being and not just another annoying kid. That ment alot to me and I know she appreciated that too. Shes a good kid and understands what people are saying. Any company couldve fixed my thermostat, but if I had to pick a complete stranger to come to my home and be around my kids while doing so I would pick the company thats shown me they employ techs with patience and respect toward myself and my family. I really appreciate the quality of service we received.

Quick and Professional. I called them to give an estimate on a gas hookup to a range stove. They arrived the next day and completed the estimate on the spot. Painless. They scheduled the work for the same day and completed it quickly. He also helped my wife hook the stove up and test everything while I was at work.
