So I had a old water heater from the 80s and needed it replaced as well as a line for my refrigerator to make ice. I called Dunstan plumbing and from the sales consultant (who came out and did the estimate)to the service technicians who did the work I was impressed. They explained everything to me in a way Id understand. They kept me up to speed on how the work was going and they cleaned up after. It didnt feel like I was just dealing with a company. This felt like great work being done by friends. I would definitely use them again. I included two photos of my old water heater and 3 photos of the new one.

I am very happy to acknowledge my great experience with Jason Pavis of Dunstan Plumbing. After my service call I can understand why they have been in business for over 100 years. I had an emergency on July 4th with a water leak that couldnt wait.He was able to drive 33 miles and arrive in less than an hour. He was able to take care of the problem in a very professional manner. He didnt mind me watching and engaging in pleasant conversation. My role was not as a supervisor but more to learn from a master plumber.Dunstan charges were quite reasonable and without no add on charges.He did what was needed and not what was not. I like how he spoke highly of his company as he was an asset to them. It is so hard to find a company you can trust. I highly recommend Dunstan and glad I called them.

We were in a tough spot when the people that delivered our new slide-in gas range were not willing to connect and install it since the original copper gas lines were very long and were unable to disconnect the line and valve. They just left the new range in the garage, the old one in the kitchen and left!We called our usual plumber and were told they could come on Monday, but we were in a real pinch and today is Friday, so we called Dunston Plumbing. We had someone there in less than an hour and his name was Warner. There was quite a bit of work to do just to get the connections right in the island first, but Warner took care of everything - then he turned the gas back on (relit the water heater), installed the range, checked for leaks, leveled it, removed the old one and checked to make sure every burner and the oven was working properly. I cant say enough good things about him. I can say that Dunston will be our new plumbing company going forward.

Had a plugged kitchen sink line (not in the trap). My brothers and I tried snaking, plunging, etc. for a whole day... no joy. Had to call in the professionals (Dunston Plumbing). Tony and his helper (Brandon) were out within two hours, and had the problem fixed in 45 minutes. Super nice guys, very professional, they even left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and all at a fair price. You cannot ask for better than that! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I found that we had a break in our main water supply line, upstream of the water meter which made it our problem to repair. I was recommended to them by the company that services our irrigation system. The lady answering our call was proficient and professional. The plumber that came out to do the repair responded promptly and he had the repair completed in less than an hour. The charge was a very pleasant surprise! It was far less than I had anticipated. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in our area to use as well. Our plumber was also a very friendly person and professional as well.

She set us up with a plumber that day which is unusual.The plumber who came out to install our new bathroom faucets was Jason. Jason was friendly, arrived on time and professional. Just Outstanding! Is the only words to describe my experience with Dunstan Plumbing. I needed a gas line installed to hookup natural gas to power my portable generator. First of all, Dunstan gave me the best bid of three. They called me to apologize for a weather delay and offered an appointment the very next day. They then called me the next morning to give me the 30 minute window their installer would arrive. Their installer, Dustin, arrived right on time. Very courteous, reviewed the job with me and proceeded with the install. Afterwards he reviewed with me how to set the gas valve and safety issues I should be aware of. Dustin was respectful, courteous, and a craftsman.Overall this was a most rewarding experience. I didnt feel gouged on the price and was treated with respect and consideration as a homeowner. Ill certainly be calling them with any future plumbing needs.

Called Dunstans Plumbing about my sink in the kitchen and my toilet in my master bedroom. They were amazing always called when someone was on their way make sure someone was home. The examine and looked at everything before telling us what the problem was. On time fixing what we needed, Mr Thomas provided outstanding customer service whether he called or left a voicemail/email or text. The two texts that came out the first time Mark he was amazing he took care of the kitchen sink. The second Tech that came out Mike he was amazing he took care of the toilet I appreciate them both and their five star service.

Chris Callahan did an excellent job. I called after hours and Chris was here within a half hour. He repaired a broken pipe and hose spigot along with fixing the master shower on/off valve stems. He worked fast and was very efficient. He was also very courteous to my wife and I. I would recommend Chris and Dunstan Plumbing to anyone who is in need of an excellent plumber.

I called Dunstan plumbing in a panic. Not only was it almost end of day but it was also a holiday...at least for most! I spoke with the woman that answered the phone and explained to her I had a leak in my main water line and asked if they could help. Mr. Snyder got on the phone & explained that he didnt have anyone available as he was running with a skeleton crew for the day. Once he found out I was without water he told me not to worry that he would make it work and that is exactly what he did. He told me he would call me back and he did, within 20 minutes he called back and told me he had someone on the way. He was very caring and understanding and said he couldnt let me go without water. Hank, the service man, was here within 30 mins! He came in and handled the job like a boss! He was friendly and professional & completed the job within an hr and a half. I can not even tell you how nervous I was! I have had horrible experiences with water leaks and plumbers in the past & I was so worried this was all going to be disastrous and beyond expensive however it was neither! I truly thought I was going to cry tears of joy after it was all said and done. I hope to not have many other plumbing problems in the future but if I do I can tell you, I will ALWAYS call Dunstan Plumbing. Thank you Mr. Snyder & Hank for truly making this a comfortable and positive experience.

My valve stem in my guest bathroom shower broke and water was pouring out. Within hours my entire house could have flooded. I spoke with John (the owner) and explained the situation. He had two of his team members over to my house within about 30-45 mins. They were perplexed themselves over how bad it got so fast, but being the professionals that they are were able to not only stop the leak but fix the problem entirely! Not to mention they did it in less than half hour. Although this company has been around for years I have never used them. Now I know why theyve been around for so long. Great customer service day or night. 24/7.I have used them during the day.I have used them during the night and on weekends.Always good service and most importantly always a fair price.At the time of my post they dont charge differing rates for emergency work which is amazing.Job 1. Toilet valve repair.Job 2. Leaking main leading to rental property. Weekend and they dug it up and had it fixed in two hours.Job 3. Removed toilet and snaked. Reinstalled toilet.I cannot list all the jobs my employer has used them for over the years but we still call them back when we need them at work.

Had a main line back up from the house to the septic tank. Called at 8am and a tech was to the house in under hour. The tech/Plumber Tony was diligent in finding the right way to clean out the line, This meant that he had to dig up the lid to the Septic tank (on a 50yr old house this can be a task in that stuff moves shifts and is deeper than on new construction). This was also necessary as the clean out that we have is not located anywhere near the septic tank). He did not try any unnecessary add ons or scare /sales tactics. My mother and now I have used (Dunstins) for over 35 yrs. and when necessary will continue to do so. Project was done in about an hour. As the previous time about a year ago I continue to feel that we were treated fairly.

The owner John came out the first day to review the process and assured me things will be done properly. His lead on the plumbing team doing my job was Garrett. He was fantastic! So amazing, you could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and polite person to do the job. He paid such attention to detail. All of the new plumbing was hidden and done very discretely, and it looks and works beautifully. The rest of the team was just as professional. Thank you all! Thank you for the pleasant experience!! Anytime you have an issue its usually not good! I had an issue with my water heater in a house that had been empty for a few years. I had to have hot water before I could move in. When I called the office, they were booked up for the day but when I explained the situation they sent Gentry out the same day! He tore it apart and explained everything that was happening. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Im that Guy that askes a ton of questions! Honestly, this was one of the best experiences Ive had with contractors comming into my home! If and when I have plumbing work to be done, I wont call anyone else.
