JC Plumbing is my Go To Plumber. I feel like Im a valued customer and weve gotten to know each other over the years. When I call in they fit me rightinto the schedule no waiting for weeks. Mike is veryprompt, he knows what hes doing and gets the job done. In and out. I never worry about a big plumbing bill, they are very reasonable and easy to work with. Nice for a change in this world where prices have risen on everything and businesses are taking advantage of their long time customers not with JC they remain tried and true. Like calling a hometown plumber thats there to take care of yourplumbing needs. I have a home warranty that I will not be renewing its just easier to call JC Plumbingdirectly and get the job done quickly.

This company and its owner always want me to be satisfied with their service and are willing to talk to me about the work, service and price. If I am not satisfied, they will discuss it with me and come to some agreement with which we both are comfortable.I really appreciate that because most businesses in Lincoln do not have that courtesy. I will continue to call them and recommend them to other people. They are a rare company in this time of impersonal service from business and their employees.

We had good 2 go drain and plumbing come out first. Then JCplusplumbing came out and fixed the 3 valves the other guys couldnt.Mike was extremely professional and fast with his work. I will only request the Mike come for my plumbing again.

Our water heater would not ignite the day before we were hosting my in-laws. JC Plus called right back, they called when they were gonna be a half hour late, and were very clear about what the problem was. Mike was very fast and courteous. When the part needed wouldn’t fit our hot water heater, Mike make sure we weren’t charged for the time to get the correct part.Mike also gave clear advice when we asked him about our ability to do a different project ourselves. We will 100% call JC Plus every time we need their services in the future.

Had a copper pipe that was leaking right by the main. We had AHS warranty and JC Plus Plumbing was assigned. Called JC Plumbing that morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Mike was very professional and friendly. I asked a few questions and he was happy to answer them. Once he was done with the job, he cleaned up the area. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would recommend and use them again in the future! Thanks JC Plumbing!

Great service!! We will use them again!! First day out he condemned my dishwasher. He also said that he would replace our sump pump!! We were lucky to find a dishwasher in stock a Schafers! When we called to set up a date to replace things he was able to come at noon the next day!! Fast service and we are set to wash dishes and a sump pump for rainy days!!

They showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issues with the water heater and replaced it within a couple of hours! Called and booked an appointment a couple of days in advance, could tell that the technician was tired and had been working all day, but was very courtious and had a great attitude! Repeat customer, service is still good from when we used them years prior.

I called:- John Henrys- Roto Rooters- Johns Plumbing- Team Emergency Plumbing- & JC Plus PlumbingJohn Henrys said they were charging overtime ($100 just to come to the house) and wouldnt provide an estimate.RotoRooter could come this afternoon and Nick was kind enough to give me a ballpark average of $500 to clear a sewer line (thanks for the transparency Nick! ✊).Johns plumbing went to voicemail and I called the emergency number provided which also went to voicemail and i left a message and have yet to hear back (1 hr ago)Team Emergency (funniest of all) appears to have disconnected their number as it rings once and hangs up (tried twice)JC Plus Plumbing (the SHINNING victor) answered right away and said basically call Matts Sewer and Drain, theyre better at that 👀 Who does that!?I called Matts and they said theyd come and clear the sewer line for $150 + tax 👀Maybe the other folks would be better at some things and Im sure theyd have their arguments... But when it comes to sewers and drains, call Matts! And the next time I have a plumbing question/problem, Im calling JC Plus Plumbing!

Very fast service when we needed a water heater replaced. They were upfront and honest over the phone about the price. They arranged to have the Hot Water heater inspected after installation. Service technician was very good about communication in regards to: When they were heading to home, how long the work would take once they arrived and calling to let us know when the work was complete.

My hot water heater stopped working. I started looking around and getting quotes with plumbers to have it repaired or replaced. One of the places I called was JC plus plumbing. I was totally surprised when Joel from JC Pluss plumbing responded right away, and it was a Sunday! He gave me a quote and offered to help me by that Monday. I called several plumbers got several quotes but decided to go with JC plus plumbing because of their fast prompt and friendly response. They did show up Monday and replaced my hot water heater quickly professionally and did an excellent job. Mike was really friendly really nice and really professional I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service I would use them again and I highly recommend their service.

Called needing a water heater replacement. A little bit later we were up and running with our new water heater. Everything was well communicated, done quickly, and cleanly.
