We replaced our 20 year old hot water heater with a new one purchased and installed through Home Depot who, for us, used Brick Street Plumbing & HVAC to do the installation. Coordinating with Brick St on install date/time on phone/text was easy and the technician (Tylerr) showed up promptly at the appointed time having texted us 30 minutes prior as planned. Tylerr had the old heater removed and the new one installed within 2 hours, walked me through the operating procedures and annual maintenance needs, cleaned up the residue, and ensured the system was up and running. Tylerr was courteous and professional throughout (you would think it obvious that would be the case, but we have had plumbers for whom that was definitely NOT the case!) and explained what to expect when the county inspector called in about a week to arrange an inspection. At every step, we were very pleased with Tylerr and Brick St plumbing, and would highly recommend them.

IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK FOR LESS MONEY OUT OF POCKET...Our water heater was rusted out on the bottom. I called and talked to the most helpful wonderful lady her name is Mary she was extremely helpful throughout this whole prosses and quoted me a excellent price for everything.The other place I called was a company from lowes he came out and said it was going to be $3,500 dollars told me I wouldnt get a cheaper quote with all I needed to get done. Well they were wrong brick street plumbing was thousands of dollars cheaper.Tyler came did all the work himself he is a super nice guy he walked me through everything even how to maintain my water heater myself. he also found a problem and told me what I needed to do to get it fixed. Overall the quality is excellent work Id highly recommend Tyler and brick Street plumbing to everyone. Just talk to Mary and ask for Tyler hes the best .
