Unfortunately the in-wall pipe to an outdoor spigot broke and started leaking. I was able to shut off supply so it wasn’t urgent. Called Crown Plumber. Next day Wes was out. They gave me a 2 hour window and Wes called when we was 20 minutes out. He replaced the broken section of pipe and the outdoor spigot for $385. Great service and fair prices. We had a random leak for a couple days, called late on Friday right before closing and they had a tech out next morning. He was right within the time window quoted, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Helped to clean up excess water and advise on the different fixes and pricing. We wound up replacing our water heater unit and he was able to come back within 30mins to install the new one. While I hope we dont need them in the near term, we highly recommend them.

I called Crown Plumbing yesterday morning around 11 AM and told them my toilet shutoff valve was leaking and had flooded part of our unfinished basement. Crown said they could probably not get there until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. The owner of Crown showed up at 3 PM and stated he sometimes fills in if they are heavily booked. He did a great job and the response time was amazing.

Highly recommended! Very quick, responsive, knowledgeable, professional. I had some work done in my kitchen and the contractor did not put the garbage disposal back so I needed someone to do that sooner rather than later. I called the number I found on google and Edmund (the owner i think) sent someone the same day. Reached out to Crown back in March for some work. They replaced all of my terrible push/pull water stop valves in my house that the home builders installed when building the house to save money. These arent easy to replace and Crown even did some research to find the best way to remove them with the least amount of collateral damage. They did a fantastic job, quick and professional. Thought I had left a review earlier but seems I didnt. Would use them again, no question.

On April 28, 2022, Crown Plumber sent two technicians to our condo in the Lansdowne Woods Magnolias complex to replace 11 shutoff valves on our toilets, sinks & dishwasher. The technicians (I dont know their names) were polite & informative and accomplished their work quickly & efficiently! The new valves are excellent-quality quarter-turn ball valves and the technicians left the work areas clean. The special group pricing service offered to LWVA by Crown reflects one of the benefits of living in a well-managed condo community and from now on we will certainly use Crown anytime we have an individual plumbing issue that requires an outside plumbers skills. I highly recommend Crown Plumber for any plumbing service. My GE water heater developed a slow leak and rusty water was filling the drain pan. Contacted Crown Plumber and the next day they installed a brand-new water heater. The service was beyond professional. Not a single droplet of water in my brand-new hard wood floor during the old water heater removal process. In addition, they redid and efficiently arranged the old drain pan plumbing to better serve the purpose (often details matter.) New water heater copper installations were done using latest technique of brazing rather than soldering which developed problems in my old water heater. Furthermore, per my request, they promptly fixed few other problems I had in my bathroom.

I had a new Moen motionsense wave kitchen faucet which began to fail within six month of install. The faucet would burn through 6 batteries every month and I could not get water, even manually unless I put in a fresh set of batteries. Moen and the plumber passed responsibility on each other. Meanwhile, I was out of water in the kitchen and Christmas approaching. Finally, Moen sent me a brand new faucet and I immediately called Crown Plumber. After listening to my problem Edmund was in my kitchen within 2 hours. Along with his assistant, they installed the new faucet, tested it and my water was restored. Plus he gave me a nice discount. In my opinion, Crown Plumber is the best plumbing service available in our area. The pricing is fair, he is friendly and responsive to his customers but, above all, Edmund knows what he is doing! Priceless.

Kicking myself for not tuning into the source of the leak in our kitchen myself and sooner; however, quick check on Google for emergency plumbing service and called Crown Plumber. Told he had someone out on a job and would call him. Not much later, the plumber called and got our address. He came and quickly figured out it was the faucet, turned off the water to it (yes, duh on my part), and presented our options and prices. He showed us the faucet he on the truck, but also noted it wouldnt fit the space with a window sill. He left for a scheduled job in Purcellville and returned with a faucet he bought in the same finish and that would fit the space. Done! He was professional, efficient, and thank you, Crown Plumber folks!

Water main valve replacement and fixing master bath sink. This is probably the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. He came right on time in the morning ready to work. He looked at the main water valves and sink and then gave me the cost upfront. It was a very good price for all of the work completed, and was very fast. Switching from an electric cooktop to a gas one didnt seem like a big project, or so we thought. In hindsight its a multi phase project involving numerous entities/specialists, which guarantees a complicated process and much coordination.The most crucial step is adding a gas line, which requires calculations, functionality, and a permit from the County. Before we studied the issue in depth, we faced a completely wide range of proposals varying in competence, planning, and pricing ($850 - $2,250!).We opted to apply for the permit ourselves and were educated on the requirements so we could better judge the offers. This is where Edmund stood out right away: no nonsense, or even worst - false claims as to the necessary scope of the project. Instead he clearly explained to us the work, options, and criteria for making the right decision. The offer price was fair and adequate, matched the effort and professional requirement, and performed in a clean, quick, and efficient manner.The work passed inspection with no issues, and Edmund helped us install the cooktop as well, which no other gas installer was willing to do.This was by far the best experience we had with a contractor. For any plumbing and gas projects in the future Edmund is our man!

Edmund Luku came within three hours of me filing my HomeAdvisor request within the time window he specified. He fixed both plumbing problems - one issue was so minor that he fixed it without charge. He could have easily dramatized the problem and charged money. The overall cost was very reasonable. He was very eager to help fix any problem. He discovered my sump pump wasnt working which I wasnt even aware of. I mentioned casually that he I hadnt yet figured out how to shut off the water to the rear outdoor faucet and helped me find and test the valve. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to a friend and family member.

Edmond is an outstanding plumber and someone I trust! Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very fairly priced. He came in and corrected an improperly installed exterior faucet done by another company just a couple of years prior. He had to replace the shutoff, some piping and the hose bib. Did it in record time all while having to work in a very narrow closet in order to access the pipe line. Plus he installed a much better shut off than what had existed. I highly recommend Edmond to anyone in need of having any kind of plumbing work done!

Professional, good work, no complaints. I had been using the bigger companies around Leesburg but they were all so busy I couldnt get someone out to get the work done. I now have a new plumber!
