Great and timely service for replacing 3 plumbing issues at our home. Andy/Justin worked to repair the plumbing problems at first. There was no pressure to just pay and replace the worn out faucets. I greatly appreciated their efforts to save us some money as we are Seniors on a fixed income. They arrived on time when scheduled and completed the work and cleaned up when finished. I will use them again and highly recommend their services. 👍👍

Very professional and friendly. I live in a home built in the 1800s, with plumbing that has been replaced in the entire home but not the main sewer line. Andy got on the phone when I was trying to explain the issues I was having to the office manager. He suggested that he come look to evaluate the issue. He came the next day and offered to come earlier than the appt because he had finished his other job. He and his assistant took an honest hour and half to solve the issue. I felt that his price was fair. Will definitely call again and refer to clients.

Flowthrough has handled a variety of plumbing tasks at our house, including a pull-and-replacement of the powder bathroom toilet, sink & fixtures, installing an additional outside spigot, plus various miscellaneous repairs. They respond to our calls or emails promptly to set an appointment, show up on time, and complete the work efficiently—all at a fair cost. We are usually home when the work is done but we would be comfortable leaving the house unlocked for them if we were not there—very trustworthy.

We’re first time homebuyers. After having a plumber come to our home, look at the problem for two minutes, then charge us twice their quote - we decided to find someone else. Flowthrough was the only plumber open on a Saturday that we could find nearby and based on their good reviews we called. When they showed up at exactly nine am on the scheduled day I knew we had found a good one. They worked so hard to figure out our problem, and charged an extremely fair price. To find a plumber in our area that we can trust, who care about their work and their clients - is such a blessing - and we will be using them again.

My water heater sprang a major leak late at night, and I was desperately calling around for emergency plumbing services. When I called Flowthrough, they also did not have a tech they could send out immediately, but the owner gave me all the advice needed to mitigate the issue myself and avoid the cost of an emergency plumber elsewhere. MUCH appreciated and I will be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs!

If youre looking for an honest, professional plumber...look no further than Flowthrough Plumbing. I had trouble getting another plumbing company(assigned by a home warranty company) to come out to my house and fix a leaking faucet in a shower. Flowthrough Plumbing scheduled the appointment as soon as I called, showed up on time, and worked through a difficult job to get the job done. Im so happy to have called Flowthrough and will always call them and send them to any friends or family looking for a good plumber.

We had a plumbing emergency & a neighbor recommended Flowthrough Plumbing to us. While other plumbers sent me straight to voice mail & still hadnt called me back, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a human being (and a very polite one, too!) on my first call to Flowthrough! I was able to get a same-day appointment scheduled, and after I had explained our problem, the woman who answered my call told me an estimate of how the issue might be fixed & what it would cost for both a simple fix, as well as what it would cost if it was a more difficult solution. The plumber who arrived at my house (Doug) was very professional, tidy and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it in less than an hour! The cost was VERY reasonable, as well, and it was exactly what I had been quoted in my initial call to the company. Three cheers for such a fantastic & customer-minded company....you are now on my speed dial for all our future plumbing needs!

We had another contractor install a new toilet for us in our Master Bathroom in December of 2018. The wax seal around that installation failed and caused water to leak from the base. We were in a pickle as we planned to leave for the beach the following day. Through a referral, I called Flowthrough at 7:00am and they had someone at our door by 10:30a, ready to fix the issue to give us peace of mind while we were away.We have two other larger projects for our bathrooms that are on our radar, and we will be using Flowthrough Plumbing for those, and all of our future plumbing needs! They are simply fantastic!

Our kitchen sink was stopped up two days ago. I called Flowthrough yesterday to see when someone could come out. I was told they were booked for today but would try to squeeze in a visit. If not, they would come the next day. They came today at 9:30 and now the sink drains well. The whole process from making the appointment and the clearing of the clog was professional. I was told the price upfront when I made the appointment. Later I found some other companies charge a lot more. I would call them again.

We were going through a bathroom remodel with a general contractor assigned through our insurance. The GC was an absolute nightmare, numerous delays (3 months) and kept tying to nickel and dime us, when they should have went to our insurance company for a supplemental claim.We get to the end and our old shower hardware was broken and old and we didnt know what we needed. Our GC gave us an obscene plumbing quote - i reached out to a couple local plumbers and my final call was to Flowthrough.Krista was amazing, she was kind and friendly, she told me exactly what to do, what wed need to buy, she answered all my follow up questions and told me what their plumbers would do. She was up front about the price (which was about 50% cheaper than the quote from my GC). I called on a Wednesday late afternoon and work was completed that Friday morning.Overall it was an amazing experience and I found a plumber that I will be using for all future plumbing projects.

Keeler, Andrew and Doug are wonderful. they have helped us many times. I am so happy with them, that I recommended them to the construction company I work for. I just had an emergency come up with a toilet, and they were out to help. I also had an expensive emergency with my dog at the same time. when I asked Keeler if I could pay half this month and half next month, she very graciously said yes. this company is so kind and understanding. When my sump pump failed over labor day weekend, my typical plumber referred Flowthrough to me. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and made time that day to replace it. They arrived a few minutes early. Both workers were polite and they took care of everything. After they left, I watched the sump pump run and I mistook what I now know to be a weep hole as a leak. I asked that they come back which they promptly did. They remained very polite, explained what a weep hole is, and also offered to replace it without a weep hole. I said I would be comfortable keeping it as is if they could show it to me in the installation manual, which they did. I apologized profusely for bringing them back to recheck correct labor. They had ever right to be annoyed but did not show any annoyance. I would definitely use them again. My normal plumber is also great. I appreciate how they referred me to Flowthrough!!

Kitchen faucett was rarely running water. Our first time calling to this company and they answer the phone late night and telling us what to check while we were waiting for an availability. It help a lot. The person came in next morning and replaced kitchen faucett and dual shut off for outside. They really care about their customers. Price is reasonable.
