I called for an emergency situation at 8am and someone was at my house by 10am to start the job. I didn’t even get a call back from most of the companies I called, so the responsiveness and timeliness was amazing! Peter came out to help and he gave great advice, was very informative and super honest about everything that was going on with our plumbing. He worked his tail off and resolved our issues in just a few hours. He even left to go pick up a big machine to clear the pipes when a snake didn’t do the job. We were completely backed up and not able to run any water at all, so the fast and effective service was just what we needed! 10/10 will use again and recommend!

Based on their excellent reviews I called 5 Star at 7:00 am Saturday and Peter was here by 11:00am. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement. He recognized my situation and told me he could revise his schedule to get the job done today. He went to work immediately and in a short time he was ready to go pick up the new water heater. Very professional, really great service. Our garbage disposal was leaking and they were available to come out on the weekend. Amir was timely and very helpful, pointing out the problem (as well as a few other issues he saw) and then fixed all of them for one reasonable price. He also fixed a related piping issue for free and made sure the work he did was safe, testing everything before he wrapped up. I’d recommend them to others and will definitely use them again for other plumbing issues.

I called 5-Star Plumbing to fix a leaky shut-off valve on our toilet just days before we were due to leave on vacation for a week.They were extremely responsive and sent someone the next day. The plumber arrived as arranged, was very personable and professional, and most importantly to us, was extremely capable. He replaced the shut-off valve and installed a new float valve in less than 30 minutes and we have had zero issues with the toilet since the repair. 5-Star Plumbing has earned our business for all future plumbing needs!

Liquid Plummer was not a viable option!Eze came out to the house at 4:30pm Sunday, told me what we needed to do and went to work! They sent me a text confirmation with the technician’s ETA, name and photo so we knew who to expect. The technician, Khalil, was here within an hour. Called late Saturday night at 10PM. I was able to speak to a LIVE person. I asked if someone can come in tomorrow morning, Sunday. They were able to make an appointment between 8AM - 10AM. I received a confirmation email at 10:06PM. Next morning I received a text at 7:30AM from the plumber, Eze. The plumber arrived at 8:00AM. He was able to fix our plugged up drain. He told us what clogged our drains and also showed us where he cleared it from. He gave us so much useful information.We asked if he can look at the upstairs bathroom’s shower handle and spout because it was very loose. He discovered the problem and told us exactly what needed to be done. It’s a new house, roughly 7 years old, whoever installed it did not install it correctly. We still have a 10 year warranty on the house and will contact the home builder (Lennar). The plumber was able to make a temp fix for now, and did not charge us.We are extremely satisfied with the service. We highly recommend 5-Star Plumbing. A+++ and 5 Stars for 5-Star Plumbing. What I thought was a leak ended up not being one and he explained why and how he knew immediately just visually But showed me anyway with his light. Another great experience with 5 star plumbing.This call was more of a flop on my end, but was worth doing. I paid $90 to essentially find out that my valve inside my house still works while avoiding a potential flood during my kitchen renovation project.There was trapped air cause the valve not to work. It was a bit of a catch 22 where you had to unplug the outflow portions (in this case the faucet) in order for the valve to start working again. Low and behold, the plumber did this and I assumed we were going to get a bunch of water spraying at high pressure, which started to happen before the plumber shut the valve off and the water stopped flowing. So, my fear of it not working was gone.Thanks again 5 star!
