Very pricey $698 for less than an hours work and less than $10 in parts. Their Sunday’ trip out here would cost the same as any week day rate, per their ad. But very friendly, clean, professional and polite. Had to wait several hours for the technician to arrive. But the job is done. Thanks M.E. Flow!

Weve used ME Flow for heating and cooling issues for a couple of years, and have always been pleased. Recently, our tenant called to say our furnace wasnt working, with a big snow on the way. It was also a Sunday. I called ME Flow, and they got someone out there within a few hours, determined it was an easy fix, and didnt charge us for the visit. I was, once again, grateful for their willingness to help immediately, and also for not charging us to come out. Excellent service, and we recommend them 100%.

After another company cancelled a time-sensitive appointment within 30 min of their scheduled time, we scrambled to find another company that could disconnect our gas stove. Many companies were unavailable on such short notice, but ME Flow sent an on call tech to us that afternoon. Their customer service was fantastic. The technician was very kind and did the work quickly, and it was reasonably priced considering how last minute it is as on a Sunday. Its rare to find a company in northern Virginia with their level of customer service and kindness.

I used M.E. Flow to do an annual checkup on my furnace. Scheduling was easy and the person was respectful and helpful.The technician was on time, knowledgeable, competent and excellent at explaining what he was doing and how the furnace worked. He informed me I will need to replace a capacity next year before it fails because it was at minimum functionality I choose M.E. Flow because they are a family owned business and dont try to sell you new equipment when it can be repaired. Ive encountered that in the past with other furnace and water heater repair contractors. I highly recommend M.E. Flow because they are honest, trustworthy, dependable and competent.

Ron showed up on time as promised. Just hours after I had ordered the service call. This company has their logistics together.M E Flow had installed this unit in 2020. I have used them on other projects as well. Within minutes, Ron tracked down the problem and repaired it. While he was here, he changed my air filter. The problem has been caused not as a result of their installation, but because of another mechanical contractors intrusion upon their work the day prior.Polite. Kind. Welcome in any household. Knowledgeable. Reasonable in price.Usually dont care to use larger companies for service work. I never never leave Google reviews. Pete Lobello came to inspect our very old boiler and helped us choose an appropriate one to replace it. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and a true professional. He quickly put a team together, ordered the parts and installed a brand new Weil-McLain boiler efficiently and proficiently. We were extremely happy with the work performed by Edis Alvarado (technician) and his assistant, Elias Calderon. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless performance. We love our brand new shiny boiler❣️

The day before Thanksgiving one of our toilets wouldn’t work properly. The flapper would shut so the water was continuously running on. So I shut off the water. We decided to wait until after Thanksgiving since we have other toilets to use before calling ME Flow. The technician, Justin Dubroc, arrived on time and was very professional. After making some adjustments inside the tank so that we could continue to use, he gave us a couple of options for a permanent fix. We have chosen to get a new toilet. He also fixed a problem with another toilet. They will be installing my new toilet next week!All in all, Justin and the ME Flow team are very easy to contact by phone, text, or email. Great response time, and all very professional. Thank you!

The service technician came to my home and assessed my kitchen sink drainage issue and saw that the drain line was much higher than normal and opened the wall to see how much room he had to lower the drainage pipe to my sink. Took many pictures and identified the parts needed to complete job. Justin Burdoc and his assistant Walter arrived and completed the project and ran many tests to ensure the plumbing issue was resolved. Excellent service and cleaned area as they cleaned up to leave. I will call on them for my next project and will refer this team.

Michael Dailey’s performance of the plumbing inspection at my house was outstanding. He carefully checked the entire house and detected an issue that got overlooked by multiple plumbers before. Additionally, he helped gettingin touch with Delta and start the dialogue regarding the issue. As a result, Delta is working on a solution now. Michael was professional, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable, given his substantial experience in the field. He also provided several valuable recommendations regarding sustaining the “plumbing health” of the house. I’m thankful for his expertise.

M.E. Flow has been great for us. We just moved to the area last year and needed a new water heater and AC condenser/coil and M.E. Flow was incredibly easy to work with to get it done. We also just signed a maintenance agreement with them and Dave was our first technician. He was an absolute joy to talk to and the utmost professional. We have had maintenance agreements in the past with other HVAC/Plumbing companies and it always felt like they were rushing through their checklist. Dave was thorough and answered a bunch of my questions along the way which I appreciated. Couldn’t be happier with the service thus far.

They responded to a call about a possible leak and had a tech out within a few hours. Melvin was great. He quickly identified where he thought there may be an issue with some pipes running under our slab floor, which would have been very expensive to fix. After talking it through with me some more he was able to further narrow it down to a potentially leaky toilet. After confirming that was almost certainly the issue, for under $200 he replaced the flow pump in the toilet and the problem was solved. Melvin’s willingness to talk it through with me to properly diagnose the issue saved us potentially thousands of dollars and untold grief in repairs. Thank you, Melvin!

UPDATE: 12/24We continue to be impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the M.E. Flow technicians. We once again were having a problem with hot water flow from the boiler to the baseboard heating. A technician came out within 2 hours of our call for an appointment. The Technician, Percy, assessed the situation and determined that I had not fully opened the valve that allows hot water to flow to the baseboard heating. Dumb mistake on my part. Percy, was patient and understanding and explained the entire system to me again. He still took the time to look over everything and make sure water was flowing properly. He did not charge me the $49.00 for the service call I did sign up for the service plan though. Again, we continue to be very pleased with M.E. Flow and I would highly recommend them.UPDATE: 2/24Weve used M.E. Flow six times now...yes, we have an old house with old plumbing ;-) and each time has been a very positive experience. This time Alex, Jamie, and Edwin replaced all six (6) regulating valves on our old style radiators. Of course nothing is easy when it comes to dealing with 80+ year old plumbing and although they ran into a couple of complications, they took the time...they came back for an extra day in fact, and made sure the job was done right. Even though the total man hours for the job probably far exceeded the original estimate, M.E. Flow stuck to that original estimate. The crew worked diligently and conscientiously to make sure everything worked properly and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job by these three professionals. Once again we have been very pleased with M.E. Flow and they will continue to be our go-to company for any Plumbing and HVAC services and/or repairs.

Super nice repairman Emerson (who wore shoe covers when not in the basement) worked hard for 5+ hours repairing our heating system, bleeding our antiquated baseboard system *twice* in the process (which required moving furniture which he insisted was no problem). It was in the upper 50’s in the house, there was more wrong than anticipated, and one cover he removed from a baseboard sprang out and popped him in the nose making him bleed. Despite all that he was never anything but calm and kind. He even insisted on moving everything back himself and cleaned up and took the trash with him. They were fast with the free estimate on a Saturday, ordered parts Monday and fixed it Wednesday. Thanks to the bleeding the baseboards the house is warmer than ever. Very happy customer who’s found my new HVAC company 🙏🏼💙

He checked components to make sure they were in good working order and inspected and cleaned where necessary our electrostatic filter panels. Since there was no option to keep our current version of the plan, we now have to look for another company.

My thermostat would not work on auto and instead of just pushing a sale for a new one that would cost me $400 plus, he did some troubleshooting and discovered that the battery compartment on the thermostat was bad. He hard wired what I had and solved the problem!! His expertise saved us over $500!!! THANK YOU, RON!!!He should be commended for excellent service!!

I had a terrific experience this past week with M.E. Flow and highly recommend them. My Carrier heat pump system was broken, again for the umpteenth time--this 9-year-old system was both unreliable and unable to cool the upstairs of our 2-story Cape Cod house in these hot D.C. summers. I contacted M.D. Flow early on Thursday. They had an estimator out to my house by noon that day. After explaining the many problems with the current system, Ray Hartley recommended upgrading from a 1.5-ton system to a 2-ton one and going with Lennox over Carrier. Financing was terrific, and easy: $0 down, 0% interest, with 18 months to pay. Amazingly, given how busy HVAC contractors are during the heat wave, they could install the new system the next day. I was so impressed with Rays presentation, the strong company reviews, the competitive price of the system, and the great financing deal that I accepted on the spot. As promised, a full crew showed up the next day at 8 a.m. They did great; professional and polite. Installing the air handler involved climbing narrow, rickety attic stairs in this 1939 house, but they never complained and skillfully assembled the air handler in the tiny attic. When they were finished, they carefully cleaned up, explained how the thermostat and system worked, and answered any questions I had. So far the system is working well: it is a huge and noticeable improvement over Carrier. I look forward to working with M.E. Flow in the future.

As always the ME Flow team was professional and courteous from start to finish. They worked alll day to replace my 80 year-old sewer line and resolve a leak in a radiant heat line. Raul came two days before and assessed the situation, explaining exactly what they were going to do . On the day of the job, the team showed up on time and got straight to work. When they were finished, they left the job site very clean. You couldn’t tell they had even been here, except for the fact my plumbing was repaired. I will definitely call ME Flow the next time I need help with my heating/cooling or my plumbing.

Miguel Osorto, ME Flow technician was in my home yedtrtfsy, to install both a new Furnace and new AC system. He displayed tremendous ability and experience removing the older system,!.leaving behind no dirt or used electrical parts at all.!He and assistant Anner kept noise very low and shared duties in putting the new units. Miguel and Anner worked carefully more than eight hours. When finished, they answered our questions and showed how the system, including the new thermostat.Both men were courteous and helpful in working around my ailing wife. They represented the best that is ME Flow and their work was efficient from start to finish.

We had a great experience with M.E. Flow. The receptionist was nice and was able to book us quickly. The plumber was wonderful. I love to learn and he put up with all my questions. He was fast and efficient. They made a special exception and came out sooner than later to help my small business out. I was unaware that our backflow inspection was not up to date, my property manager explained we may experience disruption to our water. Unfortunately as he was explaining the backflow test I failed. I know the plumber felt bad but explained to me why it was so important. He wanted to schedule me out for the next week or so but I explained that I was pregnant and due to have my first baby in couple of weeks and needed this done quickly in case we need major repairs. I wanted to make sure I was here and they squeezed me in same week with not additional cost. Will be a long time M.E. Flow customer. They took care of me and my small business.

I had a little water on my basement flor, the drywall in one corner was soggy, and I didnt really know whether my sump pump was sufficient. ME Flow was the third contractor to come out to my house, and the first one to actually try to activate the old pump and diagnose that the hose leading up to street level was made of rubber instead of PVC and was leaking into the wall every time the pump went off. M.E. Flow sent out Justin, who replaced the pump and the pipe for less than $1000. The other estimates that I got for this problem were $15k to French drain the entire wall and install a new sump and pump, and $8000 to dig a new sump hole and replace the pump. No one else even noticed that the pipe coming out of the pump up to the street level was actively shooting water onto the inside of my drywall. These guys are awesome. It pays to shop around.

The service was quicker than expected. Additional troubleshooting was needed for something unrelated to the compressor. M.E. Flow stayed until the issue was resolved and was able to clearly show me and describe to me the issues needing attention.Ive also had plumbing work in the past from M.E. Flow. Great experience for an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. Anne couldn’t have been sweeter in setting up the appointment. Chris arrived within an hour of our call and he diagnosed/fixed the issue in less than an hour. I am new to this company and will now be a lifetime customer. This was the best plumbing company experience I have ever had.Edit: Had to call this company on a Saturday for another leak that was unrelated to the first visit. Communication was spectacular. Allen was great and got the issue resolved quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend them.

The initial work visit left some condensation dripping away from the collection pan. The wrong condenser ( one solely for cooling ) was brought. A HVAC condenser will replace it when the order comes in.Today Innis and Diego wrapped the condensing wires (no more drips) and the used nonflammable silicone and expansion foam to fill the holes ( of which there were many) and covered the gaping plenhem with cardboard until our trip return. We will have the plenhem boards replaced and a sanitizing light put in on the 12 th of July. All workers were pleasant and these two solved all immediate problems with grace. The crew to replace removed boards is coming July 12as well. Claudia was very helpful in setting up the appointment around our schedule.The further work was done today by Diego and Hugo. Both were pleasant and capable.Now, the only remaining work is for the carpenters and the water testers. The frame for the cover to the bump out part of the indoor HVAC had been framed out of plumb, out of level and not flush( neither side was at the same depth as the other and one side was NOT plumb vertically). I am told that will be corrected by our next appointment.The air is refreshingly cool and Diego and Hugo spent time making sure the coolant area was adequately filled.

This was our first service call from an M.E. Flow technician. That technician - Noah - arrived less than an hour after contacting the dispatch office. He was young, but very well-spoken and clearly knew residential plumbing issues inside and out. He completed the work very quickly (no fumbling getting the right parts, or calling the office to check on how to do the repair.) He was happy to check for other trouble spots in the home and outdoors. I was also happy that M.E. Flow provides a one-year warranty-not 90 days. The only disappointment was the pricing.
