Great experience starting with my first call to Ross to get an estimate. Totally appreciated Jim taking the time to prepare an estimate over the phone. Nice to have an expectation setting up front - cause no one likes surprises. I received an exact appointment time, not a range of a few hours. Very helpful & excellent.My good experience continued when Marcus came to do the job. He arrived a bit early, again not used to this nicety. He was professional and offered a high caliber solution that matched my estimate. He made sure everything worked after he was done installing the pressure regulator and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. This is the best experience I’ve had with plumbers since living in The Villages. Highly recommend Ross Plumbing!

Called Ross plumbing to get advice on solving a long-term problem of scaling, slime and rust stains in the old and new toilets and slime and sulphur-like smells in the faucets despite having a whole-house water-filtration system. Ross sent a plumber with 30 years experience in the field who proved to be an expert in such water system issues. The solution is a new water-softener, at a reasonable price! I was thrilled to learn that I would not have to replace my supply lines!In the meantime while awaiting the permanent solution of the water-softener installation, the Ross plumber recommended a commercial product, CLR, which I had on hand but had not used, to get rid of most of the stains and slime. He took the time to show me how to use it. It worked much better than any other product I had tried! I appreciated the tip and interim solution! Thank you, Ross Plumbing!

Our Hot Water Heater took an unexpected trip to water heater heaven! After spending 3 days trying to find the best solution, I looked up the water heater that I wanted to have and found Ross Plumbing! Can I say from speaking to Jim and them to Marcus coming to install and haul away the dead one, my experience was way, way more than I expected. Jim answered all my questions, prepared a quote and set up an appointment. Marcus called the day of and asked if he could come early! Come early…. Imagine that!!! My Dad was a Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber so I know what a great job looks like. My Dad would have shaken Marcus’ hand for the excellent work!! From beginning to end I was so impressed. Ross Plumbing……remember their names and call them if you need a plumber!

Anotoly and Daniel from Ross Plumbing were the best of the best. They came in to fix our guest room toilet after we had new floors put in. They were, complete gentleman, efficient and worked well together to get the job completed as quickly as possible - absolutely no piddling to make sure they could charge us more. The final price was a relief and very fair. (I just want to say that we had another company in to do pretty much the exact same job several months ago and that company botched the whole job for - no lie - about 5 times the price of Ross and it was never right after that company left!) I also want to give a shout out to Jim, Ross Plumbings service manager, for being kind and a good listener. I will always call Ross Plumbing from this point on for all our Plumbing needs and recommend them to friends.

I wanted to upgrade my toilet to the newer chair height, elongated style. My first thought was to Ross Plumbing because of their support for HTBC. Jim gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone. Marcus came on the appointed day and time, switched it out, and finished by adjusting the flush and cleaning what little mess he made as well as cleaning the brand new toilet. We had Ross Plumbing replace our hot water heater. The replacement hot water heater is an AO Smith ProLine Commercial Grade and we are very happy with the quality of the unit. The water is hotter and seems to deliver to the faucet faster. Anatol and Daniel did a great job with the installation. They were on time, answered any questions we had and tested the unit to ensure everything worked properly. They also installed a new expansion tank and used brass fittings so it was more stable. We felt the total price was reasonable. We had a great experience with Ross Plumbing and highly recommend them.

We needed a new recirculating gas heater. The original installer no longer services or installs gas heaters for my home that is already plumbed for recirculating. Besides a really great/fair price (instead of the normal “Villager” price): the Ross team changed out all the plumbing valves and hookups instead of using the existing 7 year old ones. They are the only plumbing company authorized to service all 3 major mfg.’s I called Ross and the were really attentive and nice and asked the detailed questions that someone who knows what they are doing would ask. Called on Wednesday and my new “insta hot” heater was ready to use after a 1 1/2 hour install on Friday morning and it has been working even better than the original did. Thanks!

I placed a call about 2 o’clock and talked to the office manager. We had a water leak in the front yard and the water company came and shut our water off and told us we needed a plumber. I couldn’t ask for better service! Anatoli arrived about an hour later and spent two hours, digging to try and find the pipe that had broke. Great service, friendly people and we will definitely be customers again. Thank you guys so much.

Had Ross come out to fix a leak with my shower. After having another company come out the day prior and try and up charge me. The previous company wanted to replace all fittings and components of shower and faucet. Even try and state they had to replace the hardware. Needless to say I knew better and it was just a simple leak around a fitting. Issue was the access was tricky and I didn’t want to hassle with it. Anatoly came out after speaking with Ross and diagnosed the issue. Confirmed it was just the fitting and threads were worn causing the leak. He fixed the leak and even checked all the other components of the shower making sure everything was tight and sealed. Took a little over an hour and was all done. Anatoly did great work was super knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use Ross again if ever needed. They saved me time and money.

I rarely come across a company, that takes care of its customers, like Ross Plumbing. I had a disaster at 11pm July 3rd. The plumber (sorry I forgot his name) quickly drove to my home and immediately recognized the problem. He took his time to repair the problem because he wanted it done to perfection. He meticulously cleaned the work area up. I was worried about the cost of the emergency call and repair. But, the bill was way below what I was fearing. I have future plumping needs in the future and I will ONLY call this company. Thank you so much!!!

First I want to thank Jim in service for his help during my hot water problems, and eventually my leak underneath pavers at my house. Jim takes the time to answer all your questions and emails, which is much appreciated . He sent out Jonathan who quickly located the leak under some pavers and discovered that the original plumber, also from leesburg, did not bother to glue in the hot waterline to the Casita at the t joint. I have also found ross plumbing’s prices to be extremely fair, considering another company on 441 With the color blue, charged me twice the price that ross plumbing did to repair a toilet issue I had. I only post remarks for excellent service, and ross plumbing deserved this one.

Was having issues with my hot water heater. While not an emergency, Ross Plumbing had someone at my door at 8:00 the next morning. Brad, our service technician was amazing. He took the time to explain what he needed to do to properly diagnose the problem, and made sure I understood everything before he began anything. Called me back out to my garage once he had properly diagnosed the problem, took the time to thoroughly explain everything in language I could understand, and gave me a couple different options along with the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy anything, nor any pushiness. Once I decided which path I wanted to go, he took the time to write everything up on my billing invoice, including the cost of the other options should I need to go in that direction at a later date.Throughout the whole process Brad was very professional, exuded honesty and integrity, and made the whole experience as painless as he could. Our home in The Villages has two bathrooms. 0ne toilet began to run water intermittently as if the tank was leaking into the bowl. We also noted disintegration of the rubber inner parts and the tank always seemed slow to fill. We called Ross Plumbing. Jonathan at Ross listened carefully and answered our questions about Ross’s operating practices and costs. We agreed to have Ross technicians come out to do the repairs. Twenty four hours later, two representatives called, arriving earlier than scheduled, located the house master water cut off valve, and within 40 minutes had repaired the toilet, replaced the toilet water cut-off valve and cleaned up. We were impressed with both the skill and speed of the staff, and with the final bill….which was quite reasonable. We will return to Ross for our future needs.

When our house was built, copper pipes were used and these pipes need to be replaced.Cynthia from Ross was able to explain the different choices we could make to repair our water problems. I called on a Sunday after we heard water running in a wall in our closet and the carpet was wet. Cynthia, the Ross Plumbing Technician came out right away. Ross Plumbing sent a young man out, late on a Friday afternoon, when we called needing help with a leaking pipe. This young man was able to quickly assess the problem and devise the most appropriate solution to fix the pipe with the least amount of damage to our house. The pipe was leaking from the master bathroom toilet. He decided that going through the exterior of the house would cause less repair than going through the inside drywall. He did a beautiful job in removing the siding from the exterior. He was then able to get into where the pipe was and see the leak. He did a wonderful job. The next day we had someone come and fix the area that had to be torn out to get to the pipe. The siding he removed so carefully went back up and you would never know what happened. Such a professional job. I would definitely recommend Ross Plumbing. They are who I will call from now on!

Our water heater broke over memorial day weekend and we reached out to Ross plumbing. They were very professional, Cynthia was fantastic. She came out discovered that our water heater from 2002 needed to be replaced due to it leaking from the bottom. She had come out on Sunday to look at everything. They were closed memorial day, but she was proactive and called me back Tuesday morning. I ignored the phone call not knowing it was her calling, so she even texted me letting me know she got me on the schedule for that day in the afternoon which was a huge relief. Overall, very professional and a great company. I would highly recommend Ross Plumbing to anyone needing a plumbing company, water heater repair, or water heater installation. P.s. My water heater is in the attic which is very unusual but they handled it well with a team of 3 installing the new water heater up there and pulling the old water down. Thanks guys!

The job cost about half as much as the Frank Gay Plumbing Service in Lady Lake quoted us. We actually paid the Frank Gay rep $39.00 to come and give us an estimate on a new hot water tank (they wont give an estimate without the $39.00 fee) When he arrived, he told us that the whole house could use re-plumbing because the copper pipes are old, and that they would throw in the hot water tank if we agreed to have the entire house re-plumbed. I recognized a used car salesman when I saw one and told him that we did not want an estimate on re-plumbing the entire house. Only then did he came up with a price for the hot water tank only, and it was almost double what Ross Plumbing did the job for. I highly recommend Ross Plumbing.

I am so impressed with the service I received when a pipe connection on my well pump broke in the evening and water was spraying out at high pressure. I called after hours, and the technician came out to look at it, in the dark, by flashlight. He did not have the material he needed to fix it, but he was able to provide a temporary fix by placing a plug to stop the pouring water, and then returned first thing the next morning with the necessary parts to repair the pump pipes. Reasonable rates and exceptional service. Strongly recommend.

She was very professional, helpful, and referred me to the appropriate people to find a slab leak detection service, so that she would know exactly where the leak was, in the slab. She also helped with the City water representative, that initially couldn’t get the water to shut off. He did get that remedied, so that the leak detection people can come out and tell Cynthia where to dig. It’s going to take a lot of coordination from several different entities, but I was at a loss, until Cynthia helped to get the right people involved. A month ago a main water line was leaking a bit and handyman was called to check and fix it. We were told that it was fixed but even though the house was not occupied for few weeks it started to leak again. A technician from Ross Plumbing named Trey came in today, identified that the worked done earlier didnt fix the problem but actually aggravated the damage to handle and pipes and reason for increase in daily leakage. He had to get inside crawl spaces under the house to cut and replaced the main water line that was damaged. In summary, he did an outstanding job, explained every step he would take and the reason for doing it and was very patient when we asked additional questions ... so for young man demonstrated remarkable maturity and professionalism when dealing with older fellows. We wont hesitate to call Trey or Ross Plumbing if we ever have a plumbing problem again.

On 7/7/20, I called three different plumbers to fix a main line leak in our front yard. Not only was Ross Plumbing the least expensive ($90 to come out and do 1 hour of labor; others wanted $50 just to come out and give an estimate), but could come out by 8 am the next morning. At 7:45 the next morning, Larry was there, and within an hour had dug down to the offending plumbing pipe, repaired the leaking PVC with new PVC pipe and couplings, and was done within the hour. Total cost; $94.50 - we were quite pleased. Water bill savings in the next two months should pay for the bill. Thanks Ross Plumbing!

Ross Plumbing technician showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule which is always a good thing. Late is not good ): I showed him the leak in the yard. He got his shovel and began to dig, cutting roots of the old oak tree that broke the pipe connection. He work hard, and did a good job making the 1 inch pipe connections fit perfectly. Turned on the water - no leaks - fast efficient and reasonable. Thank you Larry and Ross plumbing. And thank you God for showing me the leak, by bringing the water to the surface, which saved me $300, by cancelling the leak detection people who were so booked they had to put me on hold for six days. I had a sulfur type odor was coming just from my recirculating system to our master bathroom. Your serviceman checked out the valve and said everything was working as expected. He then suggested draining the water heater and pouring a gallon of bleach in the water heater. After refilling the heater we ran the solution into each line and let it sit for 3 hours. Water no longer has smell and tastes better as well. Expensive because of being time consuming, but a job well done.
