Just had an excellent experience with Daniel the Plumber. Called early on Monday morning and he fit us in. Daniel informed me that it would take longer than he expected, explained what he would need to do, and how much it would cost. No shenanigans! 100% recommend Daniel The Plumber. He is helpful, very straightforward, and answered all of my questions. He fixed our problem (leaking pressure valve) with no trouble and he explained everything as he was doing it. He also tightened my leaking outdoor spigot without me even asking (or charging for it!). We had to move my washer to get where he needed to work and he put the washer back without me asking either. By far the best customer service I have received. You can tell he knows what he is talking about so I’ll only be calling him for anything plumbing related in the future!

When our water heater failed, I called Daniel and he came out the next morning. While draining the tank, he noticed that our sump pump was broken too. He was able to replace both items that day! He has very fair pricing. Daniel is so nice and personable. It turns out that the laundry issue is something that requires more extensive work from a contractor, but his insight and expertise were top notch and greatly appreciated! The bathroom sink correction ended up being a case of have you tried turning it off and back on again. I felt like a fool, but he was so gracious in waving it off! Quick! Easy! No hassle! Can’t say enough for Daniel the Plumber. I cut a “window” into the living room wall to create a pass through into our kitchen but a copper pipe for the fridge water was in the way. Daniel was quick to reply to my service request, sent me an email back and a call on the same day, even on the weekend, and was able to come Monday (for a non-emergency repair). He was always very professional and responsive, he gave me a 2 hour time window and stuck to it and called when he was on his way to confirm I was ready for him.I needed to have a valve replaced on some CPVC pipe and Daniel came on the first visit with the parts in hand ready to go in case I was ready to get it done that same day, or he was happy to provide an estimate. I decided to move forward since he had the right parts ready to go, he was very kind and professional, and the price was reasonable for the job. He used metal valves (with the correct CPVC fittings) so that I don’t have this issue again in the future with the plastic valve breaking which I was very happy about! He did a great job, was clean and friendly throughout the repair, and happy to share his knowledge along the way which I much appreciated.I would absolutely recommend Daniel to anyone who needs a quality plumbing repair done by someone you can trust. He works for himself and takes pride in his work which goes a long way in my book.

UPDATE 3/29/23: had a pipe break in basement this morning turning on valve to outside hose bib, causing havoc and possible water damage. I shut off main water as fast as I could, called Daniel, and he said he was in for a busy afternoon but hed come by right away before his other job started since the house was w/o water until fixed. Was tough to access, complicated layout of original builder pipes in semi-finished and messy basement, but he came through and got it fixed ASAP! Highly recommend, I am having him come back next week to snake out a slow to drain kitchen sink.

Daniel and his associate came out to my home as I had a leak in my basement that I assumed was coming from my humidifier. I set up the appointment with him the day before, and he arrived right on time. He was very professional, and took his time checking out the humidifier and drain piping. I was convinced the drain had become clogged, but after examining it closely, Daniel realized that the problem was not with the drainage but with the humidifier filter not having been installed correctly. Once he adjusted the filter, the problem was solved. Daniel wore a face mask, and shoe coverings. He cleaned up when he got through, and left no mess.
