I called Harleys up to get a cleaning of my dryer vent. They quoted me and it was very reasonable, if not cheaper, than everybody else that I spoke with. Eric S. showed up on time (a little early which I always appreciate) and was very friendly and professional. He did the job in about 45 minutes and told me everything that he did as well as cleaned up the area completely. I will definitely use this company next time I need to get the dryer cleaned out. Highly recommend!

Will only be using Harleys going forward.My AC unit outside broke so I called around. One place didnt call me back, another couldnt get out for a couple days. Eric, with Harleys came out the day I called and he couldnt have been better to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and pleasant the entire time. The diagnosis was thorough and honest and he presented several options including both repair and replace.We went with the repair option, which usually leads to less attention from the business as they dont make as much money. With Harleys that did not happen. Blake came out the next day to make the repair and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He ran into a problem with my 26-year old unit and ended up needing to replace the fan blade as well. The part was in Omaha and I immediately thought great, probably wont see him for another week because thats generally how those things go. But, Blake was back the very next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Even knocked off $150 because he ended up not needing to do something that was quoted (HONESTY!!!). Seriously a great outfit and the only call I will make with any future work!

Our outside until stopped running but the inside unit was still running and it was 87° in our house and the thermostat was set at 68°. It was going to be hot all week and we have 6 kids ages 6 and under so having ac a necessity. I called the company who serviced the ac before we bought our house a year ago. They couldnt come for a few days. I called around and no one could come within a few days. I called Harleys and they were literally like 5 minutes away. This was also after 7pm in the evening. The technician, which I did not have his name because my husband was outside when he arrived had our problem diagnosed and started working to fix the problem. We were so low on freon it had shut off our outside unit. Price wasdwas very reasonable as we. I will be using them from now on. I would recommend them as well.

I absolutely love the staff at Harleys Heating & Air! They are all very helpful and truly care. Our dryer wasnt completely drying our clothes. The appliance dealer suggested that we have our dryer vent cleaned. I called Harleys and Rick suggested that we have our duct vent to the dryer cleaned. The technicians were on time, very personal. They ended up taking out FIVE gallons of lint. Potential fire hazard. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely be calling them again and suggesting them to my friends!

Jason (I think) came to repair a puzzle of a poorly installed Nest thermostat professionally installed. He was curious of the method and only the heat was hooked up and not the AC. He was confident that he could correct the mistake. It took some time and numerous trips from thermostat to basement to AC unit but he got it running after totally rewiring the thermostat. Harleys heating and cooling staff assisted me in a time of crisis when my complete heating and cooling system had a catastrophic failure resulting in the need to have it replaced completely at the least opportunistic time. The assistance in getting the financing worked out and selecting the best priced and yet correct system for my home was instrumental in providing be piece of mind that my home would be cooled and heated reliably. Definitely the right company to use in this situation. There installation staff are very professional and proficient, they where able to install a complete heating and cooling system in one day, which required so reworking of duct work and ventilation in a home that is 120 years old, and not originally designed for such a system.They will be who i recommend you call.Once again excellence service, chevkedceverytbjng and advised things to improve performance and address my concerns over humidity levels. I have plan oil to keep my system running for years to come

Ive used Harleys for a few years with their yearly service agreement where you pay for both inspections (ac and heater) at one time and then if there are issues throughout the year the service calls are free and you just have to pay for parts. Considering nothing was really wrong, it was plenty pricey ($99+$99) -- to give it a check and reconditon certain aspects, the most important of which was a cleaning (also pulling out old misfitting filters jammed inside the filter space on the furnace, corrected me on filter size).It dawns on me that I thought the deal wiith Home Depot included an annual inspection. Dont recall any. I will check with them.The service man was fine. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable and willing to give me my moneys worth within corporate restrictions.On other appliances, Todds has come out a few times to flip a reset switch or something minimal and charged nothing, so I swear by Todds. As a senior on a fixed income, I may look around the next time I need service.

The guys put in a new Rheem 9 yr water heater to replace our 20 yr old heater. They were on time, clean, aware that I worked from home so they told me when it was going to get noisy, etc. Explained everything they were doing and about how the new water heater worked, and the control box that is on the newer models that my old one didnt have. Cleaned up afterwards and were on their way. Start to finish about 2 hours, though your mileage may vary a bit depending on the layout of your house and what you have done.
