Mark’s Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our sewer line and sprinkler backflow preventer. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. They handled everything seamlessly, including coordinating with our insurance company, which took a huge load off our shoulders. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and they even offered a payment plan for the remaining balance, which we greatly appreciated.Their crew was not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and professional. Its easy to leave a 1 star review. Takes more work when you have to think about how a company that goes above and beyond should be recognized. Used Marks plumbing for a shower leak, and they went above and beyond. Had to get it approved through my warranty company, but they kept me in the loop while doing that. The guys showed up on time, kept the drywall cuts to a minimum, fixed the issue, AND cleaned up. Seems simple, but youd be surprised. Ill be using them again!!! 10 stars.

Filled out an online request for an estimate to replace my water heater, Mike called and said they could come out the next day. My work schedule wouldnt allow for that, so Mike said he could come out that day, he would make the time. Within the hour, one of his guys rang my doorbell, I showed him what I had, we talked and he started the replacement. In less than 4 hours, I went from an online form to what I needed, at a price and warranty I was very comfortable with. And did it in a timeframe that is unheard of. I cant say thank you enough, I know my situation was unusual, but I would recommend this business all day long, give them 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, and whatever else I could to say thank you !!! Bailey was great- he looked at the issue, he listened to my description of it, and was able to fix it within the limitations that I had set. He was fast, had everything he needed. There wasnt any billing pressure with having to pay on the spot without knowing what the potential cost would be. All in all, a great experience, and if you assist with kitchen renovations well be contacting you again at some point in the future.

Had an issue with my water pressue being too high. Called a competitor they quoted 950 for a repair. Seemed crazy high so I called Marks they first out my mind at ease about the issue then let me know the probabable solution over the phone and scheduled a time to come out the next day. They actually called and asked if they could come early. They came quickly diagnosed and gave me a long term fix for the issue. Not only that they let me know the likely cause which their competitor said he had no idea.Not only were they nice fast and efficient they cost less than half of what was quoted by their competitor. They have now earned my familys buissness for any time I have a plumbing need.

One word, awesome. Plumber that changed out my kitchen faucet I would think is a great asset to Mark’s plumbing. Nut and bolt holding faucet was so corroded he had to cut it out. As most of you know that is a tight spot under the sink with drain pipes and disposal in the way. He did not give up and I think a lot of plumbers may have. Mark’s is the only Plumbing Company I have used in the last 16 years and will continue to use. Thank you Mark’s Plumbing.

I would normally consider that to be unlikely. The quality of the estimate was mirrored in the work.When they completed the work, the invoice was significantly less than the estimate. We did some things to make their work easier to get to and do, which probably is the reason the invoice was significantly less.If you have a project that includes other work, I would recommend that you contact Marks Plumbing directly for the plumbing part of the project.

My call was answered by a real person who was professional and listened to my concerns before offering a suggestion. Technician was scheduled the following day (worked best for us to wait a day). Weve had them out for multiple issues this past year. They have always been so kind and courteous, as well as honest and professional. Had a slow draining clog in basement floor drain that was causing water to back up into the house. Plumbers showed up on time and worked until the issue was fixed. They were extremely respectful and kind through the entire process. They answered all of my questions and explained all the work so that I could understand. With all the trips up and down the stairs and working in the heat outside to get the problem fixed, they were absolutely professional! What a great reflection of the company!
