My A/C went out on Thursday night. I called right before they were closing to see the chances of getting someone out the next day. He gave me a couple tips/advice to try on my frozen pipes (in hopes I would not need help). Unfortunately, it was a motor issue - on my dinosaur of a furnace. The work was done fast and professionally (costing less than the estimate). I would highly recommend and will use again (had him shoot me an estimate to place my whole heating/cooling system).

American Home Shield assigned M & M for a problem I was having with my gas furnace. I will admit I was a bit nervous but Mike came out when he said he would, put in a temporary fix and then came back with a new part within an hour. Another piece broke and he fixed that one as well without issue. He is professional and courteous. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Outstanding, Matt installed a mini split (heat pump) in my office and it is wonderful. Very efficient in winter and summer (less than a dollar a day to cool in the summer 24 hours a day and during the winter, I can’t tell any increase in my electric bill, again, 24 hours per day, (summer electric rates are higher than winter rates in Lincoln)!

My A/C had been running warm for 2 days and I thought that it was only an issue with the filter needing to be replaced. By the time I had replaced it, and thought that it was fixed, the weather had gotten to the near 90s and I was dripping sweat.I started making calls about 2 in the afternoon. Talked to a few people here and there. Everyones appointments were booked out for 2-3 days. Then Matt returned my call from a voicemail. I explained the issue and within a minute he already knew what it was (I had throubleshot everything and walked him through my steps) and told me he could be out within the hour.He showed up promptly and got to work. He was courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. As a woman, we always feel that men take advantage of us not having the full knowledge of the scope of work (think of a mechanic per say). Matt took his time to show me, and explain why he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. Not only did he take care of the issue at hand by replacing my outside unit motor, but he caught several other potential issues that could have cost me a future visit and fixed those with a total of 20.00 parts while he was already there and it didnt cost me anything extra but the price of the part.I highly recommend Matt and M & M Mechanical for any HVAC issues. Professional, prompt, and honest service thats rare to find!
