Juan was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He was here to replace our water heater. He was very pleased that I had already shut it off and started to drain it. After they hauled out the old one he said I had called for a replacement just in time as the bottom of it was falling off! He made sure to tell me to call for an inspection and where to find the number and codes on the invoice when it arrives. I would highly recommend Juan and Action! They are always my first call when I need assistance with plumbing, heating and cooling.

My kitchen sink was clogged, so I called Action. (I had called them about my tub a few months ago.) Austin was here in under an hour. He was awesome! He coincidentally was who was sent to my house earlier this summer.He cleaned out the drain and stack, which hasnt been done in several years, and gave me a couple pointers on maintaining the drain in good order. Austin is friendly, considerate of his surroundings, and cleaned everything up when he was done. I couldnt ask for better service than what Ive received from Action.

It was time for a new unit. Matt explained my options and was very informative. Duane and his assistant installed the new unit the next week. They were very efficient and answered all my questions. Called this morning to get water heater fixed. They send a guy out immediately got it all done two hours later. Awesome job!! Five days later I get the bill. I was floored! $1300 bucks for a water heater. I wish I would of shop around more and maybe I could of found someone cheaper. I did call Action and they called me right back. I was told this was a flat rate for a new hot water heater! 500 bucks of it for disposable of the old hot water heater, the rest is labor and the hot water heater. I did look and notice hot water heaters have almost doubled in price. These guys did great work, but a little high priced I think. Still going to give them five star service. I would just call around next time, might find someone cheaper that does same work. Ask them for a price estimate at first, I did not and wish I did now. I would of probably shopped around more.

He kept his pleasant demeanor in spite all of my questions and interruptions. He also needed to disconnect and move my water softener to get at the old water heater. WhenAustin was finished, one would never know anything was moved. Austin is a class act... If I have other plumbing problems in the future, I will make sure Action Plumbing sends Austin again.

Connor was very professional and detailed in all aspects of the service. Extremely prompt service and my tech Juan was extremely knowledgeable. The cost of service was VERY reasonable as compared to other companies in town. Called at 8am Monday and had a tech at my house by 9:30am same day. My sump pump needed replacing and Juan not only did a careful and thorough job replacing the pump he cleaned out the pit too. He went above and beyond allowing me to see and learn. He explained what the issue was and gave me tips on how to prevent any other issues that may arise.

The area was cleaned up and left tidy, I wouldn’t have even known anyone had been there. Jon and his associate helper, were very polite, professional and friendly. This is the second plumbing company I hired for the same clogged kitchen sink issue. The last guy used a plastic tool down the drain to unblock it but didn’t actually solve the problem as it continued to drain slowly, gurgle and only months later we had the same issue. Connor from Action Plumbing came in and took apart pipes and completely cleaned out everything. All within the same timeframe & roughly the same $ as the previous company. He was also very kind & helpful when I asked about other plumbing questions/projects & I will definitely be booking them again for all future plumbing needs.

Alec performed seasonal inspection of my heat pump and gas furnace. I’m ready for winter temperatures now. Thanks, Alec. Thanks, Action!Erik diagnosed problem of thermostat cycling and cycling without allowing the furnace to work. I’d closed off some registers and Erik suggested reopening them all to allow max air flow through heat exchanger. Over heating there was tripping the thermostat off repeatedly. Modifications were done and all is working great now. Erik was professional and personable.

After a miserable summer last year with a failing 30+ year old air conditioner and no resolution in sight after multiple attempts by 2 different HVAC companies we decided to go ahead and get things replaced this spring before the heat came. Since the furnace and water heater were all of roughly the same age we got all 3 done at the same time. After gathering various estimates Action became the obvious choice due to cost, brands they used, and the staff we interacted with. Matt made the quote and estimates process easy and presented several options that all made sense. Within just a couple of weeks we had everything installed and the house feels great now as the temps begin to rise! Install day was a bit of a mad house but everyone was professional, efficient, respectful of the property, and clearly knew what they were doing. Hopefully our 2nd summer in the house will be far more enjoyable thanks to Action!

(Oct 18, 24) - Sue called to see if it was OK for Alec Foltz to complete my fall maintenance. Yes please and he did show up early. He had serviced my units a few years ago and knew what to do and where to go. Once the job was completed, Alec let us know he conducted all testing and thoroughly checked the heating and A/C to make sure everything was working properly. Alec was very courteous, professional and friendly. The Action team, as always does a fantastic job their yearly maintenance plan cannot be beat by other heating and A/C companies. Thanks once again!(a year ago)I cannot tell you how great the Action team is when it comes to taking care of your problems and are my go to guys for anything plumbing, heating and or ac related. My water sensor alarm in my utility room went off this morning around 8:45 so I called Action and had to leave a message. But Ken called me back within 10 minutes and I explained that my water heater was leaking water and did he have someone available to come check it out. He had to make some calls and would let me know. Within 15 minutes he called back and said a service tech was on his way. Tybor Smith showed up about 15 minutes later and determined that the old water heater was rusted and leaking from the bottom. He called Ken and told him I needed a new 50 gal. water heater replacement. And Ken had one delivered within the hour. While waiting for the delivery, Ty safely disconnected the old for removal. After the new one arrived, Ty completed the quality installation quickly and professionally. Ken is also a true professional, friendly and did an amazing job coordinating the technician and delivery of the new water heater. Ty is a quality professional, very courteous and friendly. All of this including clean up was completed in under 4 hours!!! It was 12:30 as we were just sitting down to eat lunch as Ty was leaving. I have used the Action team many times before, including my annual systems maintenance and have never been disappointed. Thank you Ken and Ty for an awesome experience!!!

Juan from Action installed a water softener system, which has been really nice with Lincoln’s hard water. He was super helpful in explaining everything.On the HVAC side Alec was super nice and explained things well and was respectful of our place. Action also installed a mini split in our sunroom, Matt & Dillion were helpful throughout that entire process.Recommended for plumbing and HVAC projects!

Zack seemed very knowledgeable. He did everything he could to help us. He spent time explaining our situation in a language I could understand. He did a great job. Unfortunately our issue was a little bigger than he was prepared for so it is not completely resolved. But he diagnosed a problem others could not and we greatly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. A follow up is expected later.

John assessed the situation. He asked us questions and listened. He quickly found the leak and fixed it. He explained what caused the leak and showed us what he was going to do. He did all this without having to make a big mess or tear out much ceiling. He only cut two small holes in the ceiling to access the leak. He advised us on what to do to dry up the drywall and plywood to prevent mold, and he recommended a drywall person. He also noticed a problem with our water heater and made some recommendations. He did all of this in under 2 hours. He was extremely calm, polite, and reassuring. We went from feeling like we had a big disaster on our hands to feeling like the situation was under control. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous and made sure to clean the area when they were finished.
