So happy with this company! When we started having a back up at our older house, we had Roto-Rooter come out and they quoted us $10-$15,000 to fix the problem. We obviously got a second opinion and Eagle plumbing was prompt and professional, and fixed the issue and we did not have to pay anything even remotely close to that. The problem that Roto-Rooter actually said that we were having was not even a problem at all. We’ve used eagle a few times now and they always send someone out either the day of or the next day. Always go with the local company!

My dad’s sink was clogged so I called eagle plumbing they scheduled us right away for same day service. Steve did an amazing job, as well as explaining to us what was being done and when we asked questions he answered them promptly. Great service amazing company!

Im a DIYer who has reasonable skills. However, when replacing a toilet, I encountered an issue I decided to bring in a plumber to resolve. I called Eagle Plumbing, and they scheduled me the same day to have a plumber look at the problem and give me a quote. A couple hours before the appointment, the tech called to see if he could come earlier and get additional information on the issue. I described what I was concerned about, and he told me it was an easy fix and instructed me on what I could do if I wanted to do it myself. He asked if I felt okay doing it as he explained or if I wanted him to still come over. I was confident that I could take care of it, so I did. You do not often get a service company or plumber offering advice and recommendations on how to do it yourself and save money. I appreciate that Eagle Plumbing was helpful and prioritized my best interest. Thank you, I will certainly call you again when the need arises.

I cannot rave enough about Eagle Plumbing, they were quick, thorough, helpful and amazing customer service. We needed a couple toilets replaced in Lincoln, Heather in the office couldnt have been nicer!! We ordered the toilets at Home Depot and Eagle Plumbing picked them up and installed the next day. Larry (plumber) was so nice and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you for all of your help!

We called Eagle after a Kohler recommended plumber couldn’t/wouldn’t fix our problem with a Kohler bidet toilet. The Kohler recommended plumber said he couldn’t fix the problem. We called Eagle and they quickly said they could fix our issue. Eagle sent Garred (sp) and he came to our house and quickly fixed the problem.

My 30 year kitchen faucet finally failed 11 am the Saturday before Super Bowl 51. I had earlier in the day called another 24/7 plumber I had used in the past. After 4 hours of waiting and calling them numerous times with no reply, at 3 pm they called back and said how about 8 am Monday morning? I called Eagle at 3:30 pm and the plumbers were at my house at 4:30 pm. They switched out the failed faucet with the new one I purchased . Great work!!! I will call Eagle from now on if I have plumbing problems.

This is the second time we have used them, they are always very helpful and fast with service. Our first time we needed our hot water heater replaced and they were here within an hour of us calling and had the job finished that day (on a Sunday even!) and this time our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and they offered to come tonight instead of waiting till tomorrow like I had planned. Excellent friendly service!

The cost and professionalism of this place was awesome. They did great work and worked fast! My only complaint is that they were a little messy. I was cleaning up hoses and pipe peices, even insulation fiber glass. Not good for the kids or pups with bare paws and toes.

Answered their phone off hours. Said theyd call me back in 20 minutes and they did. Kitchen sink backed up at work they said they would be there at 3 pm. 2:45 the plumber called and said he would be a little late. No problem thanks for the call! The job is kind of a beast because the pipes run a long distance. The guy went back to his shop to get the high powered equipment and he was there until 6:30 pm making sure the job was finished. Will use again.

A leak on Sunday! Super Bowl Sunday! Paint was bubbling in multiple spots. Finding the source was going to be a challenge. Rich came out ASAP, found the source ASAP!He even did a little extra!Good communication, minimal cuts in the wall, and a great price! Fair.
