O’Quinn’s repaired the “T” on my well pressure tank in a timely manner and left everything neat and clean. My husband takes care of many of our minor plumbing issues. But if the project requires a professional I will use O’Quinn’s for all our plumbing needs because they provide high quality service at a fair price.

Ive been using OQuinns Plumbing Services for several years now. Eddie installed a new touchless faucet, repaired a shower faucet, installed a new dishwasher and installed a new Sump Pump motor. Eddie is professional, always on time and very respectful of my home and safety. He is always looking out for my best interest, for example, contacting manufacturers for warranty parts and replacements. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend OQuinns. *Edit: Editing my review to note that Eddie is a stand up guy. He realized he over charged me. He had charged me for the install AND the RO system. I had actually bought the RO system myself for him to install so I shouldt have been charged for that portion. He drove over 30 minutes out of his way one evening so that he could deliver the partial refund check to me. In addition he apologized for coming sick and noted that indeed he was not himself that day due to not feeling well. I was so impressed at his heartfelt apology and desire to drive out and talk to me in person rather than just mailing a check. I even told my kids about the interaction and they were so impressed by his actions. Eddie took time out of his day to make things right and it was truly appreciated!______________________________________________________________Okay, first off - it is not in my nature to write negative reviews and I cant remember the last time I have even done so. I had a great experience with this company many years ago so I decided to use them again when I needed an under sink reverse osmosis system installed. The job went from bad to worse rather quickly.The plumber was here for almost 5 hours. Let me write that again - 5 hours! For a rather simple under the sink reverse osmosis (RO) system. When he arrived I gave him the direct number to tech support for the RO system and asked him to call -the company as it is a 5 star company and they walk you through everything. Did he call - no. I then gave him the installation video - did he use the video - no. If he had done either of these things it surely would not have taken him over 5 hours to install this and then charge me $700 and tell me that he gave me a deal. He was so slow and wasted my entire day over something that should have been installed in less than 1.5 hours. At 3 pm he told me it would just be one more hour but he then didnt leave my house until 5:30!I feel so ripped off its not even funny. He was slow and dilly dallied the entire time. To top it off, after he left I called tech support for the RO water installation company because I heard a funny noise happening. They assured me the noise was normal but the representative on the phone let me know I got ripped off as she and her grandson just installed one of these systems the other day in an hour and she is NOT a plumber. She was horrified at what happened. Even the tech support guy told me that he installed one for his mom the other day in about an hour. There are also countless reviewers on their website and amazon that were do it yourselfers and installed it in 1-2 hours - and they were NOT plumbers.I wont be using this company in the future and I cant recommend them. Look elsewhere unless you want to throw away your money. The plumber was nice but service was slow and I got totally hosed. He just did not have great common sense - either that or he wasnt trust worthy.For example, the plumber threw away my nickel faucet and put in the cheapie that came with the system - seriously?? He didnt even ask me if I still wanted it. Why would I not want my nickel faucet that matched my entire kitchen and that I paid a ton of money for? He also took all my old parts with him from my former reverse osmosis system - along with the directions that he used to put it together and the serial number sticker that was supposed to go on my tank. The tech lady on the phone said that should have been placed on the tank. It makes me wonder if my old system will be installed elsewhere.He also showed up to my house super sick and spent much of the hours he was here coughing so badly that I asked him if he was sick to which he replied that he caught the plague for his grandchildren. While I felt bad he was sick I also really wished he notified me before coming into my home - basic common sense and courtesy. I am so frustrated and disappointed right now. Guess I just have to chalk this one up for being a sucker. Please learn a lesson from me and look elsewhere.

We needed to have a water softener/filtration system installed in our home. When asking our Leesburg neighbors for a referral, everyone recommended O’Quinn’s, due to their quality and reliability. We worked directly through Wes the owner and the office coordinator Debbie, who got us scheduled immediately. Nick was the plumbing expert that came out and was able to install our water softener/filter an hour earlier than anticipated, and they also lowered our installation charge, since they were able to wrap up early. We would highly recommend O’Quinn’s to anyone that is in need of plumbing.

Came promptly to resolve a leak in our basement. Spent time diagnosing the problem. Came back and fixed it for less than the quote. Also did the work that needed to be done and not extra work (and charges).The plumber who came to our home also was knowledgeable, communicative and a neat worker. We have used them 3 times - to replace water spigot for our washer, toilet repair, shower repair, and clearing an outside drain.

My recent experience with OQuinns was a reminder of excellent, quality service. An evening call because of no hot water was answered with a next morning appointment. Eddie arrived on time, explained in laymans terms what was wrong and options for correction. Eddie made the repairs while on site in a very timely manner. (I was under personal time constraints.) Afterwards, he even took the time to check and explain to me some details regarding my gas fireplace that had not been used in at least 5 years. Thanks OQuinn/Eddie for an excellent experience!

My water heater was leaking. A friend of mine recommend OQuinns. I called them and They came out and took a look at it, and they determined that it needed to be replaced. I wasnt surprised because I knew the water was about 18 years old. They were able to supply the water heater and install it for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the service’s provided by OQuinns and would recommend them to anyone else who is in need of any plumbing services.

One word: Outstanding. Had a very bad blocked main sewer line. Other plumbers told me only choice was to dig up and replace bad section. O’Quinn came and saved the day and thousands of dollars.
