Wonderful service! VA Plumbing replaced my main water pressure valve. Mr. Lee, was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. My dog even liked him and that is amazing because normally I have to block her off from anyone coming in the house but she took very well to Mr. Lee as he was part of the family even tried to give him kisses. Which speaks a lot to me since I feel dogs have a great sense of people. I was completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Lee and his son were absolute professionals installing our water line. First of all, they rearranged their schedule to fit us in. Our water had to be shut off or else our basement would have been flooded. They heard our concerns of previous work being done halfway. They fixed our water line from beginning to end. Not only that, they also installed the piece to replace the water line next time. It’s nice to know that there are kind, honest, and hardworking people out there. Great, honest and trustworthy service! I had a small leak in my main water line somewhere between the meter and the house. Lee showed up on time and explained all my options and helped me identify the risks/costs associated with each of them. He even showed me how to identify the direction the pipes were running underground, so I had a better understanding of those risks. It was very interesting since another big-name company told me something different. Once we scheduled the water line replacement, Lee took care of everything, and the job was completed without any issues. I will definitely use VA Plumbing LLC for any future plumbing projects. You will not go wrong with Lee.

Lee is a professional who follows through on all his work. We had a line leak outside our home that presented some special problems right before winter set in. Lee was unable to complete some restoration work after his repairs were completed due to the environment, but promised to return with the warm weather to finish the job. He was a man of his word and showed up with help at the earliest opportunity this spring to finish. the work looks great, it solved our problem, and I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, his customer service, and his ability to help.

I was going nuts with a loud banging noise coming from my water pipes whenever we turned the water on. After reading the reviews I called VA Plumbing Pros. One hour later, Technician Lee arrived at the house. He identified the issue as a bad water main valve regulator. In less than one hour, Lee replace the bad valve. He also replace a flimsy shut-off valve with a sturdy one.I definitely recommend this business. The price was reasonable and the workmanship superior.

Lee from VA Plumbing fixed my Septic line issue and explained things along the way. He had the right equipment for the job, and took the time to do it correctly . It turns we just had a blocked septic line and his Hydrojet machine resolved the issue, and then he used his special camera to inspect the pipe. Very pleased with VA Plumbing.

Our home warranty company assigned our broken water heater to VA Plumbing Memorial Day morning. VA Plumbing called promptly and although I was willing to wait another day (by now it had been leaking for 2 days but thats another story) they insisited on coming out right away and within a few hours a new water heater was installed. On a holiday! Above and beyond service!

They truly met and exceeded my expectations. All work was completed before agreed upon date and it is impossible to tell that a major sewer removal and installation was perfomed. The crew that was here sometimes stayed until 7 pm after starting at 8 am that day to complete what was committed to. They truly keep to thier word which impressed me.

Truly, I cannot speak highly enough of these Plumbing professionals. We had a huge backup in our sewer line that, because of the age of our house, was very difficult to reach and deal with. We know, because we literally went through three other plumbers who tried and failed, and also quoted us outrageous amounts of money. We can confidently say that we got the most competitive quote from this business, they were timely and kept their word, and they stayed until the job was really done even as it got late at night. They ended up having to install an external access point which involved a pretty big excavation and Im sure went much beyond the time and cost they were expecting, but they didnt inflate their cost at all. They still kept to the price that was promised. They have won loyal customers for the rest of the time we have a home in this area! Thanks so much!
