Faith was great and very friendly when I called to schedule the appointment. We had a leak and pipe straps that were found in an inspection on a home we are trying to sell. Justin and Chris came out and figured it out it wasnt a leak but a condensation line that a previous contractor had installed but did not put all the way through the floor. They were able to add some extra pipping and set it up properly. Justin was great at explaining what they found, a resolution and why it was done that way.

Very timely with appointment. Justin and his helper were able to diagnose the problem and repair it , also very timely. Very courteous and he gave explanation of the repair. Fair pricing also. I would highly recommend Plumbing 101.

We love plumbing 101, they have always come quickly, the people on the phone and in person are so nice and they do their work very well! They have even been able to come out in an emergency leak before! It’s so hard to get someone good on short notice in this town and while their schedule is booked out pretty far for non emergency projects I love that they keep some time for emergency appointments too. Ive also never had to have anything they have done - redone before they do it perfectly the first time and they don’t overcharge so I trust them.

No leaks & they demonstrated there plumbing talents with several different types of plumbing tasks I needed assistance with. They handled all plumbing tasks I hired them for properly & quickly.

Hi there! I want to give two thumbs up and five stars to Plumbing 101, LLC. for responding to a plumbing emergency we had regarding a broken water pipe in our house. It was awesome to work with a company who responded so quickly and efficiently, and got the job done on the same day as our emergency.Faith, who answered phone call was very helpful. She set up the appointment and arranged to have the team out at our house just hours after our pipe had broke.When Mike and Michael arrived and assessed the situation, they efficiently went about making the necessary repairs and got our water turned back on and running.This was my first experience with calling and using Plumbing 101, LLC. I was thankful that I had previously entered them into my contact list in case of a plumbing emergency. And all because I had read someone elses excellent review of this company. We are SO pleased with the service we received from Plumbing 101! From start to finish, Mike and his team were responsive, professional, timely, and super easy to work with. They listened to our needs, made a solid effort to work with our timeline, gave excellent recommendations, and paid great attention to detail-- they had to pick up a new drain for our sink and noticed the rest of our hardware was matte black, so picked out a drain to match! Those extra efforts meant a lot to us, and we truly appreciate all the Plumbing 101 crew did to provide us with a great experience! Weve already recommended them to friends and will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs!

Mike and the entire crew were great (including Faith at the office).We were in the process of getting plumbing bids while having a septic replaced. The septic team hit the main line. Mike and team came out and repaired quickly. Although scheduled for an appointment later that week to bid the job , they took the time to run through then and quickly turned around the bid. Of course we went with them.All through the process Mike kept us informed and answered our questions. Always arrived on time. Work looks amazing ( new drain lines and incoming plumbing, added bathroom, relocated kitchen sink and outdoor spigots, revised laundry outlet, reinstalled/strapped water heater, added refrigerator water valve).We have had several properties and have experience working with several plumbers over the years. We would highly recommend 101 Plumbing.
